You can basically market this service. Bus hire /cargo delivery.
You can market on olx. Com, Nairaland, jiji. ng, etc. Even facebook etc.
Then you can approach those Cargo / logistics companies along airport road /mafoluku. There are so many of them.
You can also visit Nahco and find out how it works.

I always provide a driver. Availability of customers is not a problem. The market is large and people move around, people travel daily.

For instance every weekend thousands of people travel from Lagos to various states for parties. Whenever people need to travel in groups they will need to hire a good bus.
It's a huge market.

Drivers basically earn a commission. This way there are no stories.

Prices always vary based on distance per trip and duration.

I'm in Lagos. My business model is to provide unbranded buses (Hiace and Coaster) For Hire. I also provide car Hire Service. Transportation is a viable business.

So for me, I really don't do pass anger Transport. I have friends who do that.

I prefer the bus /car hire model. It works well for me and I can manage the process. Drivers don't handle cash so that helps to reduce stress and potential Heart attack.

Customers call to hire the bus, from point A to B. They state the duration. We agree on a price, they pay upfront and I send the good looking bus and driver.

Transport business is very broad based so you can choose whatever works for you and above all go for what you can manage.

Again if you want to do okada, Keke Napep, or danfo business make sure you do hire purchase. It works better.
