THE CONSEQUENCES OF BAD COMBINATIONS.
I came from a family that loves beans.we love beans so much that we can eat it, morning afternoon and night.
My dad was a police officer,he told me how he almost missed a promotion exams, because of beans.
One day I was to travel to East. The night before the journey from Lagos,I ate more than enough beans.
I boarded a Homer bus very early in the morning from cele bus stop.it was fully air conditioned bus.
We commence the journey like every other good people. No wahala.
We stopped at Ore to eat,the driver was selfish to drop us at a place where food was very costly.Apperently because the drivers are normally given free package.
I had to buy things outside the fast food, I bought egg roll, suya and groundnut.
They were all bad combinations, couple with a glass of palm wine I used to escort all the things bought. After eating we left. .
As we continue the journey..we didn't go for 15 minutes their was a serious protest in my stomach, the reaction was worst than the present south Africa xenophobia.
I was afraid to notify the driver to stop the vehicle to enable me ease my self because of other passengers.
At that time a man was preaching in the bus with anger as if he was doing it against his will. All his preaching was about hell fire, hell fire.
But the tension was unbearable I thought to myself which hell fire will be worst than this.
I threw caution to air and shouted to the driver:"Oga driver, look for somewhere and park, I want to shit.
The Edo driver shouted at me:"your father..come force me to stop na,you no see toilet for Ore? "
Every passenger in the bus was on me.some abuse my ancestors, some abuse my father some abuse my village..
Even the preacher was angry with me.
They ask why I didn't do it when we stop to eat at Ore.
But I was not discouraged,I shouted at the driver to stop
The driver said:" my friend shit am there."
My younger brother, sampo who was in the bus with me whispered to me,he said:"things like this you convert it to mess.so you get some relief without causing any harm."
Base on my condition i bought the idea immediately. So when the tension was unbearable I raised Bombom as if I was adjusting my sitting pattern,i release the first silent but deadly mess.phew shhhhhhhhh.
Jesus Christ! it was the worst thing I ever percieved in the past thirty years.
The stench was like gas bomb, highly choking and dark in colour, the air condition didn't help matters as it amplified and spread the message around to every part of the vehicle..
The man sitting next to me by the right who was eating chicken looked at me,he looked at my brother,he smelt his chicken and said:"some thing is sparking in this vehicle,or is it my chicken that is smelling like this? These fast food people can kill person o"
I shook my head and said: honestly People are wicked.stop eating chicken there."
The man said:"You are right."
He threw it away
But my stomach was not okey,I released the second mess concurrently in a double progression,it was like biological weapon.
A little child that was breast feeding on her mother's breast while sleeping screamed with terrifying fear as if she was chased by a dreaded ogoni masquerade in her dream..her mother was shouting:" blood of Jesus, blood of Jesus."
Two passengers behind me started accusing each other of being responsible ..non of them remembered me.Even the few flies that were inside the bus were flying haphazardly like drunken creatures.
Few seconds later the bus was like a mad house with quarrels amongst passengers.
They abuse themselves with their different languages
When i released the third mess,I started getting relieved. But like a spell there was abrupt silence. The preacher started shouting:"I can see there is a fowl spirit in this bus.if you know you are here trying to do the mandate of the devil, confess now..or I will invoke fire from heaven."
I didn't mind about him because I was saving my life,so I released the fourth mess he started shouting:"Every contrary power that has been mandated to kill us in this bus, what are you waiting for die by fire, die die die."
It was as if the more I release the mess, the more it formed again ,so I release another deadly mess. The preacher kept quiet and slowly sat down as if he was given a spiritual slap for trying to touch the anointing of the Lord, he kept murmuring silently :" blood of Jesus."
The driver suddenly held a sharp break and said:"where is that man that wants to shit? I beg come go shit before you kill all my passengers. You no get conscience? abi you no dey go church? this na new motor wey company give me, see how you don change the scent.
I didn't answer him,I went and eased my self, when I came back I didn't see any body in the bus they also went to toilet too..
So who is more wicked?..

Officer, laughter no gree me finish the story at once, had to take a break.
For my mind, I think say na me like beans pass but I cut cap for you.
How man for survive without beans.

iamawara:
Pls I studied education, and I applied for DSSC, right now I am not registered with TRCN, when will I provide the TRCN certificate pls? Is it during documentation or I have missed it during the online registration?

Modified: thanks just scrolled up and I got it

Modified

Registering with TRCN will give you upper hand and advantage over other applicants.

Dsimple:
Good afternoon bro,
I've been following your comments of late and I must commend your efforts, may God make this your time to be commissioned into NA.
Please, I made a mistake in my application, I applied for DSSC instead of SSC, of course I don't really know the difference up till now but something kept telling me that DSSC is for professionals in their field and SSC is for regular graduate, can you please put me through and also to know if my application could still be considered because I'm just a graduate without any professional certificate.
Thanks

Officer, the matter of professional courses depends on some factors like the corps you applied to. For example engineering related corps will require an applicant to be registered engineer, education corps will require an applicant to be duely registered by TRCN. Note, the following corps require one professional certification or the other:
Signal corps, intelligence corps, electrical and mechanical engineer corps, finance corps and public relations.
About the difference between SSC and DSSC, on paper SSC cadets are trained to be combatants while DSSC are trained to take up official roles like working in the hospitals, signals, finance department, schools etc. But in reality, every soldier is likely to be sent to the war front.

bxboss:
Happy Sunday comrades.
Special shout-out to guys here feeding us with up to date information and details about the army. Also special shout-out to ugo4u, dude has being very consistent with apt and reliable information back in time, he's a forerunner to GenAnsahCinC and co, I've not met you personally but I always put you in prayers that this year's exercise will favour you and other honorable men here. You have paid your dues, and your passion/determination and patience is inspirational typical of a gentleman officer.
Hopefully, we will meet at the NASB I owe you bottles. I know you won't abandon this thread like others when you finally hang pip.
That's by the way, where is our Intels guy @abiodunalasa? Guy don go AWOL.

