Mancala: You may have gotten those services for free (free to you), but I guarantee you that someone else was paying. The paying party was most likely the 200 million people of Nigeria who are paying the opportunity cost of providing free healthcare to a few elite. My point is that there is no free lunch. You are one out of 200 million. If it is really free, why isn't it opened up to benefit everyone? Healthcare in most of the civilized world is a right, not a secret benefit to be accessed by the privileged few. No that isn't the case @bolded. In fact, most of the beneficiaries are non-elites. If the elites were aware of such freebies, they would have grabbed them with open hands... Who no like better thing I myself found out one way or the other and just decided to take advantage. Some other person would have snubbed... |

Igboid: For bragging rights.
We mostly want Biafra. Do a survey in Igboland and ask us to choose between Nigerian presidency and Biafra, many would choose both as they are not mutually exclusive. But most would prefer Biafra if we must pick one. Exactly! So don't you ever castigate GEJ's 5-year presidency. It remains a great achievement for his Ijaw tribe and the more reason they will stick one Nigeria rather than Biafra. They have paid their dues and have been rewarded. The quest for Biafra will never allow the Igbos smell the presidency or even vice. It's time to choose an hustle and stick to it. |
Politics › Re: The 1952 Nigeria Ethnicity Census Result by MuchAdo: 11:52pm On May 22, 2020 |
Igboid: We helped GEJ become President and we don't see how his presidency helped local fishermen in Ogbia. Their water is still polluted and they can't even afford clean water, despite being surrounded by water. All that is irrelevant now. Nevertheless, Igbos bought into GEJ after Yorubas via Obasanjo and the Save Nigeria Group got him installed as acting president. We also supported his fresh term bid in 2011. Also, if presidency doesn't benefit the holder's tribe, why are Igbos clamoring for 2023 presidency/vice |

Igboid: Useless stats. It tells more about state of registration and registration and use of the telephone lines.
There is also case of multiple line users. You see. Again you term it useless because it doesn't favour you. Ok gives us your own useful stat - 1952 census Who told you the authorities can't pin all my multiple lines to me based on my biodata etc etc |
Politics › Re: The 1952 Nigeria Ethnicity Census Result by MuchAdo: 11:43pm On May 22, 2020 |
Igboid: Igbo is still Igbo, yesterday, today and tomorrow. That you falsified things and refuse to live in truth to suppress the Igbo, does not stop the Igbo from being Igbo. We remain Ndiigbo , and our time will still come again. Hopefully in an independent Igbo republic. Goodluck. But as far as whatever doesn't favour you is falsified, prepare to remain trodden upon. Before your very eyes, an Ijaw man - a super minority - became president... |
