It's not really about EPL it's about the team. If they fit well in the team's style of play then they can succeed in EPL.
I'm pretty sure they both go hand in hand.

which epl player is the most similar to this dybala fella?
make i even sabi him playing style
Hard to say. He's like a striker's version of Mata. similar build, a bit more pace better eye for goal. Overly left footed. I'm concerned about his build and strength and his lack of raw pace. but he's at a great at age so who knows.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MRTA7: 3:48pm On Dec 29, 2017
Dybala would be nice but he's not a right sided attacking player and doesnt have the burst of pace for that role. He would be great as a permanent number 10 but I dont think we'll always play with one. We absolute need top quality from the right side though. We have enough left sided attackers unless Jose can train Rashford into playing from the right but I dont think Jose can do that. Hopefully Mikki is sold and we get someone in this January but I have no idea who. I just hope we stop outsourcing out scouting to super agents and use the new chief scout we acquired last summer.

I only sabi this dybala by name but I like am pass greizman, I no trust greizman at all.
I don't trust both of them either. A little too similar in stature to Mata for my liking also without real blistering pace. A lot of quality but I'm not sure how they would adjust to the hustle and bustle of the premier league.

You think me saying Kane would score most of the big chances Lukaku has missed this season is funny and means I don't watch Spurs and Kane? Ok.

You mean 1 chance huh For a CF? When he created more than that for his fellows. How many did you count created for Kane today?
Big strikers take big chances. Lukaku has had lots of them. Fair enough that was just one against Leicester but he's missed quite a few big ones in many games that I would take Kane to score most of. I think the main point is Kane is a better strikers by quite some way.

Kane would have been worth £150m easily if we went for him and spurs accepted it last summer. Now he's too much for us.

Yes mourinho was conservative, but that was not entirely the reason for the draw. Herrera is not a small boy, and he earns wages, when the manager puts you there put in a shift. Let's reduce slating mou needlessly
No, the buck stops with the manager. He's responsible for the performance and the make-up of the squad. He has spent a fortune so he has no excuses.

I couldn't watch the match against Bristol City. I didn't watch highlight till now, not even match report yet. I only went to whoscored to look at the formation.

But right from the first Blind came to Manchester United, I reached a conclusion early that he was a poor defensive midfielder. I suspect he was a weak link.

Yup.

No surprise here. Our recruitment has been a disaster since Fergie left despite spending about half a billion in that time.

The rest of the team did not have a terrible day. You guys should stop saying this just to cover up for Lukaku.

The guys were doing well, more than Arsenal’s match, until Lukaku gave an Assist. We were already going to half time. Rashford still scored (Lukaku would have missed that) and scores stood at 1-1. Lukaku had a great chance to set up a clear cut chance, he conceded a self accident. Then game a second Assist and finally failed to level.

Ibrahimovic did better, Rashford scored, Martial played with confidence. Valencia and Young were doing okay. Herrera worked hard. Lukaku was on a calamity of his own.
This is a fact.

Sevilla is a very good draw for us.

Chelsea and Spurs have it far worse.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MRTA7: 11:06am On Dec 11, 2017
Its almost as if we didn't know Lukaku before we signed him. Some of us said it when he signed that he's not good enough at the highest level. And we're seeing it daily now we're acting surprised and scrambling to blame everyone else.

Even Jose knew this otherwise he wouldn't have gone for Griezmann or Morata ahead of him. But its where we are now.

Lukaku can only take us to a certain level because he is a very limited player. You can talk about the style of play all you want but the fact remains he isn't good enough for a team with our ambitions.

While City were better than us mostly yesterday. Its a results business and Lukaku's contribution was a negative for us yesterday.

Lacking in confidence is one thing but even just making the right runs and movement seems the hardest thing for Lukaku.

I don't want to blame just him but he's been our worst player for a while now and he cost us £75m. No good enough.
Hope we add to our attack in Jan. All we have to fight for now is 2nd place because we allowed city a stroll to the title.

Man Utd accept Pogba ban

Dude to miss next 3 games.
Such a terrible time to miss him. City match an even bigger task now. I still think there was no intent in the tackle even though the result was an unfortunate stamp as Bellerin knelt down at the exact moment of impact. So way was it premeditated.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MRTA7: 9:18pm On Dec 02, 2017
Looked a harsh red on Pogba. Never broke his stride and didnt raise his studs. Bellerin knelt down at the point of impact. Seems a little unlucky.

Good that Arsenal being sissies at that back gave us some early easy goals. Always grateful for that. cheesy

Kosielny also escaped a definite red card for that foul on Lukaku there. Although was it Darmian who gave away the pen on Welbeck. Ref definitely missed that one. Always hated Darmian. Awful player. Would prefer Blind.

Overall, That's the type of performance Fergie would have put up at the Emirates. Defend in numbers but break well when presented with the opportunity.

Always good to have the best Keeper in the world in goal. cool
