Is all lies,all you have to do is make sure you call the hotel to be sure the reservation is still active till when you enter because is likely for immigration to call the hotel for your itinerary, if the reservation is active and for how many days .

Well, i can't really dispute your point. However, i had a different experience at Pearson Airport. Initially i booked my flight from Lagos to Amsterdam to Calgary(my destination). I avoided Pearson Airport as well. But as fate would have it, the day i was meant to travel, my flight from Amsterdam to Calgary was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto then Calgary. I had no choice but to fly that route. On landing at Pearson Airport, I summoned the courage to face the immigration officer. Our conversation went thus:
IM Officer: Can i have your passport
Me: I handed it to him
IM Officer: Why are you in Canada?
Me: I'm here to visit my family(Spouse & Child have PR)
IM Officer: Where are they?
Me: Calgary
IM Officer: 1st time in Canada?
Me: Yes
IM Officer: When are you leaving?
Me: In a month's time.
IM Officer: Do you have a return ticket?
Me: Yes
IM Officer: Can I see it?
Me: I showed it to him on my phone.
IM Officer: Welcome to Canada
Me: Thank you.
I left and went my way to board my connecting flight to Canada. Our discussion was about 3 mins and that was it. This was about 2weeks+. Just ensure you have necessary documents, cash to cover your stay just incase you are asked. Maybe mine was easy because i have my family here or it was God or both. Be prayerful as well. Don't just try to take any chances, Canadian border agency at Pearson no too get joy like that.

You are spending 6days as a tourist, why having 3 days hotel reservation?.

Just booked 6days, pay for the first night, you can figure out the rest when you enter Canada.

Not that I know it all, I have that first and info concerning Toronto POE, and that's why I'm helping people here with it, Toronto POE border officers are very strict and they can refuse people entry into Canada, they do it many times, so I'm just trying to help in a little way I can to save my fellow African brothers and sisters from such bad experience , you know once they turn you back flight ticket to and fro don burn be that, maybe over 2m naira... Many people even do borrow the money to go self, some sell their cars or house, so where such person wan go raise that kind money again if Toronto POE send am back?


Pls always pass Montreal POE if it's your first time, even if you are going for visit in Ontario which is in Toronto, yes Montreal border officers will ask you why u come thru Montreal when ur destination is Ontario... Don't tell them because you heard they are nice ooo and Toronto POE is harsh o, them go send u back be that, just tell them it's your ticketing agent that booked the flight for you that he said as at the time this flight was the cheapest he got, so you didnt mind, with such excuse they will pass you in.

Bro if u don't go in u will never know what's really in there or what God have in that land for you yes thing might be difficult for some but surely not everyone I am equally in the same position with u I have no one in Canada and equally just my ticket money but have told myself that I will give myself till mid next year to hustle some more cash as my PP & visa will exp 2025
