I rarely come up here,so its hard for me to know what team each poster support, 4 years and so freaking what!!!

We support The Arsenal First trophy is extra!!!

The joy, passion and love is for the team you love, the team you scream for week in week out, win or loose, nothing can top that feeling!!!
That's good. if only you arsenal fans didnt believe you were the best thing since slice bread.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Man City Vs Arsenal: 4-2. 12th September 2009 by MrTA(m): 1:49pm On Sep 12, 2009
haha.  Great to see gooners settin themselves up for another disappointment. Happens often enough but still hilarious every time. I'm sure even gooners can easily identify the pattern. hope--->excitement---> hype---> failure---> disappointment---> shock---> denial---> trophyless-season---> transfer season of idiocy from wenger--->back to hope---> excitement . . . .

U gotta love it  Grin Grin Grin
I love it oh, enjoy seeing it for the past 4 years and hopefully for many more years.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Tottenham (1) V Manchester United (3) On Saturday 12th September by MrTA(m): 1:47pm On Sep 12, 2009
Probably, or hopefully

Foster

Brown
Ferdinand
Vidic
Evra

Park instead as Valencia just got back from south america on Friday.
Carrick
Fletcher possibly Anderson instead
Nani might play on the right so park can double up with Evra on Lennon

Rooney
Berbatov

That's probably the strongest team.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Tottenham (1) V Manchester United (3) On Saturday 12th September by MrTA(m): 8:18pm On Sep 10, 2009
This is spurs' first real test. Beating the scousers isnt a big deal these days but facing the champions is a different kettle of fish.
Sports › Re: Who Are You Going To Sopport In The World Cup by MrTA(m): 4:59pm On Sep 10, 2009
I have to support the African teams. I tend to have more affinity towards them, although not so much the north african teams like tunisia.

Honestly its not because they are going instead of us cheesy
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Tottenham (1) V Manchester United (3) On Saturday 12th September by MrTA(m): 2:28pm On Sep 10, 2009
Na wa o, are all these haters still crying over Arsenal's defeat?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan Thread by MrTA(m): 12:32pm On Sep 10, 2009
It has a score draw written all over it. But I would take it if offerred. No sure on Rio's match fitness and Rooney much be a little knackered surely?

Good news O'Shea is unavailable. I'd prefer one of the brazilian twins to him.

True Nigerians are better at playing whites

e.g Denmark 4 Nigeria 1

How about Nigeria used to be better when playing whites,I think we all aggrees that the current bunch are riding on the old generation's shine.
Race was irrelevant with the previous generation. They were just a very good team.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Mikel Obi,Chelsea ,Mourinho And Football Formations by MrTA(m): 9:03am On Sep 08, 2009
As much as I want to blame someone else for Mikel's failings. It is himself he needs to look at. Yes, when he was younger we was developing into and attacking midfield in the Ballack or even Lampard mould (without as many goal) but all that would have come with time.

At Chelsea that seems to have been restricted. But the role he's asked to play allows him to be more creative if not necessarily more attacking. Essien does as much Screening of the defense as anyone at Chelsea but his attacking instinct is never curbed. (I agree Essien is a much better player). I think at the point he can continue his developement as a midfield enforcer and we can only hope we can unearth another midfield sensation to partner him who isnt called Olofinjana or Etuhu!

Of course Rooney dives, just like Gerrard and even St. Michael Owen. But this seems to be more a case of sour grapes from Arsenal fans. Still crying after they shot themselves in the foot when it matters. DIABY!!!

It would be madness for me to start supporting England because I live there. I will, like always be supporting my other African brothers at the WC2010
