Mata is excused a little because he's playing in a position he's not build for. I would like to see if he would perform the same if he's spends some time playing the 10 role like Mikki

We definitely get far better crossing with Young on the pitch.

If Sanchez is an option especially for free even if we pay a huge sign on fee and wages i would take him over Greizmann. I do like Greizmann as well though so i would be happy with either player.

Four goals scored,none cpnceeded,three points on the log. I wonder what people want this team to do again.
In a 90 minute football match the opposition are likely to get one or two chances and when Everton got their chances De Gea who is part of the defence did his job which is to stop the ball crossing the line.
This Manchester United defence is good.

You posted about defenders not defence. DDG is not a defender, he's a goalkeeper. The defence as a whole is good but not great. The defenders themselves are ok at the highest level.

There is nothing wrong with realistic and constructive criticism of the team.

I disagree. Jones if fit is the most comfortable centre back on the ball in the league a bit like Rio Ferdinand. Bailey on the other hand is a rugged, no nonsense,shoot and ask questions later kind of defender.
Our centre backs are okay and we still have Rojo to come back from injury.
We should and will be okay this season.

You said it yourself. They are ok. Ok isnt good enough at the highest level. We have a world class keeper and to be honest he's been making the defenders look good with some of his saves.

Not directed at anyone. Dont really care about any other keeper in the world to be honest but that's the only position of ours I can say that about.

Not saying he's the best keeper in the world but I wouldnt swap DDG for any keeper in the world.

Rashford has had a very poor 1st half. Needs to be upfront with Lukaku not out wide. We also look very lopsided.

Our right hand side isnt impacting the game apart from Valencia's goal. I'm not convinced Mata and Mikki works well.

We really need a version of Martial or Rashford that can play on the right. And its showing very badly.

not saying it is. We just seems to play like a team that doesn't hunt for massive scorelines like 5/6 -0. We're also not the most clinical team under Jose.

We need a win. 1-0 will do. I think our upper limit is 4-0 and I don't think Everton will be that open. I expect them to come and be tight and their keeper is good. So I'll take any narrow win.

I think that's the end of De Boer's managerial career right there at the highest level. I do think 4 games is still a little harsh but teams dont want to risk relegation in the Mega rich premier league era.

Renato Sanches looked very average before being subbed. It might take some time for him to get up to speed but he certainly one player I'm happy we didn't sign.

but i don't think Herrera was that good.

Average 1st half. Poor 2nd half.

Defensively very poor and I thought Rashford showed abit of immaturity in this match. His age definitely showed.
