Part of the therapy and recovery process would be resting and avoiding any stress on the leg at all.

Please go back to your doc mek dem no go cut your leg or make you begin dey limp on that leg

as you said RUN to your doctor that's what I did I ran call the man and narrated everything he told to use crepe bandage and be taking pain killers it will go down with time,

I had the surgery at national orthopedic hospital dala kano, but I am in MAIDUGURI now doing therapy at UMTH,

So Thanks for your advice Ma,

To cut this leg or walk with a limp, you scared the hell out of me grin

it's day 26 now there is still swelling at the back of the kneecap,

and pain just little above were the graft was taking,

and fever for the last two weeks which i treat my self and it comes back in few days

Pls doctors in the house should i Begin physical therapy again because I started therapy week 2,

but an incident happened which lead to the swelling a rug was rolled up and kept at one side of my room which unfortunately tried to fall on my extended leg and I forcefully grabbed it away avoiding it falling on my injured knee,

a sharp pain and shock like sensation from the kneecap, then swelling I've rested to two days now,

no moving around I use my crutches and the swelling is going at a very very small level
So my questions are

1) me resting for 2/3 days will that affect the knee coz I do no physical therapy and it's week 3 going to 4

2) should I use balms and ointment on the knee to reduce stiffness and swelling

My next follow is on Thursday I'm dying to have answers

So for the lengthy write-up and typos

Honestly as everything has it ups and downs or ad/disadvantages so does introversion and it will be difficult and destructive as you go inward cut yourself from people your left with nothing except few hobbies and the onslaught of the voices in your head, the judgement,speculation,imaginations, and the worst kind of emotions like anger, resentment, bitterness, worry, anxiety, and ultimately depression you will be faced with your own ignorance and malevolence, which will require you to either learn what does things are and put them under control or suffer the pain they inflict on you, for me after so many years being anxious and in my own head i learned to dis-identify from my own mind i learned to control my thoughts and emotions i learned to live by my self no remorse no criticism I Don't hate myself i don't love self i am just me i laid my life down and humbled myself i rid my self of the dis-ease of EGO, PRIDE, COMPARISON and COMPETITION, replace them with empowerment, encouragement, support and celebration i stopped out sourcing those emotions to other people i give them to myself this is not selfishness but a selfless state of being, i read books everyday for the last two years, notable mentions of some of the books that had impact on my are life

( braking the habit of being yourself, your the placebo, becoming supernatural, evolve your brain all written by DR JOE DISPENZA)

I might go on and on and on this are the few i can come with now,

My message in this long write up is this ( don't think to yourself your cursed or anything introversion as i said has it own nightmares don't just think to yourself that your now an introvert not a peoples person identify with a mind made fictitious entity an illusory identity an image in your mind that you need to defend no use that and learn how you tick as the saying goes POWER OVER OTHERS IS WeakNESS DISGUISE AS STRENGTH TRUE POWER IS WITHIN.

Im not saying you should be an extrovert but deal with all kind of FEAR be free in your head,.

I quited my job last year and have all the time to myself to study i have like only 2 friends off social media except NL and whatsapp saved all my contacts to google deleted them on phone so i dont watch whatsapp statuses, i bought a ball to play and exercise when im bored dedicated 3 hrs for reading daily

Perfect life of an introvert but believe me if tell you this I've never felt so free and alive as this last few years i dealt with all negativity and bad habits no more FEAR.

i hope to inspire even one person with my write up.

Malala is an amazing indian girl who won the 2017 Nobel peace prize at age 17. A very great girl. And an example to the northern women. She's a Muslim.

I think I read one of her books, some years ago.

she's not Indian but Pakistani she was made famous by the west after being shot by the Taliban in the head, so think of her as an agent of the west working for them nothing as a girl child activist or any nonsense, and by the way nothern women are doing fine and okay or do you hear them complaining, look what you people fail to understand is Islam and Muslims are complete because we have systems in place to guide us through life, we don't have to modernize or change or ways, as most Christians are now atheist because there religion can't answer certain questions, (don't let me get into that) even Europe can't change Islam e.g look at turkey or chechen region in Russia

If you use 2 names for application, you won't be able to add the third name even after graduation. The only thing you will do is to get an affidavit that the documents carrying two and three names are yours.

I was told in my study center that there used to be opportunity for correction of name before compilation of the name of graduating students for the purpose of certification

for me I prefer my 2 names that I'm using already but what I want to know is, will they admit me with one of my certificate having 3 names, which I don't have problem with studying in both fed and State University right now, I don't want to waste the 5k for application fee grin

Infact it simply says he prayed prayed with the holy prophet then went back to his people to again lead them in prayer.
when a prayer is non-obligatory you can join the person with the intention of Non-obligatory prayer just like Sujud sawih (Sujud done when mistake occur in prayer) is not necessary for Non-obligatory prayer but you can never observe Ishai prayer behind an Imam offering Tarawih prayer(Nawafil)

You won't be needing Html, CSS, or Javascript anytime soon. You should start with learning the Unix command line interface (CLI), and editors like vim and emacs, git & GitHub, bash scripting, then C in that order. The sandbox you will be using is a Unix-like machine (ubuntu). With little or no graphic user interface (GUI), You will be doing almost everything from your terminal. Learn and practice how to use the command line, very well. And your journey with ALX shouldn't be score driven. Else you will be doing more harm than good to yourself. To be honest for a complete beginner ALX will be very daunting and frustrating, and be prepared to battle imposter syndrome and burnout.

You will learn the Linux command line, editors like vim, emacs, git & github, bash scripting, C, Python, Javascript, and lots of other things all in a space of one year. The time frame for me is too short.

Tech is a trendy topic on the web, these days, as everybody seem to be talking about it. Well, the present world is drifting towards tech. So, it's not a surprise, anyways.

Some of you would have read or heard about ALX Software Engineering program. And the usual question is, "does it worth it?"

Yes, ALX worth it. It's an intensive 12 month program that places you on rigorous tasks, with a required commitment of 70 hours per week. Considering the amazing career benefits that come along with software engineering, definitely devoting 12 months to ALX is worth it.

I actually found out that ALX is affiliated to Holberton School — A computer science school in California. Regular students at Holberton pay a total sum of $85,000 in two years just to earn a nanodegree in Software Engineering from Holberton. ALX students, get this same schooling for free in just a year.

However, becoming a graduate with ALX is not a rollercoaster ride. This is my 2nd month in the program and I can tell you that it hasn't been easy at all. I had to resign from my regular job at Multichoice, just to devote my entire time to the program. This decision helped to scale through the probation phase as I was able to score an aggregate of 145% during the first month.

It has not been easy but the grit and passion to chasing my tech ambition keep me driving ahead. Presently, course fees for 2022 applications are waived as a result of funding by Mastercard company. The registration for 2022 Cohort 12 is still ongoing and will end by January 11 2023.

If tech is your calling, you can still make use of that opportunity to get yourself started.
