Leviticus 20:13
"'If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
"And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death." Leviticus 20:10

onyxo76:
'You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination. Leviticus 18:22
"Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with they neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her". Leviticus 18:20

Let's be as angry with adulterers as we are with individuals participating in same sex attraction. Let's ban them from living in Nigeria or remove all their rights as citizens of Nigeria.

Let's not pick and choose which laws we live by.

onyxo76:
1 Timothy 1:10
for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers--and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine.
What bible did you see that in? It is not in my KJV bible. That is new to me.

onyxo76:
Romans 1:27
In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
You forgot to quote Roman 1:29. There is a mention of fornication in their. How many of us had sex before marriagehuh?

We're all so imperfect it's hilarious, but we're VERY quick to judge and condemn others. All of us need to humble ourselves.

Love thy neighbor and acknowledge that we're all sinners. Humble yourselves before your only God. If you believe of course.

John Chapter 8

1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.

2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.

3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Luke 10:25-36

25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?

30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

I'm happily married to a woman and pray to have children soon.

I'm in no way a supporter of individuals that choose to have same sex relations, but at the same time it is not my job to judge or condemn. My God (our God) expects us to love each other with no reservations.
PropertiesRe: Promo!!! With 450,000, You Can Be A Land Owner In Ibeju-lekki. by msogunro: 1:58pm On Jul 15, 2015
Good day.

Are you able to post a map that outlines the borders of each of the estates such as PHPAC, Lekki Villas, Oakwood, and the rest?

It will be great to know the proximity of the estates to proposed and current development in the negiborhood such as the new airport, university, seaport, etc.

Similar to how the location of the land for sale below is pinned on the map.

PropertiesRe: Build a Standard 3Bedroom On A half Plot Of 324sqmetres at an Affordable Cost by msogunro: 1:23pm On Jul 14, 2015

Thank you for all your effort. I like the floor plan you designed, but I would like to make some changes and request an estimate for all the stages of building.

Can you recalculate the cost based on the design attached and with a modern flat roof?

I would like to remove some walls. Hopefully this won't diminish the integrity of the house. The lines in red represent the removal of a wall. The lines in blue represent the addition of a wall. The green and orange dot represent a toilet and sink.

You can provide the information for all to see or you can email me at blak81@hotmail.com.

Thank you.

PropertiesRe: Raised Roof Vs Flat Roof by msogunro(op): 1:18am On Jul 07, 2015
Thank you for your reply.

We've not yet settled on a location. The search continues, but my wife and I are already discussing the style of the home so I wanted to confirm the raised roofs only purpose is to cover the living spaces.

Are there any advantages in a raised roof over a flat roof?
PropertiesRaised Roof Vs Flat Roof by msogunro(op): 11:28pm On Jul 06, 2015
Greetings All -

I've been a silent member of Nairaland for quite sometime, but I'm now stepping forward to tap into the experience and knowledge of its members.

Please excuse me if I use incorrect construction terminology.

I would like to know if there is a functional difference between flat and raised roofs? Will the installation of a flat roof cost less than a raised roof over the same sqm of living space? I'm assuming it would cost less because less material will be used.

Thank you in advance.
