PoliticsRe: Osun Poll Today, What Is Happening In Your Area? by muhammad23(m): 5:29am On Aug 10, 2014
It must now be very clear that Nigerians no longer vote for the "Party"..but for the "Person". And obviously, APC chieftains must now understand that foisting an unpopular candidate on the masses will only make them lose gallantly at the polls, When Ekiti voted, they voted for Fayose not PDP, Osun has clearly voted Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola not APC...The lesson is simple: Let internal democracy thrive in APC..Let the people chose who they want to lead them, and watch how stronger the party would grow to be...
Congrats to Ogbeni Aregbe once again.

Nairaland GeneralIs It Wrong For A Guy Not To Know How To 'BUTCHER' A Fowl??? by muhammad23(op): 11:45am On Jul 28, 2014
So it is monday morning, official eid-el-fitri day, no more controversies.. And here I am, facing 3 giant fowls...hurdles... My folks be like..."Oya oya...go and do justice to those things sharp sharp"... shocked "Ehn...emi ke, I cannot handle them ooo" and so did the admonition/insult started..."When you are married...is it your wife that would kill fowl for you"..."Well...we can outsource it to a butcher..at least, virtually everything in Nigeria is outsourced"... That brings me to my question... Shey na by force make man sabi butcher and dissect chickenhuh

In my own opinion, this is a good development, their would be multiplier effects on the economy...but this can only be possible and a total success if the FG hasten up on the provision of stable power supply.

DANGOTEONE: Thanks for the updates. Logistics/Fleet Officers are the people needed. 'Truck drivers' was just to reduce the crowd.
whoever came up with the idea of calling for Ktruck Drivers' must be commended...now my chance looks brighter..

balotelli: Now I don't believe anybody got any text message yet I know so many of us who applied how come its only Umar that is in the training school they have not finished the selection exercise please nobody should deceive us... meaning out of the thousands in Lag and Abuja nobodÝ was chosen at least most of all have friends also none received text. Now I begin to doubt the credibility of this Nairaland forum guys are always cooking up things they imagined and feel they should share just to make some people feel bad weLl as for me I refuse to believe any text has been sent and people already at training camp.News travel fast in Lagos if twenty people got the message trust me we will all know or can somebody notify us genuinely if he has a friend that got the message None I doubt
....I share ur thoughts....anyways I haven't allowed this to raise my BP...just taking it cool...All d best to all expectants..

Somex10202: .i understand what he mean,so far the gatecrasher can scale thru the screening and do the interview we all are on the same level.am sure in d next 2 to 3wks we would confirm this,so of them would make the list

Johnnyemy: if U think dat dey dont have those CV's in their database then u are fooling urself,,, watch out what is going to happen.
yes they do have it in their database for sure...phone numbers and other details were obtained from it...just saying....in my own opinion...the form filled at the interview cud be of much relevance...it shows u attended d interview and will be d next basis for shortlisting...
Although the initial CV sent may be referred to afterwards...but getting a chance to attend d interview does make sense... I'm not holdin brief for gatecrashers...but still standin on d point that there's no harm in trying...you get?
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Outcome Of Dangote Drivers Interview by muhammad23(m): 7:41pm On Oct 12, 2012
chiboy1928: So when are we living for the training school I mean those of us dat were genuinely invited for these interview.am not talking of the gate crashers, any info of when we will be heading for the traning sch?
....gatecrashers, gatecrashers, gatecrashers...what is the fuss about that...is one not open to trying his luck....@lease just ignore gatecrashers and pray fervently as an individual to be invited for the training...as for those who think Dangote still hav a CV in one obscure database...I don't think that's true...if u toe my line of thinking...I believe the form we all filled at the point of interview is what really matters right now...We all hav a right to personal opinion...My fellow 'truckers'..its only the downward situation of d country that is making us loathe the gatecrashers...if the gatecrasher is sure of a pay packet next month...he wouldn't have bother to cum near the gate....but my people, we are all struggling to survive...if one sees an opportunity and fails to seize the moment..it may be a moment to regret for life...let's show love to one another and pray for success individually and generally as youths of an ailing country....I pray we all succeed in all our endeavors even if not in a Dangote truck...God Bless the Youths. God Bless Nigeria

Sorry abt the article...couldn't keep my thoughts leashed...

olumaxi: where r d gate crashers? Havnt they been sucesful at been interviewd..air u na xperience abeg
gate crashers have been succesful too cos they r been considered as much as u r able to tender a plausible explanation.....but in my own opinion gatecrashers weren't that much cos I did mine ystday and its just abt 3 people dt was questioned on been invited or not.....so goodluck to everyone...see u on d highway soon. cheers
