That guy who is trying to convince you that Kanye is not happy to be with Kim, doesn't know about Kanye very well ! I don't think anyone can make KW do anything he doesn't want to do. He loves Kim and she loves him, people are incredibly jealous of this couple! Since she got pregnant, there is no day we don't hear that Kanye has ditched her or he can't stand to be with her or her pregnancy is fake! I beg can they stop already and leave them alone! We see so many miserable pregnant women, all over the world and here in Nigeria. Kim isn't one of them! The press hound the couple incessantly and are very quick to post any pic where they are frowning or looking serious. But if u see the pictures Kim post of the same day in the same dress at the same place, they are all lovey dovey! Sensationalism sells! I beg ,as for all the people calling Kim a tramp, I wonder why, is it because of the sex tape? Many married ladies do or did when they were single, the same , the only difference is that they don't film it and if they do, their husbands don't sell it to the highest bidder ! Ray j is a cockroach and should be stepped on to save himself! Brandy should be ashamed to have such a low life for a brother. He hit it first abi? As if his father hit his mom first or Brandy's hubby hit her first or if he will hit his own wife first! Please he needs to get a life! As for the guy who came to your office he shouldn't think he's going to hit his wife first or last either! He is jealous of Kim and kanye because even Kim's baby wipes money is more than he'll ever have in his life, as for Kanye's, lets not even go there! Dont get this wrong, I hardly watch KUWTK, so I'm not their greatest fan, but I'm so fed up hearing people, who are worse and hypocrites to boot, going on and on about Kim's morales! Or how Kanye was trapped n wants out, why? As if Kim is a Gold digger or she just doesn't happen to be one of the most beautiful ladies in Kanye's life! He is LUCKY she gave him face! for all those guys out there who call her a Tramp, yeah u wish! She is beyond your wildest dreams and fantastically rich! For the ladies, your obviously jealous, she has everything you would want despite the sex tape,so go and hug a transformer! ![]()

caustical: The most reasonably contribution so far. I see that most nigerians never take vacation and try to experience some adventure in their life. @mssantaclaus, if I may ask, how much does the trip cos U and where was yur departure and arrival. From yur experience, I can see that it was funfilled and I will really like to experience same in the nearest future. So sorry I forgot to give u a summary of costs. First you must obtain all the visa's I can't remember the charges, but I think they were done under the Dubai one, then ur flight from Lagos- Dubai return. We went by emirates, so find the current price, then the cruise itself will cost about plus or minus $1500( feeding inclusive). It's always better to go as a group, it's cheaper and more fun that way. If you need any other info you can send me a private mail, I'll be happy to recommend my agent.

From yur experience, I can see that it was funfilled and I will really like to experience same in the nearest future. Thanks @Caustical, yes the trip was amazing. I don't know why people are saying that travel by sea is dangerous, from my experience, it's safer than going by land or air and infinitely more rewarding and interesting. Our journey started by taking a flight from Lagos to Dubai, then a drive to the Port to board the ship. As I said , Dubai is quite new in the leisure Cruising business, but as with most things they do, all was impressive and well done. You have to go through thorough immigration and Customs at the Port and the Security is second to none. Our Cruise Ship which was "The Brilliance of the Seas", was huge, 13 stories high, with 3 swimming pools and so much entertainment facilities it was unbelievable to believe you were actually in a moving ship. We sailed from Dubai at 6 pm and visited Oman, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain then back to Dubai in 8 days. You can check it out here for all the facilities and itinerary ~ www.royalcaribbean.com. The price varies depending on the type of room, no of passengers in your group and if you include pre paid entertainment . Everything on board is free except things like spa treatment and alcohol, all else is free, there is even a night club . Food and drink is absolutely free and when I say free, believe me, it is something else! DefinitelySomething to put on your" bucket list" ![]() |
Hi everyone, the coffee morning yesterday was interesting for the few of us who dared the down pour and made it out to VI. I didn't see anyone from Nairaland though, but that's ok, maybe next time. We had an interesting And lively discussion about everything Networking and how Social Media could improve our businesses. Most of the discussion was on the usefulness of Face book as a "Free" business advertising Tool. We all agreed that we needed to create more time to upgrade our FB pages to include our various online as well as offline business ventures. It was a most satisfying outing and I personally am spending my Sunday evening upgrading my FB page to reflect more of my business. I also was able to introduce some people to Nairaland, who previously had no idea that such a Forum existed and how interesting it is. Watch this space for the next Coffee morning invitation which will be on Thursday. As before you are all invited and it is absolutely free. Have a great week ahead. |
temiosunrinde: Hi nairlanders,Hi @temiosunrinde, the main problem you have is that for some years now, there have been no passengers ships operating either to or from Nigeria. There used to be in the 50's and early 60's I know because my uncles travelled this way to and from the united states, and I think most people coming and going to the US in those days did the same. The only way you can do that now, is to board the ship in another country where they do operate passenger cruises. Europe and maybe Egypt and South Africa. Dubai recently started operating pleasure cruises, with luxury Cruise liners such as the Royal Caribean. I was on one of those November 2011, it was an awesome experience and don't mind anyone here, not dangerous at all. But I must tell you that you must obtain all the requisite visa's and travel permits before you can even complete your booking. That is because the ship doesn't go straight to one country, but stops at many countries before the journey is over. You are meant to leave the ship at each country, look around, shop and sight see. It's also cheaper than going by plane to all these countries. It's like being in a luxury hotel on water, and almost everything is pre paid ( food and drink). If its something you want to do for fun, then it's an awesome experience , so go for it, On the other hand if its for the "Andrew" reason , then I'm not so sure at all. |

