Follow up on ATM transaction..... Got hit yesterday by ATM dispensing error....my 40k is hang...... Went to First Bank to withdraw as usual, the machine returned "Can Complete Transaction" as other customers were also experiencing same issue thought there was no cash inside. So I left and then return today to try again but still got the same issue.

However, when login to my Payoneer account I discovered that two debit of $60 were made on my card.

I immediately contact concern First Bank branch, where I was told to contact Payoneer to raise ATM dispensing dispute.

I did as instructed, Payoneer CS said they will look into it and that I should wait still 30 march 2018. If the issue is not resolve, I should contact them again.

My body dey hot now.....have headache self.....

When a customer places order, he or she will complete the requirement for that order by attaching necessary things you need to work on. Immediately he complete the requirement for the order, fiverr would notify you that such client has completed the order and you should get started. The time would start ticking from then

They are also working on borderless banking without currency limitations, you might wanna keep tabs.

Their policy means that if your Dollar master card is issued in Nigeria or UK you won't be able to make transactions with it. For you to send dollar, then the Mastercard holding it must have been issued in the US.

Now, we don't receive pounds from fiverr, the currency is in dollar. Except if it is possible to put the currency as pound and input the equivalent while they go to the account and take the dollar? I don't know. Someone will have to check it out and confirm it works

I tried using them and their policy is somehow. Their policy is that you must transfer fund from a card gotten in the same country as the currency you want to send money from. This implies that if you must send dollar, then your card must be issued from the US. This isn't so with payoneer as payoneer mastercard is issued from the UK. So payoneer guys can't use them.

At the end of the transaction you initiated, you will be told that your card isn't coming from the same country as your currency.

So guys I was at First Bank a few minutes back. Payoneer balance was $104.26. Withdrew twice for 33k ($7 fee) and my new balance read $3.1
104.26 - 3.1= 101.16.
Without fees FB exchanges at 350/$.
Removing $7 fee, I got 326/$

I had to pity those buyers because of what they received. She had to initiate cancellation request when I showed evidence of article spinning

I don't believe you wrote it. Even if people are paid $100/order, they will still deliver low quality work thinking it is easy to earn money.

The lowest order I do not because I want but for repeat customers is $20. But then, I can't spin articles because the price is $20.

After all, no one was forced to do it or to come to fiverr. Why should someone come with hope of delivering spinned articles?

The foundation was faulty right from the beginning. Many people who joined fiverr earlier saw it as an opportunity to earn quick bucks and ball out. So, they relied on a lot of things those days. Some of them used software programs and bots to deliver orders. Some rushed into writing because they were taught they could copy an article and spin it.
But today, a lot has changed. There are topics that you can't just spin articles for without getting caught. There are some designs in graphics that you must do from scratch without using templates. To make money on these platforms, it is no longer business as usual. Guys need to remove that mindset of fiverr being a place to earn quick bucks for doing nothing. People with such mindset are the ones destroying the reputation of Nigerians and Nigeria on that platform.

Bro, i think your calculation is wrong..the 1% is applicable when your gross annual is 300k or below..you dont have to apply the CRA before arriving at the gross annual.

For the 300k n below, it is so becos the tax authority will get higher tax if the 1% is applied compared to the use of CRA n graduating rate.

This is just trial and error method. Ofcourse if your pay is N300k, it won't stand CRA. Hence 1% will be applied.

To general rule is that if your annual gross income minus (N200k + 20% of your gross income) is less than N300k, then 1% rate will be applied.

Now if you have tax exempts, pension, NHF, NHIS, and LAP, then you still minus it before applying the rate

Your gross annual income is 480k. And N200, 000 + 20% of N480,000 = N296,000

N480, 000 - N296, 000 = N184, 000

This is less than N300k, so your PAYE is 1% of your annual income which is 4800. Then your monthly PAYE is N400.

PAYE is paid monthly so it is wrong for him to pay your yearly PAYE even when you may not be with his firm throughout the year. Only Direct Assessment Tax is paid on annual basis

I just saw where you talked about Pension, NHF and NHIS, those are tax exempts that will be removed from her consolidated taxable income (after the 200000 + 20% of her salary is removed) before imposing the rate.

Yes, I accept that I assumed her gross pay, but I am not sure she earns more than 100k. My salary is above 100k but my monthly PAYE is little above 5k.

So why would her own be 5k.

All those lagos jobs with salaries wavering around 30-35k is what the monthly PAYE is 5k. C'mon bro, we are scientists and you mustn't wait for all datas to make a usable assumptions.

I thought you said you know about PAYE, I don't know you are just ignorant of it. Now read up the calculation of PAYE.

If N200,000 + 20% of her annual income is less than N300k, it is considered as low pay, hence, you take 1% of her annual gross income as her annual PAYE.

But if the remainder as calculated above is above 300k

Then her PAYE is 7% of the first 300k,
11% of the next 300k.
