Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Is Yahoo The Only Means Of Survival In Nigeria? by munavi: 1:59am On Jan 23
Elistho:

Even my roommate I used to drink Garri with and go days hungry is now living flamboyantly, packed out into a furnished apartment, he's having a nice time and I'm happy for him.. I go there on my free days, they do yahoo but I haven't made up my mind to.

The bolded is actually very annoying. So you expect us to beg you not to join?

Every decision, whether good or bad, comes with consequences. Your balling friends might regret their actions tomorrow since they chose to prioritize quick wealth over hard work.

The book of Proverbs 13:11 says "wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it." Your friends might have everything you desire today, but for how long?

I don't even want to talk about morality but what about karma since they cause others pain while making their money? There is a bible verse that talks about God letting wicked people flourish just so He can better punish them.

I will advise you learn a skill and stop looking for quick wealth. The little you make will give you peace of mind even though it might not be enough for your needs. Also, you need to improve on your circle of friends because bad company corrupts good manners.

Finally, you need to understand that you're not doing anyone a favor by not engaging in internet scam. Apart from the fact that it is the right thing to do, lessons learnt through hard work and being a person of integrity will help you understand how the world truly works. That itself can be a game changer for you in life.

Whether or not you decide to tow the part of your friends, I wish you well.

Please don't confuse people is it by 3 or 6 or 9pm
I think it's always 3 matches per day. Please clarify it. When is Nigeria playing?
The time is 6pm. Last game of group games are usually played simultaneously to reduce the possibility of controlled outcomes. In other words, it is done to reduce wayo and permutations.

NYSC / Re: NIN Or Jamb DOB Which Is Used During NYSC Registration by munavi: 8:25am On Jan 22
HELLASJ:
Hello N'Landers, I salut y'all.

I have a little ish bothering me. Please all inputs are welcome.

The DOB on my NIN is different from that of my Jamb and school portal.

While I was registering for NIN, I was tracked using my BVN so the DOB on my BVN was extracted for NIN but before then I had already changed the DOB on my BVN from the bank.

So my question is "which of these DOB is going to be used by NYSC?" Or Should I go for NIN DOB modification?

Thank you.
I've explained this many times to PCMs on my group. This is the first time NYSC is introducing NIN so it's hard to tell what will be used or not.

But from experience, I know NYSC draws date of birth from JAMB. What I think you should be worried about is if the names you have on your NIN is inconsistent with what you have on JAMB and senate list.

That is just my opinion by the way so I guess we will find out what is obtainable once registration begins.

Cheers!

I just want to ask how one will know if the relocation has been approved for someone who did the relocation twice.?
Is it just going to reflect on the same relocation page like the first one did or one will have to make payment again before seeing it reflect. Please I need urgent answer from those who have the experience of it.
You will see it in your relocation tab.

If it's more than 3 months since you paid for the first relocation, you might still make another payment.

How about you add "do unto others what you want done to you"?