Job insecurity is an issue world over, not just Nigeria. The problem with Nigeria is that there are no soft landings in place for people who loose their jobs. That is why it is imperative and a matter of urgency that anyone who has a job or is even a job seeker should explore multiple streams of income. Many people who are working in banks , oil companies etc become complacent once the job starts, they forget so quickly what it was like to be in need, therefore some are coasting on their job salary, benefits and deals which accrue from the job and don't have a "PLAN B", outside the scope of their main job. In a country like Nigeria this is extremely dangerous! That is why you see grown men cry when this kind of en mass sack is announced. Some are even indebted to the bank due to one asset acquisition scheme or the other, guess what, when the job is terminated the bank collects its money you owe and pays you what is left of the severance package , even if its 10 naira, na u sabi! Heartless you may think, but do you expect them to loose money? They are a business and they don't forget that, even if you do! Enough said! He who has ears let him hear! But there will still be those caught in this pathetic trend of sacks, because there will be more to come! START LOOKING FOR THAT PLAN B RIGHT NOW! “My advice is to never do tomorrow what you can do today. Procrastination is the thief of time.” - Charles Dickens |

Fhemmmy: If you know people that can be buying Blackberry phones from you, i could be supplying you at a price that you will be able to make your own 3 - 5K Naira on each phone and before you know what is happening, you will have cash flow . . . Imagine if i sell you the bold2 for only 22K Naira and you resell for 25K Naira, and 150K Naira will buy you 6 and you will stil have change left and once you sold them, your 150K will be at least 168K Naira . . .Is this guy kidding me? Na wa o! Bold2 for 22k? |
Databoy247 I left Avenues to Wealth in 2009 , when they were still holidays and Cash, so I can't claim to know what happened . At that time apart from the travel voucher, the only thing they were selling were the laptops, both new and second hand if I can remember rightly. I don't know how they evolved to Avenues to wealth, but at the time, it was simple and fun. As I said , it is individuals that sometimes complicate these issues. Having said hat I would hope your experience with A2W has not soured your belief in network marketing, as you seem to be a thorough and astute business person. I particularly liked the way you went about making enquiries! Awesome! You will do well when you find the right niche! I wish all distributors were as thorough , hard working and calculated in their approach to their mlm business. We would have more success stories and fewer tales of woe! Please follow my thread on how to make your chosen network marketing venture work for you, your input and criticism will be greatly valued. |
In4matic: Bro, may God bless you abundantly. A scheme that always sites examples of others who have made it big and when you dig deeper you'll find that the speaker has never met the person being talked about in his life. so many have come and gone. and so many countries have banned them.In4matic that your friend did not get his jeep does not mean that others in that company did not. They just had better friends than he did who were ready to support them in the business venture! Obviously, you did not. Some friend!! Lol Anyway, I for one don't have to give examples of anyone I and many members of my team have benefitted immensely from our company, unlike your friend ,we supported each other,to succeed and we are still waxing strong. Also unlike your friend we are driving our jeeps bought by our companies! Joke apart, every business venture, whether Network marketing or not, needs the support of family and friends to get off the ground initially, don't you think so? Please follow me for my articles on how to work at network marketing, I would seriously appreciate your input and honest criticism. There are great opportunities out there and if one can assist in getting even one person on nairaland to make an honest living, then I'm ready to try and all assistance is welcome! |
First and foremost, i am not a pessimist, am a realist. Secondly, i never for once yielded to the temptation of MLM, i did extensive research before i drew my conclusion on this system. You guys can't just change! It won't hurt if you admit that this system is fraudulent. Please stop misleading people, MLM aka network marketing is a pyramid scheme and a pyramid scheme is nothing but a SCAM
