its become so hard to get a job here in the UK, I am talking about a menial job, despite the many applications I have sent through indeed and total jobs platform, its so frustrating. I am well aware of the pandemic and the impact it has had on many families in the UK ,which has forced them to look for all kinds of jobs, This situation has made the search for job a tough and competitive one. I need advice on what to do. thanks.

Hello I tried an experiment this afternoon and here are my findings(wetin boredom dey cause )

Note, I'm 12days old in the UK

Title of experiment : Currency conversion
Aim : To convert naira to pounds via cryptocurrency exchange
Procedure:
Monzo account was opened on Saturday (online) I'm still in isolation. Debit card arrived this morning and got activated

Nigeria verified binance account was funded with 15k, since it was an experiment the account was funded trice with 5k each transaction in order to meet the minimum transaction requirements

Btc was purchased with ₦ and exchanged for £

Withdrawal from my binance wallet to Monzo account
Total of £21.81 was received

Major transaction costs
To fund 5k, 150 naira charge, I did that 3 times
(Minimum 150naira max 18million)
Withdrawal charge £1.5

That is it!
Do you think it's worth it?
Started out with 15k, got £21.81

Dnt follow up with them over the phone, the people on the phone are somethin else.

Does anyone know if Bournemouth issues CAS letter without submitting the 28 days proof of funds( funds still in my account )? Below was the message sent to me after paying the deposit ....

This is to confirm that your payment of £3000 has been received.

Thank you for attaching these documents, however, we do not need you to send us anything else- your application is complete and CAS team will be preparing CAS shortly.

I suppose these documents will be needed for your visa application.

If only it’s that simple. The way Nigerians are quick to mention phd, you will think it’s abc. Una dey think say phd na beans. Some of you cannot even do simple research on google to find universities or visa application details, but to mention phd no dey hard una. See if you don’t find work during the 2 years psv, just carry your bag dey go. Find other countries with easier integration & refuse the U.K. spell that make people keep spending money to study in other to remain there. One of my guy dey come back on the 29th of this month gon gon.
This fella studied financial management 2016-2018. Oga no find work but refused to come back. This guy apply for public health, get offer come dey jubilate as per health go give am work for U.K. My Guy don study 2018-2020 finish, still no work on top public health oooo. This na somebody wey sometimes dey work 55 hours a week in mental health to pay off tuition. Breaking immigration work law anyhow. Result come out, na last position he get. Infact his certificate no even write wetin he come out with. Just masters in public health shikena. This guy dey cry everyday say he for find another place waka.
He dey wish make protest no stop make dey no open airport .

Hello , I paid via paga yesterday for a 1 year program.

IHS fee was 606 dollars , while visa fee was 469 Dollars.

The exchange rate on paga is really similar to Oanda’s rate if not the same.
