Let's get serious here. The Watch Seller is a business man. I tell people in business never get emotional and don't become a moralist / instructor.

Her response (complete or not) is an indication that she got the message and probably read through. In statistics that will be recorded as a reply.

Your priority is to make sales and grow your business not to teach customers how to behave.

I really don't bother about how customers write because it's not my priority as a business man.

If I were in his shoes I will simply ask. Do you want to buy the product. Then I will get a yes or no answer and continue from there. Simple.

If you ask me the Watch Seller just missed a chance to convince a potential client. Customers are not easy to get. The business environment is competitive.

The best time to go is in March or April due to the weather. If you want to do games viewing, this period, the animals come out often cos of the heat.
Gate fee for adult is 1,500
Student is 500 (also for Corp members)
Gate fee to the wikki springs is #500
A trip to the safari is #12,000. It is better to go in a group of 10 to save cost
Accommodation per night is #8,000 for Adult while Student rate is 2,100.
There is transport at yankari park at the rate of #500 to and #500 fro.

You are wrong. Who is the customer here? The CEO pays the bills and he is the customer.
If he makes a request it should be granted.
