About your Canada visa denials, that’s not an issue at all. How you package your documents going forward is what matters.

Note: I had 4 US visa denials before applying to Australia and I got it. In fact, my wife also got it in August. So put the Canada denials behind you, get all the necessary documents, leave no gap or flaw in your documents, be truthful and be prayerful.

My agents required for my yellow card same December and no additional documents was required.
Resumption and orientation date;9th and 10th March.
School;University of Technology Sydney

I got my grant on the 25th of February and I have been so busy since then, am typing this from my room in Sydney
lol I'M STILL JET LAGGED!!!!!!!!! and yes I passed a lot of hurdles ,lol it was either one problem or another .

First thing is to secure an admission. You really have to convince the school why leaving your building tech to Nursing as the two didn’t match. Then later convince the CO while applying for visa. As for admission, search for your desired schools and try to contact them via mails or call to know if they can take you in stating clearly your conditions.
Secondly, forget about the TOEFL. It has nothing to do anymore as it has expired. Get n new English test.
Lastly, about your US Visa denial. Relax your mind and be truthful while lodging your visa.
I was denied US Visa 5times and I got my Australia student visa at first time. Though it took 7months (far more than the expected time).

Is it hard to get a study leave from your employer? Letter of work offer after you complete your studies? Tax clearance and payslips from your current job?

Do you have any landed properties etc? Sponsorship letter from your Dad? WILL which shows part of your inheritance?

If you are unsure, best you use a MARA lawyer.

My wife’s passport wasn’t ready when my son and I did our TB test, there was delay due to change of name. I could t wait because my resumption is 17 Jan. Fortunately, she got her passport last week Friday which was after my biometric and she got her TB test Yesterday.

NB: No NSF even though I have 9 years study gap.
I uploaded recent employment letter, reference letter and CV.

I will be applying for my Dependents nextweek.

I will give you a run through of how it works and stages you have to go through to get such funds and the interest rate.

So, you will be sent an account opening form and Application form. After filling it, it will be sent back with utility bill, ID, and passport photograph.

After the account has being opened an offer letter, letter of lien and release of lien will be sent to you for signing.

4.5% interest will be paid upfront ubefore fund is disbursed into account and lien will be placed on the money.

There are many colleges that do not impose payment of tuition before Visa Processing, but many mandate you pay the deposit fee of 1500CAD, which is very affordable for many.. And many have gotten their Visas with paying just the deposit fee...
