Bad news for corpers |
Money won't make you rich by Sunday Adelaja. THE SCHOOL OF MONEY SPIRIT CONTROLLED TEMPERAMENT 7 WAYS TO FINANCIAL PROSPERITY HOW TO GET ALL YOU WANT sorry, I have forgotten the authors of the book, there are so many I have read. I strongly advise people not to read 48 laws of power. it has never helped those that read it in anyway. Written by an Unbeliever, it is aimed to take trust away from even your parents and teach you how to be selfish |
Lalasticlala how was your night nah? I know say seun don pay you. FG never pay us |
youngest85:Upon the fact that the state does not pay a dime even to medical corps members, yet they still delay the allowances. Up till now, the batch A stream one and Batch B are yet to receive their Allawee.

Lalasticlala have you seen this?? seun what of you, move it to the NYSC permanent orientation camp on Nairaland, front page |
Tensions heightened on Wednesday at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp in Karaye when corps members belonging to Batch A, Stream 2 in Kano State staged a protest over the non-payment of their allowances. The protesters disrupted the passing-out parade attended by Kano State Commissioner of Information Moh'd Garba. While protesters demanded the payment of their allowances, Kano State NYSC Coordinator Malam Abdullai Yusuf Baba said the corps members should have received their first payment alerts either at 4 PM on Tuesday or early Wednesday morning. Mr. Garba was welcomed to the ceremony by corps members chanting, “Hey hey yawah go dey. Hey hey yawah go dey if allowee no pay, yawah go dey.” All attempts by Mr. Garba to calm down the crowd failed as parade attendees began to leave the, parade grounds. In an effort to assuage the protesters, Mr. Abdullahi promised to pay the corps members their allowances in cash before leaving the camp. The protest lasted over three hours before NYSC employees eventually brought the money from the bank to pay the corps members their allowances. Speaking on the arrival of the allowance, Mr. Garba commended the corps members for not allowing the protest to devolve into a crisis. “I will not condemn you for expressing your displeasure. I know we are passing through a tense economic situation,” he told the protesters. Mr. Garba added, however, that they could have respected the Sarki Karaye, who he said was the representative of the Emir of Kano, Malam Mohammed Sanusi, by expressing their grievances in a subtle manner. The passing-out ceremony never came to pass, as after the money arrived, corps members rushed to collect their long-awaited allowances. http://saharareporters.com/2016/06/29/nysc-members-stage-protest-kano-over-unpaid-allowances

Guys I will update this story soon. this part of the world is getting very boring and interesting. |
My vote in favour of Refiner cc:NLJega. |
I know that some people will storm this thread to check Name and region. Ethnicity and religion taking us backwards since the day Einstein was born |
Dezzx:I would have talked to you but for the sake of the thread let me let the sleeping lion be. Talking to you is a waste of useful energy and at the end work done will be zero, effort wasted. I was thinking you know how research is been done but you just confirmed it's been long you touched where you claim to be expert. You really don't deserve this time
|
refiner:Okay, till then |
refiner:ayam reFINEr |
PMB already have a vote of full confidence till the end of his tenure, every other talk from PDP is Fayose noise. |
But where is Lalasticlala self |
Lalasticlala move it to the permanent site so that Nairalanders can use it to cool the heat of politics on air. |
youngest85:No sir. Do they look alike? |
But where is Lalasticlala self, brother have you seen this? what's your opinion. |
To what percentage do you agree with patience Jonathan. Ojukwu's Manhood lives on.
