Bros Its almost a year since I have had the car, took it to d mechanic once to have the transmission oil drained and changed but the guy said that the transmission oil was ok and that I could still use it but then he said under my car needed total overhauling (don't know if that's what U mean by mounts). The motor mounts soften the vibration the engine would cause. Without the motor mounts, the engine would be bolted to metal and you can imagine the noise and vibration it would cause. That is why I say the easiest thing to check are the motor mounts.

If you haven't changed the tranny oil and you don't know if the previous owner of the vehicle has changed it, I would consider changing the oil before trying to replace the motor mounts. Replacing the motor mounts will be costly, but you can see if they are bad with just a visual inspection.

Please I need help. I drive 1999 camry. Recently I noticed that the car vibrates when I put the gear on drive and hold the break or when in trafic. It does not vibrate when the gear is in park position. The sound of the engine also changes when I put on the AC. Pls I need advice on what to do.

Please confirm that the vehicle does not shake when you drive it.

The easy thing to check first are the motor mounts. They may be bad.

If not, it can be the torque converter. How long have you had this car and have you ever replaced the transmission oil? If there is no physical damage to the TV or tranny, new oil should fix it. If not, oooo boy.

I mentioned Oke ata for farm land not residential. Also people live at the Gra, but I feel for someone who isn't based in Nigeria, living in Oke ata is like been in the middle of no where ... What I will suggest is when you come in May we will take you to the available lands for sale and each area has its cons and pros. It's a bit difficult and confusing for you if we did it online. Just put in mind a good residential area that's not too expensive not far from town and not too inside will cost btw 800k-2.5m , while the opp will be much more cheaper

You seem to be familiar with the Suleja area. If you are, maybe you can provide a rough estimate on how much it would be to build this if a 50x50 plot was purchased in that area?

The feedback I received is that a better estate is near by that is 1 million per plot. It's over my budget but I was told it would be worth it. I was told that the estate is is called home by many state government workers. I should have written the estate name down, but I believe it was something like Oke Ibara Estate. I will confirm the name tomorrow.

Land is available everywhere. What makes the property you're advertising stand out from others?

You said it is 35KM from Ilorin. 35KM North, South, East, or West? You don't know the name of the area? Any landmarks near the plot? Is it in the bush or in an estate? Road condition? Electricity? Distance from the main road?

Since it's just 1 plot, take a picture so prospective buyers can see it.
