Is there really a benefit to annoucing today that Varane is leaving the club?

I guess its because its our last home match of the season but just seems unneccesary.

Our shorties did it big for us this weekend. Let the men do rubbish.

It was well debated here. I remember that a couple of us were against the idea of replacing De Gea when it was obvious that we had pressing concerns in the team. People said with De Gea we will struggle building from the back but how have we fared since he left?

Every De Gea's mistake was blown out of proportion but how has Onana performed? Has he been any better?

We could have and should have invested the money we used to sign Onana on buying a CB or invest in other areas of the team.

I am waiting to see what the club will do this summer.

There are many failures but my number one reason for wanting ETH out is not tactics or anything like that. Its the transfers in and out of the squad which he had complete control over. Complete disaster.

I would prefer to play Louis Jackson with Casemiro instead using Amrabat in that position. Amrabat has no pace and if you pair him with Casemiro it will be double no pace. Hopefully Evans is fit enough to start, if not it would be a long day.

I hope he's up to it because away to Palace who are on form is not where I would like academy players to debut.

Probably going to be Evans Casemiro at CB today. Mount in for Bruno at AM. And the rest remains the same.

Or Amrabat and Casemiro if Evans isnt fit enough.

One thing I'm sure of is the cycle will continue if Ten Hag gets sacked. The new manager will come in and check out these players. And most of them will over perform again. I don't care how stubborn the manager is, you'll be fooled. You won't see Rashford banging in goals and say you want him gone. Shaw will look like prime Roberto Carlos again.

The only person they can't fool is Ten Hag. He's seen them over 2 years.

My only issue with this is that the players he has brought in for lots of money are barely any better.

Its true what they say about match ups because I have no idea how we managed to beat this Villa team twice. They're a far better coached, better organised and have better players than we do.
