Skipping breakfast. I've tried some much to avoid it but i can't help it. I just don't feel like eating till between 11am and 12pm. And i can't force myself to eat when i don't feel like eating. 😕

We rock the same boat ooo, I find it difficult to enjoy a descent breakfast. I totally lack appetite, as soon as the clock hits 4pm, my sense of craving starts.... I can eat anything till mid night, trying to stop but suddenly realised that I have gained more weight. I realised my weight isn't related to food.

Your husband is a good father but have no right to dictate what career path the boy choose for himself.

The earlier he embraces the boys desire the better for all. Only few people have a strong will to pursue their dream and won't stop until such dream is actualised.

Be thankful that your son didn't engage in any anti social vices yet, but your husband should limit how he maltreat the boy.

Computer science isn't as bad as it looks, in fact that's the new way. When it gets to a certain age, this boy wont be able to do much in terms of pursuing his football career and might even stop attempting to go to school.

Please, let your husband see reasons why he should do something differently.

Resignation is the key word.

Many atimes, fear of the unknown keeps us enslaved in a toxic work environment. These employers can't do it alone, the moment you resign and create a major gap in their business some of them will invite you for dialogue and some won't till their business collapses.

The most important thing is, if you resign today will you be missed, if not.... Try to build yourself to be missed when you resign, that's the only guarantee that you have learnt something meaningful to secure a job in another organisation or start yours.

Don't be a slave to salary, learn to enjoy a peaceful life

I am not a fan of the political space we have created in Nigeria that makes a candidate more Nigerian than others.

Yes he tried for Lagos State, but have you ever considered the evils he created in Lagos State which in its own space has continued to drag the state back?

You as a governor have no right to grant touts and miscreants the constitutional power of local government to maintain and manage parks and markets. If you can remember, the first assignment Babatunde Fashola embarked on was to sanitize the state of touts who have unnecessary power to do as they wish.

We all saw the aftermath of such toutish power during the Endsars protest which led to massive chaos.... No ordinary lagosian or responsible Nigerian will do that if not touts.

Well, I still have my reservations on his running mate with regards to national security.

It's so sad how our political structure have nose dived into the mess it has now found itself. Thankfully, we are all to be blamed as the political class being the architect of this new political structure have now created a trend that is gradually becoming a norm.

Let's for a day not pay attention to the unethical news trending as breaking political news and look inward for a solution our political woes, then we will start seeing the pit the media has dug for the citizen, by running unsolicited camping ad for failed politician, whose popularity is what the illiterate masses needs to take electoral decision.

With this energy invested in hyping candidates, there has never been any investigative journalism to unveil the past of a popular politician (not talking about the scandals) to compare his past political record to his present achievement and forecast his likely performance when given a chance to represent the people in future.

This is the type of media oriented contents that leads to political debate and form the basis for a well put together political manifesto.

If as a Rep you promised heaven on earth and after several years in office you were found to have failed woefully, I see no reason why the people should vote you into a higher office but with a packaged envelop heavier than 3 months salary, our media personalities are ready to look other way by going unscientific in their political permutation all in the name of promoting their choice candidate who doesn't represent the interest of his people or their value.

This is 2023, let's support intelligent political conversation and not support news around political consultation that makes it seem like a candidate has been annoited or endorsed but rather look at the work at hand, then analyse the interested person's and critically rate them.

Yes, some people may have a master plan that has led to growth in some states or regions,but let's not forget those directly benefitting from this arrangement which has indirectly impoverished the state.

How do you claim to outsource the constitutional power of an arm of government to individuals with questionable character and think it is democratic, while the system gradually collapses because someone with a master plan thinks he has more rights than others.

Let her go to the station around where the phone was stolen to report the phone, then proceed to a police station with phone tracking expertise to get the officer in charge to track it.

Let your mind be at peace if she has the phone carton as that is a major criterial for tracking to confirm claim. It isn't free but you need to ask the policeman what it would cost and follow up on every step they take.

Ensure she block her sim card to avoid them using her sim to take loans from all these quick loan companies.
