Thank you.

msogunro this your plot is unique and vintage. It will be a crying shame if all the stone works just ended with the foundation only. Your final build should be sympathetic to the geological history of the area in terms of architectural execution. One should look at your completed build in 20 years time and still "see" the nature of the topography in the building. To start with, it may not be too much ask to look into adopting Gabion Wall for the front of the on going fence work. You may also use Gabion for your landscaping or cobbled stone floor like in medieval European streets, Gabion Wall barbecue, stone wall cladding etc. The possibilities are endless with those stones. A proper and well thought out use of those stone will set your build apart from the rest I swear! See pix below to familiarize yourself with the possibilities:

Included is the architectural plan on how to build a Gabion Wall.
I must admit. This gabion wall is starting to really grow on me. I'm considering using this gabion treatment for the fence posts along the front and using security bars between each post so that we can see through.

My brother is searching for pricing of galvanized concrete mesh that will be used for the cage.

Msogunro says he's not getting his site on google. You can see yours on google.
Which google are you both referring to? Google maps or Google earth? Google earth desktop or the one for android?

If you are putting in the coordinates of your land - then you are good to go. I find it really accurate on google earth.

Plus google earth has a time slider that you can drag and it shows you images from 2005 to the latest acquisition date. There's a toggle button that allows you view the same spot on google maps - so you can toggle between the two. The latest date i saw for the spot i checked was June 29th, 2016. There's also a new google earth pro - which I've never used.

I had the chance to go on a tour of the Emergency Operations Centre, built three floors underneath the ground, in my neck of the woods - and they had this tool that shows real time live imagery of any address you pop in from different angles. It was as closest as you could get to 4K quality and this was on gigantic screens on the wall. I was wide eyed and asked tons of questions and I only contained myself after the Police tour guide asked me to send him my resume. And they also use a scaled down version of this tool to determine if residents have done any illegal builds or improvements(decks, fence, trees etc) without obtaining permits from the municipality. They had some real techy stuff there.

As an aside, do they have auto-correct on here for some typed wordshuh
I've checked every Google product on android, ios, and desktop. All show the entire area as bush, when most of it was cleared earlier this year. I also don't see a toggle to view by year.

You can modify your post.

lol. You can get independent updates on your site by spending 1000 naira on credit for a random person. They will go there and take full pictures and even video for you. If the property is in a big city, you can do this within 24 hours. Plenty people will be willing to take the offer.

Google satellite images are the most extensive.
I want aerial view of the land. Not photos or video of the build.

Oh... and N1k for photos and video? Ha!!!

i dont neeed house samples from russia, italy etc. nigeria has sweet and beautiful plans
If you're looking for Nigerian made sample plans, you won't find it online and the links above won't help since they're not Naija made plans. Very few Naija designers/architects show a 3D of the house and floor plan of the entire house. 9 out of 10 times, you will need to "contact us for details".

If you browse the first few pages of the property section, you will see some great looking designs from several designers/architects. Just remember you will need to contact them for details.

I was watching "Holmes Makes It Right" and the plumbing used for the home was a home run system.

At first sight, I thought it was artwork, but then he confirmed that it was a home run system.

The whole building was coated with Graffitex paint. Offwhite and dark grey colours.
The front is aluminum cladding and the balcony area is covered in tiles.
The fence is regular paint.
Ok. The photo makes it seem as if it's tile. I wasn't sure.

Thank you.

I saw a building that aluminum cladding was combined with tiles and Graffitex paint today beside the building I went to estimate paint quantity needed.
It looks cool so I decided to take some pictures of it to post since you mentioned it earlier.
Eventually though, the coating on aluminum claddings would fade. Even automobile and industrial ship coatings fade and needs to be re coated.
Do you know what material the other walls are covered with? Not the charcoal colored wall.

Greetings sir, I think the parties can come to some agreement. Perhaps covering land, legal fees and some compensation to enable the land owner procure land in a choice area at a reasonable amount.
I don't think any reasonable person with sense of empathy would allow such building to be destroyed even though the owner of the building may be at fault.
I would request that a comparable plot be purchased for me within a specific time frame. If not, the building must come down.

I purposely excluded the road side portion of the fence from this stage of construction for various reasons. I like the Gabion Wall you've just introduced to me, but it won't work for the front fence. I want to be able to appreciate the view at any level.

I like your idea of incorporating the rocks into my build and I will definitely make an effort to do so. You've given me many new ideas.
