Hello have you gotten it
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by MrsDanex: 1:30am On Jan 18, 2024

Advise on supporting documents for Global Talent visa application

I have 5 dependants but intend to travel alone. On the visa application website, only the following were mentioned as required documents
- Int’l Passport
- Endorsement Letter
-TB Certificate

However, upon completing my application and paying IHS and visa fees, a checklist was of required documents for my visa appointment was generated but none of the documents above were mentioned (although there are blank space for me to list additional documents I wish to provide).
The documents listed on the check list are:

1. Information about your visit
Documents showing any plans you have made, such as: tour details / flight details / letter of invitation / evidence of sponsor's immigration status in the UK

2. Home address
Documents showing where you live, such as:
Property deed / mortgage statements / tenancy agreements / accountant's letters / land registration documents

3. Money (either income or savings) Documents such as:
Bank statements / bank books / bank letter / balance certificate / tax returns / crop receipts

4. Evidence of assets
Documents showing that you own property or land, such as:
Property deed / mortgage statements / accountant's letters / land registration documents

5. Additional Information
Evidence of family members remaining in your home country whilst you travel.

Keeping in mind that it is a global talent visa application where I already have endorsement, are these documents listed on the checklist compulsory for me or should I just stick to the three mentioned during my application?

Moreover, what type of documents do I need to for items 1 to 5 in the checklist?

I have my appointment booked for 13th September
Am at this point; please can you put me through. I believe you have gotten the visa too, so which did you go for?

There are different classes of Rwandan visa, but visa for Nigerians is free and the whole process is done when you get to the Kigali airport.

Confirm whether this is the website you used in making the payment and I could help you further

And also saw this link, https://irembo .gov.

Thanks! But I can actually get an agent as soon as I get there?

It will take more time, and not everyone can stay more than a month or two after childbirth. Always better to have someone to guide you if you can afford it. It depends on how much comfort matters and how much time you have smiley

Feel free to ask your questions here!
I have a Uk visa and am planning to go to Mexico for birthing purpose. Is it possible to go there myself and do all the necessary without the help of an agent? I really need direction as my EDD is fast approaching

Can we meet? My Edd is also October. I have Mexico in view?

Jay122:
Hello everyone
Please what are the benefits of having Mexican PR as a Nigerian? How long does one have to stay in Mexico to obtain the citizenship? Can I also process my PR from Nigeria just Incase the process takes too long in Mexico? My EDD is in October and I plan on using my 10 year UK visa. BA has a direct 10 hour flight from london to Cancun which is the shortest I have come across.

Why not consider Mexico, where you can travel to visa free on your Tier 4 visa.
But I have read a lot of benefits I can get n my kids as well for birthing in Brazil.
In Mexico, just my baby will be a citizen and nothing more