Abiodunasala made it to SSC course 45 training.

sikowitz17:
SSC course 45 screening mates...I found him on Instagram.... The only cadet that will say pin and everywhere will be silent..ladies and gentlemen, I present to you...Adebayo

Young enough to be the last born of our families probably but smart enough to be a prep winger.
For those that will make it to either SSC or DSSC training, just forget about your degrees and obey oders from whomsoever is training you.
I actually stopped applying for NDA after my convocation in 2012. I just couldn't consolidate the zeal of becoming a General and the unending chawusing from RC cadets.
Even as a lieutenant, if I manage to conquer sambisa, I think I would have made my mark in the army.
Let's show the army that what a RC couldn't do SSC and DSSC can do better.
Let's earn our executive commission to RC in sambisa by merit not by longlegs.
Victory is from God Alone.

Prospect048:
it shall be well bro, we will make it by God grace

insha'Allah, wishing you success bro.

Prospect048:
if there is any existing whatsapp group for course 25 or combined, please do me a favour by adding my 08166203047 to the group.

I left the group last year but I will try and make contacts.
It will interest you to know that the group had three arms, namely
A. Gallant Officers Forum
B. Council of elders(comprising of all the admins, whose duties were adding of new members and court-martialing of erring members just to mention but a few)
C. Guardroom ( erring members are removed from the main forum and placed in the guard room until council of elders see signs of remorse and probably an apology)
It will surprise you that almost all erring members that made the guardroom at one time or the other are all commissioned officers today. But me the ever dedicated admin is still applying, irony of life.

Even if I don't make the list this time around, I will give myself a civil commission to the rank of a Major in my room. I will give my mum the honour of hanging the pip because she has done everything possible to make me a successful officer.
Forever a soldier at heart commissioned or not.

Many of us don't ask questions because we are application veterans and their is no much changes to the application portal year in year out.
But for someone who just fell in love with the army of recent, we should expect numerous questions.
From this army thread, I joined a WhatsApp group in 2014, became an admin within a very short time and supretended over many applicants turned officers today.
Made many friends whom we are still in contact till date.
If Nigeria will attain it's potential, we must learn to respect each others opinions.
From this thread, I have seen men that if given the opportunity to serve their fatherland, the issue of kidnappings, banditry and the infamous BH will drastically reduce, if not becoming a thing of the past.
On a final note, all questions should be directed to me henceforth, and I promise to try and profer reasonable solutions without the slightest attack on your personality.
Thanks

My GNS lecturer once told us during a lecture that, if someone sees him on the road and insults him, he wouldn't be offended because that's the person's perception about him but not truly who he is. But if the person attacks him physically, he will react because that's assassination of character.
This forum is actually meant for networking, please endeavour to make more friends than enemies.

Registering with mobile phone is not the problem as one can easily switch to desktop mode. The issue is the kind of browser used, some people use opera mini, some even go to the extreme of using this olden days opera version back in those days when proxy was being tweaked.
If using mobile phone, the best option is to use Chrome or Mozilla. Anything aside that is risky, that's how a guy that came to print his slip in a Cafè notice that his attestation form is carrying sex as "Female". Laugh nearly kill people that day.

Me don stop registration for my fone for good.

Korowash:
Wow so finally I found my password.
Hi guys pls I'm also a dssc applicant
Tho my wassce age is the only different thing amongst all other documents, pls what can one do.
Secondly ,I actually called a one time Chief of army staff and he told us that the only time he would come in is during my interviews that he would get my print out before then but guys pls I still dont feel kul cos I don't even understand what he meant by "during interviews" I hope there won't be any other activity preceeding d interview during which one could be disqualified.Another one is,what's the the next step after registration? If its exam does it mean everyone would be shortlisted for it? Finally abeg where are we to write d exams ours states of origins or our States of residents ? As you answer ,may God grant you your heart desires too .Amen

Lt he could come in now to help you get shortlisted if you are destined to be by the way. You could also experienced the favour of the most high and get shortlisted without any connection.
He could as well wield his influence during the interview as promised which will be of great advantage to you.
Your best bet now na prayer and fasting only if you believe.
Victory is from God Alone.
I bear witness

gr8cany:
Yes I used a mobile phone, what did you do when it happened to you?

Tooh, back then when it happened to me, I actually started the application on a desktop computer in a cyber cafe and ran out of time, then I decided to complete it on my android phone. It changed my local government from Bauchi to Okrika. After some days with rigorous prayers and I think a message to their email, it rectified itself.

gr8cany:
Hello house, the form to be signed by my guarantor/referee is showing another local government instead mine which means there might have been a mistake during my registration, how bad is this?, Is there anyway I can rectify this?, I'm so troubled about this please or should I create another mail and make a totally different application...thanks for honest answer to this

I can categorically tell you, you used a mobile phone for the registration.

eclipsehemmy:
I have successfully registered...

Chan sir, please sir I need to talk to you in private to clarify a very sensitive issue.
Thanks.

Adurofight:
Someone should update me.

Not list but commencement of registration.

For years form comes out yearly, so if it comes out this year things are probably going back to normal maybe.
The concern should be their criteria and barriers like year of graduation cap, lack of advertisement of some courses that were accepted before and age cap.

The form will be out anything from 19. Of this month
