Just because he admitted that he is broke that LESSEN THE SCAMMING DEGREE?  huh undecided

On the real-----

A real man that LOVES A WOMAN WILL GO BEYOND AND ABOVE to be with that woman. No real man will wait or even staggers for THREE YEARS not being with the woman he loves for three years. It is no way in hell a man even if he is broke will allow the woman that he claims he love and professed to be without him even for a day.

Now with that being said, THAT MAN IS FUCKING AND LIVING OFF OF HER GENEROSITY. He prolly right now at Mr. Big treating a girl to some jollef rice and garri.
pay no attention to the scums discouraging you.

granted, there have been many cases of men using americans as cash machines but this does not suggest your own boy is doing the same. if you love him, make time and visit nigeria to see what he's really up to. it might save you lots of cash you are yet to spend on this boyfriend of yours. who knows - this boy might actually be genuine. go to nigeria and check him out before sending big amounts of money to him.
The only person that is a SCUM is the one that scamming the poster.  There is nobody IN THERE RIGHT MIND is going to fall in love with someone that they haven't met for THREE YEARS. A year would have made sense, but THREE YEARS?  Even you know that don't make no gotdamn sense.

Now I do agree with YOU on the fact that if she wants to be generous with her money and support his lifestyle that is her choice and right.  It is her money.  We can't tell her what she can or cannot do with her money.  She is the only one that will suffer the consequences not us.

It is important to MEET the person BEFORE starting any serious relationship because the person may not be what they are to be.  BUT THEN AGAIN, people do what they want and ONLY THEY WILL suffer the consequence and the kids if they have some.

Everybody that gave her sound advices and warnings were on point.  I got a feeling that she will continue regardless of what we tell her.

I wish her all the luck and cosmic energy she will need.  We often confused INFACTUATION WITH LOVE. We need to know the difference.

Common Sense

It is important to have common sense when you are in a marriage. Marriage is a great union if both parties are in the same thinking pattern of life and what it is all about to them. However, we get so caught up with PLEASING others than ourselves. It is nothing wrong with pleasing your mate, but it also important to please you.

If you feel that something is not right then it is not right. It is important to use common sense and investigate by speaking out. We often time do not want to upset our mate by not saying anything but in the long run it only upset us more. If you spouse tell you that something is wrong do not tell your partner, "you crazy" or "do you need some drugs?". Find out what is going on and maybe your partner is sensing something that obviously you are not sensing. It is better to be safe than sorry even if the action is tedious.

Common sense is essential in marriage and do not leave home without it.

What's height got to do with love & marriage?
Some people have preferences of who they want to marry. There are people who want to marry a short guy/girl or a tall guy/girl.

Like Tina said, What's love gotta do with anything?

lol me I'm just saying if I'm to present the case in class ni o. . . why would anyone carry dis domestic accident to court anyways undecided

its this kind of lazy case I will like for classroom presentation jor . . .I will pull plenty stuff on it cheesy
I hear you Googles. It seems though that people want to sue for everything these days and what they have failed to realized that domestic cases aren't favorable by law unless some intentional tort has been done. If people would to sue for every domestic cases, the court system will be out of business because overtime will have wipe out the budget.

In his case, he is not going to win. There is no evidence of wrongdoing and I am sure the girl will not admit to bad customer service. If there were a video of some sort or tangible evidence outlining the store negligence then the plaintiff would have a better chance but not a solid win.

This is the question to all those who are online dating and engaged.

As Deniyor so eloquently (paraphrasing) put it that ONLINE image fools a lot of people and most people differs offline from what they are online.

How would you feel if the person whom you are dating and engaged to DIFFERS from their online image? Would you still date them or marry them after meeting them finally in person knowing they have lied about their height and weight?

I can say that every 7 foot tall man or woman is not the same and what if they aren't what they portrayed to be physically would you still continue to date them?

Be honest. It is the best way to go.

You is silly google!   grin grin grin

On the serious note-----

I did not know that you was SERIOUS about suing the shop owner OP.  I can tell you for certainty that you will be wasting your time.  If you are suing ON THE ENTIRETY of principles.  You will not win.  So I agree with Googles that the shop owner will win.  You claim specified that the sale girl was rude and unkempt.  That is not against the law unfortunately.  I am not WELL VERSED IN NIGERIAN LAW but I am well versed in common sense.  I highly doubt any MORALLY judge will allow your case to even enter calendar docket.

In USA, a tort similar to ASSOCIATED NEGLIGENCE is when an employee of a company have performed a wrongdoing the victim can sue the company directly without suing the employee because the employee represents the company.  In this case, the only wrongdoing is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the verdict will favor the Defendant.

Sorry.

I like a man with common sense and a brain IN THIS WORLD.
Romance › Re: ... by MrsChima(f): 8:49am On Feb 20, 2011
I don't see why not. Marriage is about partnership and if the wife is making more money than the husband and the stability is stronger in PH then why not move to PH. If the husband was making more money and the stability was stronger in Abuja then I would expect the wife to move with the husband.

Common sense is also crucial in the marriage. People need to put their pride aside and look at the bigger picture. It is not about who have the most money should be revered. Both are equal and therefore shouldn't be a problem in the marriage.

Then again, people bicker over the STUPIDEST shit nowadays. Tell your cousin that common sense is essential and there is nothing wrong with moving to PH if she can financially support his travel and stay. He can always get a better job and make just as much as she is or more. It is not a big deal and shouldn't be.

Osama,

Not everybody use Facebook to attract a sexual partner. However, I do agree that Facebook does not protects men or women from being exposed to sexual predators or rude people.

I find that regardless what status you use, how many pictures you post up, who you accept as friend, and what type of status you put on your page. People who are rude and disrespect are going to be rude and disrespectful.

I have several friends who have over 1,000 friends and only know five of them personally minus the family members. Guess what, she posted a very revealing picture of herself and she wondered why she was an instant FACEBOOK CELEBRITY.

My husband and I share a facebook account and we are very selective who we add on the page and we always consult with each other prior to accepting people as friends. MOST OF THE PEOPLE are our family members and family friends. So far we haven't had any issues. We mainly use it to contact family and friends from afar.
