Brightgem, I sincerely appreciate the fact you have tried fiverr, please don't give up. I currently earn on average $1000 on fiverr using a Nigerian account.

The thing about fiverr is that, they are filled with broke buyers who wants haven for a price of hell. I just need to expand, hence the reason I want to join upwork. There is nothing bad if I start making $3000/month. That's the joy of hustling.

I need opinions on this, I plan to join Upwork but would want to know if combining it with fiverr will be a heavy workload considering the fact that I am working.

I understand. Graphics niche is quite different. Unlike writing niche. Some of these clients wants to publish books on Kindle, so they write on different areas.

I don't give any samples. If the reviews isn't convincing, then s/he should go elsewhere. I don't beg them bro. Whatever I see, I take.

In writing niche, you don't send samples as you may end up dashing a stranger a book which has been paid for.

Well, don't know for you, but I do send my previous works as samples... Or you can create a simple blog with your previous works on it. When clients ask for a sample, you give them the URL of the site to them.

This is wrong. Imagine you finished writing a book for a client and the client is much busy and have no time to publish it. Then, within some weeks, a client comes asking for samples and you gave your previous works to him. If he is smart, he will just check it on Grammarly, if it turns out original, nothing stops him from using it. It may backfire some day and the original owner will report to fiverr that you sold same work to different people. This is the reason clients ask for copyright page. This denies you the right to use or share the content delivered to them with a third party.


Secondly, in writing niche, sending URL to clients is not accepted. People do it though but it's wrong. Fiverr sees it as you trying to connect with clients outside fiverr.

Well, if it works for you, ride one. As for me, I don't do it

I don't give samples. How can I send people's work to a stranger who you are not sure is ready to deal.

That guy does not look as a scammer to me one bit.

He left so much about him on the outside that he could always be traced and fished out. But his attitude and nonchalance towards you guys are steadily proving me wrong.

This guy sounded so nice and friendly via my WhatsApp messages with him. Were it not God, i would have been in another state of mind. That same day he was to exchange funds for you guys, i was already in the queue with you, what destabilized everything was when he requested for my payoneer or PayPal email i told him i have none that i was making the first withdrawal. He directed me on what to do but hinted that it would take 24 hours for Fiverr to respond to me. I guess that was where he dropped me and went along with you guys.
That was how God saved me. Imagine having stories on your first withdrawals; it would be a very bad omen!

I pray he changes his mind and pay you guys, making a dime now online isn't so easy.

Have you used the people I sent to you? Don't fall for these scammers.

Sendvalu has so many people complaining because it takes time to process transactions so they are trying to speed things up. One way of transacting is promise of instant payment. Once money leaves my account and enters yours, I would need the equivalent immediately. Bank rates is bad, nothing is as sweet as using Payoneer ATM.

For instance, anything can happen to my PayPal account, it may get suspended, closed, or blocked because whenever I want to use it, I must be on VPN. If I collect people's money and it's on hold, those people will require that I credit then immediately even when the money isn't useful in the account that received it. It's risk and that is what exchange business is about.

For you to go into it, you must have money, at least 1m to credit your customers. You can't subject them to your fiverr clearance period or waiting for a particular period of time.

I can go into this business but due to these name calling which they may be right is what I don't want. I don't want to be called a scam because I know what people go through to earn that money

I would advise you to open a payoneer account. There is nothing more than that. I also opened a US verified PayPal account but then, I haven't used it on fiverr and don't even know how to go about using it.
