FYI, we don't have Hausa people in Kogi state, why in the world you guys always think that you guys are more smarter then Hausa people, i am sure there is beggers in every tribe in Nigeria
This is why despite all advocation to the contrary, I am one of the few that believe NYSC is a good thing, if done properly. They should post all you bush Lagosians to the remotest parts of the country so that you will know and appreciate your fellow countrymen better! grin
RomanceRandom tip for ladies by msanda(op):
Here's a little something I found on my wanderings on the web,

If you want to look sexy, choose only one part of your body to accentuate. if you wear a cleavage-enhancing top, don't let your stomach peek out. Or, if you want to show a little leg, don't also wear a low-cut shirt. A sexy woman accentuates one area; a trashy one accentuates two or more.
I'm not going to ask what you think 'cause frankly, I don't care.
However, I think the writer makes some sense.

RomanceRe: How To Make A Man Fall In Love With You by msanda(m): 3:52am On Jun 08, 2008
Like my buddy, Chris (Rock) said, "F**k him, feed him, and shut the f**k up." No offence. Just basic male needs.
Good sex, good food, and please don't nag (last one is extremely rare but extremely important). I'll love you for life.  grin

But guys abeg answer my question now, embarassed What's up with Bagco? And does anybody know how I can keep track of ARM aggressive growth fund prices online?
InvestmentRe: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by msanda(m): 8:18am On Feb 17, 2008
Trust Nigerians. I agree with you about the panic selling. The price is sure to go down for a while, until anotha bit of news hits the papers again. I'll probably by some more as well. I am too sure Transcorp will come back in full bloom within the year.
InvestmentRe: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by msanda(m): 7:18am On Feb 17, 2008
Abeg, what exactly is going on with Bagco? When will they get listed? And what is the name they intend to use? Bagco or Nigerian Bag Manufacturing Co?

undecided

Guys, please where can I get the current prices of mutual funds online? That's including the recent ARM aggressive growth funds. And does anyone have any idea when they (ARM) intend to start sending out the certificates? I need to sell!
RomanceRe: Can Anyone Tell Me Why Is It That When Ladies Meet A Guy The First Question by msanda(m): 7:46am On Feb 09, 2008
Guy, no matter what you do for a living, it doesn't matter! shocked
The question is just to get the conversation going. You don't even have to answer it. So long as you can say something interesting.
For instance, she asks what you do for a living and you go, "I dey sell cigar." She's gonna laff and say, "seriously" And we all know, laffin is good. . . if you are interested in the gal.
Besides, you have no reason to be ashamed of whatever you do for a living. I seriously don't believe it matters. I currently work in "a very good company", but before that, I was unemployed for a period of 3 months. I dare say, I got laid more often then than now.
Just let the lady know you are serious about making something of yourself. But you have to believe it too.
BusinessRe: Where Do I find Current Prices On The Internet? by msanda(op): 5:55am On Feb 08, 2008
The Cashcraft site appears to be having some issues with the price page. Try http://www.foresightsecurities.com/?do=section.pricelist

I'm still looking for a site that shows prices of mutual funds. . . sad
BusinessWhere Do I find Current Prices On The Internet? by msanda(op): 4:38am On Feb 06, 2008
People,

Kindly post sites where we can find current prices of things (e.g. cars, clothes, land, stocks) online.

Right now I need to know where I can check current prices of Mutual Funds (ARM AGF, Discovery Fund, IBTC Equity Fund, Coral Funds, etc.)

I know you can check Daily Stock Prices on practically any stockbroking company's site (www.resortsecurities.com/research.jsp, www.cashcraft.com/pricelistprintorder.asp, www.nigeriansecurities.com/dailyposition.php#, etc.) but none of them puts the prices of mutual funds.

Anybody know where I can get this on a daily basis? Thanks!

Ahhhh, looks like we have some of the same stock recommendations. Well, well well, what can I say . . . same script, different casts cheesy. Considering our different approaches to stock picking, this is just another confirmation that more than one road can lead to the same destination grin grin
Considering the "bad news phenomenon", what do you guys feel about Transcorp. I am willing to gamble on a few thousand units here. . .  grin

I wouldn't have to flinch at silly spelling errors again. . .

'Because' is spelt with only one 'a', young lady.

You know, I've always wondered why some people that have absolutely nothing to contribute to a post just like to type something, just for the fun of it, sha.
I mean, it's called "Dating and Meet-up Zone" for a reason. If you are not interested, leave the poor guy alone. Why must you insult his intelligence just because you think it makes you sound cool?