Mr Sinister, you claim you did your research , but I don't know the sources you employed during that research. FYI mlm is accepted the world over as one of the most legitimate ways to start small and grow rich. It is definitely not a get rich quick scheme, and I must say, it is not for the feint hearted, but with a great company,a good strategy and determination to succeed you will slowly but steadily make it. As I said before, please don't be a dream killer! Lol . You may want to read this article -http://www.alancosens.com/what-is-mlm/ ( one of many you will find) After reading so many comments here, I think I will start a thread to teach Nigerian entrepreneurs how to work successfully at network marketing and succeed. Avenue's to Wealth is neither a Scam or is it Fraudulent! To be honest most of the ones in Nigeria are neither of these things. They start out as honest companies , but some Nigerians are just too fraudulent, and find ways of scamming their own people! now how does that make the company fraudulent? I find that many Nigerians who go into these businesses , let themselves get scammed by the individuals who introduce them to it. In my experience, many of them who keep shouting "iv been scammed" , but have have never gone to the companies office to lay a formal complaint! Why is that? I believe its because they themselves bought into the scam and were ready to scam the company, or if not that, we're looking for someone else to do the work for them , whilst they sat at home and collected the money? Is it in your wildest dreams possible to rely on someone else to make you rich? You are just Asking to be Scammed! |
In4matic: please follow financial news and learn. last i heard, kiyosaki is contending with deep financial issues right now.you should also read articles to the end and not just pick the parts that suit your argument! The part you failed to read is this part " The Learning Annex was one of Kiyosaki’s earliest backers, and helped arrange a number of his most prominent speaking gigs in the early aughts. They were not alone. Oprah Winfrey had him on her show, and PBS ran his programming during their fundraising weeks. So how did Kiyosaki, whom the website Celebrity Net Worth estimates is worth a cool $80 million, come to this pass? Well, he didn’t come to any pass. He now conducts much of his business not via Rich Global LLC but under the rubrik Rich Dad Co. And it’s a corporate bankruptcy, not a personal bankruptcy. When the New York Post, which broke the story, tracked down Mike Sullivan, Rich Dad Co. CEO, he informed them that Kiyosaki would not be putting any of his personal fortune toward the settlement. As for Rich Global, Sullivan claimed it only had a few million in its coffers." Robert kiyosaki is not personally bankrupt, neither is his company Rich Dadco! Try not to mislead or defame anyone in your bid to win an argument. In short , I believe you will be a good convert to our cause! Lol |
Hi, people! Apologies in advance for this long post, but i thought it necessary to clear some misconceptions iv been reading here. I became a member of "Avenues to wealth" in 2009, at the time it first came to nigeria and it was then called "Holidays and Cash". I joined at the time because i heard Pat Utomi was the chairman and i figured that whatever he put his name to, could not be anything but real. i was not dissapointed because a week or two after joining, i had made back my initial investment. it was new and it was fun, we had a great time setting up the meetings and learning the business as well as introducing people to the opportunity and helping them grow. shortly after joining H& C, i was introduced to another well known MLM company and thought i could run the two simultaneously because they did not have conflicting interests. after doing both for a while i decided that it would be more productive to concentrate on one and i opted out of H&C. 4 years later, I'm happy to say I have done very well and have no regrets whatsoever. Now having told you a little about myself and my journey in network marketing I would like to draw certain observations. To those nay Sayers, please get informed and stop being "Dream Killers" network marketing is real and it works! People are getting rich from it, even if it didn't work for you, doesn't mean it can't work for others! If I were you, revisit ur experience, examine what you DID NOT DO, and tell yourself the honest truth, then get busy! For those who want to get involved, research the company, investigate the team you want to join, make sure you purchase products that are useful to YOU and last but most importantly, be ready to work extremely hard , be determined to succeed, persevere and never give up. Remember, people never fail in Network Marketing, they only give up! |

Hi, My name is Amaka and i just came across this post and I'd like to add my own two cents to all the comments here. I have been a Forever Living Distributor for 3 + years now and although I'm not in Fast Track club, I know of them, many are doing extremely well in the industry. I have nothing but good things to say about the company , as in my 3 years of doing the business, I have more than had a great experience! As one of the commenters here said, if you work hard, FLP (Forever Living Products) will more than reward you! In fact if anything, this company is way too generous to its distributors! I drive the latest Hyundi ix35 jeep, courtesy of the company's generous Car Plan incentive, which anyone can qualify for in just 3 months! I and many members of my team have made several awesome all expenses paid trips, (for two people) to exotic locations all over the world! Seriously, Sun City, Cape Town, a Cruise around the Arabian Sea on the awesome ship "the brilliance of the Seas" and much more! If you are at all thinking of joining this business, be ready to work hard, be determined, persevere and last but not the least, never, ever give up! It is worth it, u can go to my face book page " Lifestylechangesolutions - the aloevera people ", and take a look at my amazing Forever journey!enjoy |

lets make it interesting!