|
NgeneUkwenu:Wow miss Ngene you are most welcome. While you were away, I was bashed by Kano natives on my NYSC experience in Kano state. How has it been. |
Dezzx:Good morning. Please can you allow me talk about my experience? I know that you are most intelligent, all knowing being but please allow me. In Kano state, I interact with more than 500 students a day. If it's not enough then forgive me. |
I must quickly state that Hijab makes most ladies in Kano look beautiful. I must confess that. Having state the fact that they are good looking, I should let you know they are cheap …, They are many beautiful girls in Kano, so the option of checking if a girl is beautiful is not necessary. Muslim religion permits the a man to marry at most 4 wives. Let me tell you dear reader, if you are in Kano, you will be forced by what you see to marry four if and only if you are a Muslim or you want to convert. I can't attribute their cheapness to anything than lack of exposure. Most of them only come out just to go to school. You won't see them come to fetch water or play outside. |
FredN:Lol, thanks. |
HIJAB In Kano state, Hijab is not only necessary but almost compulsory. Either you wear Hijab or you cover your head, you have no other option than these. The only exception is in campuses and Sabongari. Even in campus its only 0.0002% of girls that don't cover hair. Even children cover their head. Hijab is part of the school uniform for secondary school girls hear. The Osun state HIJAB issue is not obtainable in Kano state. Infact I have met more than 10 Christian girls in full Hijab. There is a Hijab I call fool Hijab. The one that has a long sleeve hand. Even Christians here wear it. Those Yoruba, Ekiti and benue Christians in Kano wear Hijab, and they have no option. I was shocked to see igbo girls with hijab, full one. They hardly leave Sabongari without covering their head. It's only through their words that you will agree that they are not Hausa. They are just mandated to wear it. This is Kano culture, and they have got to obey it. In the evening, this Kano girls wear only bra and hijab. since hijab is light and mostly transparent, one is able to see what they are wearing. Most of them wear singlet inside and hijab if you look very well, you will see through it. so the thing they are trying to cover is been exposed by their girls. I have seen many things. |
I can't really say that I don't enjoy my PPA, despite the fact they don't pay, I saw it as a service to my nation, It is an opportunity to give them then real education they have missed. Most of them is just learning the basics of education even in a higher institution. I met a lady alone in class supposedly reading, I went in because I was about to begin my lecture and my time is just remaining about 5minutes. so I went into the class, I tried to engage her in a discussion, she knows very well that I am a lecturer there. Beautifully looking, with the smile she was wearing on her face, I thought I am talking with the right person. when I started asking her about her course, since it relate to physics, I wanted to know how she is enjoying the course. To my greatest surprise she started replying me in Hausa language. I was shocked, I told her (Ba Hausa: meaning, "No Hausa" ), she continued speaking her Hausa with smiles on her facem . I left been ashamed because she was not ashamed, when I went in for my lecture I wrote it boldly ba Hausa, as far as my classes is concern. |
It is very important to state that personally, Kano people are good. They are very sincere in dealing with people, they are united and above all ready to do anything for their people. In my PPA, I learnt that Governor Kwankwaso who was the former governor ran free education up till tertiary institution. So education is free in Kano. this new administration introduced the payment of school fees, so they are not used to it. When I was posted to where I am teaching, I thought that I can make money even though the school don't pay. they are many things one can do to get money in higher institution: handout, selling of solved past questions, tutorials and perhaps those that want to sort themselves out (for those interested). But when we settled down, I discovered that I was only dreaming, it was a mirage. I was reading in the college of education and a group of students were doing tutorial, when I looked at what they were doing, I saw the teacher, their classmate was making a mistake, I quickly corrected them and taught them the course. After that meeting, they got my number and gave me their physics past question to solve for them. After solving everything I handed it over to their class representative who will make it open to his classmate only then did I realise that education is actually free. even to photocopy the solved past question, they can't. It was actually a waste of time. Work done by me was zero, effort wasted. If you think you can make money through education in Kano, just know you are dreaming. You can't organise tutorial. When I wanted to organise one, my HOD told me that it must be for free or never. |
musicwriter:That's great. I wish you the best. I will be looking forward to seeing your laboratory. |
musicwriter:Lol thank you. Are you a Physicist?? |
korel9:Thank you. check your mail |
eeeeeee:Exactly. I am yet to recover from the culture shock. At first I think I can ignore it but you dare not try it. I just have to live with it. I will update the thread today. Thanks once again. |
