Yes, a rejection can happen after IP1 but that is not your portion! Thanks. Amen o |

Hello people, please I need your advice. I work with an asset management firm and most of my POF is invested in treasury bills and mutual funds with the firm. Which means my reference letter and evidence of my funds will be on the same letter head. I just wondering if this won't look like a collusion. Do I liquidate the funds and move to my bank account? Kindly help. |

Hello people, WES came back with my ECA yesterday. Faster than I prepared for although my husband's own is still undergoing verification process. My timeline is Certificate Received - April 5 2017 Transcript Received - April 17 2017 Verification Request- April 27 2017 School Responded - May 4 2017 ECA - May 17 2017.
Waiting for my husband's ECA and IELTS result.
Just wondering if it's possible to have two express entry profiles, then one can be withdrawn if ITA is received on the other. Please advise. |

Hi people, please my husband and I are running different scenarios on who should be the principal applicant. He has 10 years work experience, an MBA and he is 36 years. I have 5 years work experience, first degree and I am 30. My account statement is tidier. And there is a possibility that he won't move permanently for while. What happens if one partner does not remain in Canada for 3 years out of 5? or is it 4 years out of 6? |

dammysanmi: Sadly, I think you have to, cos WES will place everything on hold till you do so. I sent a strongly worded mail after i paid and they responded with their usual acknowledgement email afterwards. The annoying thing is that their verification mail(international express my foot) took almost 3 weeks to get to the school. I called them out on twitter and they promptly updated my status to evaluation in progress...i guess they respond faster to displeased customers. I decided I wasn't going to pay anything extra so I sent them a stinker. They reversed the charge. My school got their verification request by email and now my status has been updated to reflect that. |

dammysanmi: It means they have sent PHOTOCOPIES to your institution to verify your certificate/transcript. They will not proceed until you pay (the extra charge $96.05 : their cost of posting via International Express), then you have to follow up with your school to respond to the verification request, either by mail or email. Good luck!!! Please is this normal? Almost a hundred dollars for something I didn't consent to. |

Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by MrsBee: 1:43pm On Apr 23, 2017 |
Glxy: Another option is to go ahead with the method and go into the pool. If your ECA comes and it has a date after ITA den you can decline. But if it has a date before ITA you can accept. The thing is that your ECA might be ready and signed but it hasn't been sent and it will carry the date it was signed rather than the date it was sent. For example my ECA was signed in February 8 and i received the soft copy on February 14. I used IQAS tho.
[q1uote author=MrsBee post=55834563] How long did IQAS take to conclude? |

Glxy: I did the same thing some months ago and i had to decline my ITA because ITA date was earlier than ECA.. The advice i gave is advice i got from seniors like Dupyshoo. Of course except the ECA comes before the draw . People should submit applications and go to sleep and not worry about misrepresentation. ECA for a higher qualification post ITA is completely different. Iphie did a second ECA post ITA and got a higher score but remember she had and ECA in the 1st instance before the draw.
Its an advice and its not binding.
Good luck.
Good luck. Hmmmm, I didn't even think it mattered. I guess we'll have to wait for WES to conclude then. Thanks |

By the way, that's a good IELTS result that you have there Thanks Its still on Documents received; review in progress. |

MummyJaygirls: If you haven't paid for the ECA, just refill the form. But if you have paid, include the correction in the box provided for additional information, if you have already sent this form, then u will need to send iqas a fax stating the mistake in date. Cheers! Please how can I do this for a WES application? |

dupyshoo: If you are lucky to get PPR before the expiry date of your passport, they won't issue visa on the passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months for theme to put the visa.
If your application exceeds 6 months and your passport expires before PPR, you will be given 7 days to submit a new passport. I know this cos we were in the same situation. My husby's passport expired during the processing of our application. We had to submit a new one within 7 days.
My advice is this: apply for a new passport immediately. If you don't get it before submission, use the old one. Once you get the new passport, send the scanned copy of the new one via CSE.
With regard to large deposit from spouse, the spouse will just write a simple LOE that he/she transfered the said amount to support the family's plan to immigrate to Canada. I can send you a draft of what my husby wrote. Please i'll appreciate if i can get a draft too. |

Numerouuuno: Regarding the express entry, your degree has no effect or influence on your NOC. A person that studied Soil science and ends up working as a programmer noc 2152 won't have any issue, all CIC want is that, do you have a work experience in your nominated NOC which in your case is YES! Your noc corresponds with your work experience, so its good.
You should evaluate the certificate that gives you the highest point, if Masters degree is it in your case, evaluate that only, people just evaluate their Msc and Bsc certificate to utilize the value of their money because it has the same price. It has no negative effect evaluating Master degree only.
You also don't need to evaluate your bachelor's MLT again if you want to work in canada, albeit, you might need some certifications to work in canada as i think your degree is medical related and medical jobs are severely monitored in canada. Please i have a question regarding this. My husband read Vet Medicine but he has been a banker for almost 10 years and I read law but have 5 years work experience in real estate. Should the NOC be related to our work experiences or degrees? |
