This thread was so full of haters. You guys really expect us to lose or draw here? come on. See what we did away from home without Rooney. And please i dont want any gooners posting here. This is between us and Chelsea so please go and enjoy your 3rd place with Manuel Almunia.

I'm sure no gooner fan is breaking a sweat over this, the more unreliable players like Nani you have the easier it will be for us to dominate in this new dispensation.
The breaking news on Sky News is that they are trying to talk Clichy from jumping off a bridge after he heard the news. Poor chap still distraught at getting raped by Nani.

Seems Rooney might miss tomorrow's game. The knee injury rumours wont go away. I dont mind too much but i really hope he'll be fit for the Bayern game. Which is a huge game for us. Although the Bolton game is also a really big one. I guess every game is a big game till the end of the season now.

I really fear for what Messi will do to the Arsenal defence, not just Clichy. Its going to be very Messi!

You would have thought hnic would like to focus on his own team instead of crying in the thread of the defending champions.

Na wa o!! Huh Huh

Liverpool did not come up as a popular choice. Na so una hate us reach?

Wetin we do una sef?
The main reason is because you lot are rubbish.

To be honest i dont care too much but i think i wouldnt mind Aston Villa getting it. If Man city get it then i think there will be alot of trouble for the big teams next season as it will really allow them to step up.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Man Utd Vs Ac Milan 2nd Leg (4-0) (agg 7-2) by MrTA(m): 10:01am On Mar 11, 2010
Chei, I cannot believe that Air Conditional Milan got destroyed like that. Damn shame considering man utd had Gary Neville starting. I was fearing for him as I thought he would get destroyed by 'dinho.
Great result and a good performance. I would still prefer more of a focus on the premier league than the CL.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Is Zidane Overrated? Is He Better Than Ronaldinho? by MrTA(m): 9:58am On Mar 10, 2010
Zidane anyday. Zizou was majestic. He dictated the game and overall play from the middle of the park. 'Dinho was pretty awesome as well no doubt but to be honest he only had maybe 3 years at the most when he was awesome. Zizou was awesome for the best part of a decade.

Hard to compare the 2 directly was dinho was more of a forward/attacker while zizou was a playmaker, attacking midfielder. So 'dinho will always get more goals and grab more headline as he position means he'll always play more in the final phases of the attack. While Zizou wont be in those positions as much.

For example Zizou was more likely to be supplying 'dinho who will either score or assist the striker. So it wont be a case of one or the other.

Watching Zizou, he was always so effortless in his control of the ball, in dribbling and setting up the play, spraying 60/70 yard passes all over the park. While 'dinho could do all those it wasnt as efforless. You could tell 'dinho wants you to know that's what he's doing and its a great piece of skill. Definitely he best player I have ever seen play the game.( I didnt see the best of Maradona) and just ahead of Ronaldo de Lima.

Craig Bellamy on the Terry/Bridge situation: "You guys make a lot more of it. I know what JT is like and nothing surprises me about him. Everyone knows what he's like. But that's off the pitch. On it he's an outstanding player and a great captain."

Milan are an experienced side. They can still turn it on in the big games so i expect it to be hard at the San siro for Man utd. I'll go with a score draw. probably 1-1.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Vs Portsmouth [5 - 0] On Sat, 6th Feb by MrTA(m): 4:26pm On Feb 05, 2010
Pompey wins 2-1
Remember 2008 FA cup match when O.T was desecrated.
Prince Boateng and Utaka for Pompey
Consolatory goal for Nani
Come on Pompey!!!
And then you woke up from your dream and realised what really happened was that Man United spanked Arsenal at the Emirates 3-1.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan Thread! We Are The Red Devils! by MrTA(m): 2:18pm On Feb 05, 2010
I think for this game against Portsmouth, SAF should try Nani and the left and Valencia on the right. At the moment. Nani definitely has the upper hand as he's on form and overall he has far more in his locker than valencia but Valencia is also a very effective player.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Vs Arsenal [2 - 0] On Sunday, 7th Feb by MrTA(m): 1:28pm On Feb 05, 2010
Its a shame Arsenal will get spanked. Not that man utd need their help to top the table anyways but it would have been good if they could beat Chelsea so that man utd will be top of the EPl by Sunday night. No worries though, Man utd will just have to beat Chelsea themselves.

Arsenal weren't poor. . . . . .They were made to look poor by an efficient United side
Not just an efficient side but more importantly by a better side.

Gunners how we dey ? We knew this would be a difficult period so no biggie, Wenger could have helped us a great deal by bringing in that striker but he refused. So it's now half way through the dire straits and 5 points behind the pace setters and i'm cool with that.
Down to selection problems today
a 4-3-3 without a natural striker could work against Stoke,Hull,Watford etc
But not man utd
AW threw away this game.
There was nothing fantastic in the manure team
I was so disgusted with the last goal
That Korean guy ran all the way and scored
Clichy kept backing off
The first rule of defending is to attack the man with the ball, he's the most dangerous
Easy goals and we've lost ground yet again Sad
I understand you are bitter and upset at the moment so that's why you're saying their nothing fantastic in this man utd team. You know that is totally wrong. If there was nothing fantastic is this man utd team that is clearly clearly better than arsenal, what does that make Arsenal?
Just admit it this 3 in a row title winning,1 champions league winning, double victory over you team demands your respect whether you like it or not.
We are a great team.
