Check your video, you may be advertising other people's product on fiverr. Check if it contains any name or link to the place you did the video. This may be the reason

I was making on average $400 -$500 with a US account. After account deportation, I started making on average $1k in the last 4 months.

That's awesome, I don't know why the First Bank ATM I use issues me different rate with you guys. 40k @$119 implies that the exchange rate is N336 including the charges. Now if you exclude the charges as you suggested, then it means the rate is far above N350/$. Yes, you still have some fund in your account.

I am beginning to doubt this Fidelity rate. I went to a Fidelity bank around my location and I could not withdraw #20k. The max I could withdraw was #10k. If a bank can be so callous as to reduce its maximum withdrawal for other banks to #10k, I am beginning to wonder how their exchange rate will be any good. Also, I got thinking if she claims to withdraw $20k for $52.2. Subtract Payoneer's $3.15 per transaction, that means there rate is #407 per dollar. Now that is too good to be true for a bank in Nigeria, most especially a bank that is so broke it can't pay #20k at once to other bank cards.

I went to the stupid Fidelity Bank around here and N10k is the highest amount per withdrawal. So I cancelled the transaction. When I get to the office tomorrow, I will check around.

Are you aware that many banks exchange dollars at different rates? And many times you don't know their exact rate until you have withdrawn. Now, tell me, how do you intend converting your payoneer dollars to naira when you don't even know the exact rate that the bank you want to withdraw with is charging?

For now, the google exchange rate isn't working in Nigerian banks. Google says one thing, then ATM and Mastercard does another thing.

I can only say what I know which is access bank. Don't try First bank or you waste your money. I can't imagine using First bank to withdraw 75k instead of 78k according to their google rate

When you withdraw #20k from at ATM what is total amount deduct from Payoneer account?

From what you said $52.2 for #20K withdraw. Okay now substract $3.5 from $52.2 = 48.7

Exchange rate from google now is #360 to $1

the appropriate amount you should get is $48.7 X 360 = 17532 appro. #17000

This only apply if total amount in your Payoneer account is $52.2.


That's how I calculate amount I am likely to get from ATM transaction.

I don't rate calculating....only interest in nearest amount obtainable in thousand per transaction.

If people can trust their money with sendvalu and the rest, I find it hard trying to see the reason while I won't use any ATM of my choice. With my Nigerian ATM, I use any banks ATM including Wema bank, so I won't I trust Payoneer ATM.

Did you realize that the amount charged on your Payoneer account is the sum of naira equivalnt you withdraw at ATM + Payoneer ATM fee?

for every #20000 you withdraw (Nigeria ATM withdraw limit is #20000 per transaction on Payoneer ATN card up to #100000 or #150000 daily limit)

For any amount under #20000 you are $3.5 and for another amount, divide the amount by 20000 and muiltply the result by 3.5 to how much Payoneer will charge you.

The most important thing is finding Bank that you comfortable, run from one bank to another may expose you to compromised ATMs

I will be using it today. Secondly, access bank charges $60.15 or so for N20000, Firstbank is the worst. So if Fidelity Bank will charge $52 for N20,000, then it's a good deal

Is there any way I can know(at the ATM) the naira value of the money I have in my Payooner master card before making a withdrawal? I am asking lest I should type a particular amount and the ATM would say "you have insufficient balance."

I have Payooner for long but I have not used it for once.

The calculations has been done on this page and the preceding page. I think if you go through it you will understand. If you have $100 and you want to withdraw through Access Bank ATM, their exchange rate including their charge is N330. Therefore, $100 * 330 = N33,000.

Thanks for your help. They later requested that I verify my account, then I got a phone call from one of their reps.
The process was almost expedient, albeit I encountered a slight hiccup when they stated, via e-mail, that my Voter's Card couldn't be accepted. I responded to the e-mail, practically pleading since I had $300 hanging on their platform. They later considered it and requested for my Payoneer monthly statement, which I sent.
It took less than 24 hours for my account to be credited. The transaction charge was $6.57 (300 + 6.57 = 306.57), and I received N104,925. This translates to a rate of N342/$, including charges.

You can chat payoneer up via their live chat. Their agent will respond within 5 minutes and help you know why your card isn't with you yet.

Also, you can withdraw from fiverr using Paypal. But if the amount is small, why not use it to give reviews while you are paid in local currency at a good rate. They are so many PayPal exchangers around, the problem is knowing the right people to use to avoid being scammed. I have never used PayPal as their exchange rate is always very/extremely low.

But you can try that and see how it goes.
