Drop test performed & sponsored by who??
Pls don't get me doctored videos from YouTube that are not tested by an unbiased forum or in an impartial way. Get me something from a credible tech site or summat.

How long have you been using your note 3? Cos you said "these" phones have suffered, so I want to know how many times your note3 fell?, on what?, which manner? & height of fall. Cos the way you talk am be like say your note3 don suffer for at least say, 1 year - if not, you've not earned the right to make the statement you just made.

Please don't put words in my mouth, my point is people that know little about technology are the ones targeted by mobile companies with meaningless apps that will make them feel super about their devices, I never said anything about the phone making me tech savvy; but maybe it's cos I so much love technology, maybe cos my friends call me gadget man, maybe cos I've been in IT world for over 14 years(professionally), maybe cos I can do little things like disassembling any computer or phone in less than 15 minutes, maybe cos I can configure routers, perform advanced configurations & set up large scale networks. Maybe cos I'm fascinated by technology and keep a very keen eye on all developments be it mobile, production line, security, or others like space research, health breakthroughs etc or maybe as you said, it's cos my phone is durable and small, but who am I to argue? You seem to be the smart one.

On a final note(forgive the pun-I couldn't resist) you said holding an iPhone made you feel stupid right? It does actually say a lot about you and gives me more reason to ignore you.
Stay blessed.

ermmmm was your intention to be intimidating when you started listing your working experience cos I did not know you needed to be able to disassemble a computer before I could test its durability. pardon my ignorance.

You're fixated on the note 3 cos you know it's not been out for that long. Only had it for about a month but I had my Note 2 for a year before I sold it and it was in pristine condition. My phone makes me feel super about it and I love it for that. At least, Samsung bothers to put some "meaningless" apps to compensate for the amount I spent on the phone. What did Apple give you? Maybe a bloated idea that you are superior because you don't buy into gimmicks and you would pay premium for a phone that's simple at best.

btw, you can perform and record your own drop tests if a live recorded one is not enough for you.

Abeg I dey quote myself cos I've been waiting for S4 people to prove my above points wrong but they are all ignoring and challenging weaker arguments that are easier for them to attack.

In all reasons, what beats the comforts of ergonomics and durability? I've seen an iPhone 4S that dropped on the road and okada ran over it, but it was still ok. He'll, I would bet with any S4 NLander to challenge my 5S to a series of durability tests.
Air gesture, eye scroll and all that crap are things usually appreciated mostly by people that are not tech savvy( no insults intended).
hahahahahahahahaha I'm literally lmao just reading that. so wanting a phone thats durable and small makes you tech savvy now. ok o

I can't comment on the durability of iphone5 and later models cos i have not spent more than 2 minutes holding anyone of them. I feel stupid just holding one but I will say I have had a Note 2 and now 3 and as a very clumsy person, those phones have suffered in my hands. I am yet to experience any broken phones. Yes everything just goes all over the floor, that reduces the impact on the body cos the force is spread all over unlike iPhone that's just shut tight. but whatever...

btw look 5s and s4 drop test below...

I don't know exactly what u mean, but yes.. It was frustrating to always comeback and use ur finger for the capacitive keys. But on note 3, the S-Pen works on the Menu and back Capacitive keys. smiley

thank you smiley actually ended up figuring it out that they removed that in favour of using the pen on the capacitive keys. on note 2, you could navigate by pressing down the button on your pen and drawing > to move right, < to move left and ^ to bring up the menu. thanks tho

MsTeez....lol, sarcasm not intended, wanna point out a few facts to you. We mostly store what we don't need, a 16g memory will accommodate an average persons phone needs, about 400 songs, a few videos, lots of pictures and plenty apps, In the event you want more i dont see why you shouldn't delete a few of the old stuffs you have to make room for the new, i have an Iphone 32g and ipad 64, i haven't even been able to fill half of both devices, already i have over 1000 songs on both devices, movies and pics pelu plenty apps. And to point out the ipad has about 35movies presently Aha!!! Wetin i dey find again na? Am sure same applies to you too? So there is no excuse of coming in 6months and wanting a bigger storage, in 6months if you want more storage delete the old stuff..... Shikena

Well I'll store how ever amount of stuff I need if I want to. I don't need Apple making that decision for me.

Why do andriod users always come up with the issue of mass storage? I find that arguement totally stupid and those who point it out dim-witted. There is clearly a wide range of capacitive storage on any apple device, 8g,16,32,64 and now 128G. You simply buy what caters for your need. Theres a wide array to choose from, That's called choice!
Yea choice you can't change your mind about. What if I think I only need 16gb only in 6 months time to realise I actually need 64gb. Should I get another phone then? Situations change and iPhone is not adaptable.

You say plastics reduces the overall weight of the S4? are you from dumbdumbson town? That tin weighs 130g as compared to an iphone 5S which weighs 112g or any other model of iphone, am sure you are suffering from the confusions so many samsung models, your delusion is called Samsungphrenia, no offence.
Yea cos 18g is really going to weigh down your hands undecided It's a bigger phone with a bigger screen, you can expect more weight
Phones / Re: Things Samsung's Galaxy S4 Can Do That Iphone 5S Can't by MsTeez: 12:26pm On Dec 26, 2013
Ollymurs: Who says there's a comparison? Absolutely not there is non what so ever, how could anyone is a right frame of mind go for cheap, plasticy and full of crap S4. Have u even seen an iphone 5S? The sheer beauty, gold plated, well constructed build, gosh please who doesnt luv GOld? Maybe Samsungiets? Who cares about all those techy bullshit? Only geeks will the interested in all these crap, Air swipe, look away to pause movies, NFc, please!!! I enjoy simplicity, not some brain cracking and tasking way of tryna get my fone to work. And there is the feel of an apple product, u need to hold one to get that feeling of awesomeness...... Andriod? That Os prone to malicious malware and viruses, dont even get me started on andriod. Samsung doesnt even own an OS, you borrow from google abeit have an agreement with google, What happens if such arrangements is no more? but there is only one iOS, created and used only by Apple, no one can beat that.... I know samsung users are cheap people looking for cheap things cus if u could afford to buy a device of sheer brilliance and one of a kind technology you wldnt settle for less..... Apple tops all!!!!

If you want something simple to use and have money to throw at that, then by all means, stay with iPhone. If you do want more for your money though and a phone that allows you to do more, Samsung is the way

I can't believe you guys are dwelling on something so mundane. Do you really not have more pressing issues in your life than the tightness of a woman's vagina? I'm jealous of you if that's the case. After the first night, it's gone anyway. Abeg go and find ways to make money and make your lives better cos there is no gold or diamonds locked in with her virginity.

Going by your logic...you are still wrong. If 'take 1000' means subtraction, then the answer should be 3,100.

0 is the initial value so you can't take away 1000 and still have 0. Instead, you will have (-1000) and that is what will be added to 40 and so on.....

So you see you are still wrong both ways?

Anyway, Me thinks the tricky part is that most people tend to mistake the tens as hundreds thereby getting 6,000.

THANK YOU!!! I was reading through every single post waiting for someone to actually make a mention of this
