Celebrities / Re: Comedian Ay & His Wife Mabel Ends Their 15 Years Marriage by munavi: 12:06am On Jan 19
It's sad that most celebrities don't enjoy a long lasting marriage. I guess their lifestyle of constant attention and tempting opportunities make it tough to build and keep a home. I wish them both joy in their newfound life.

These civil society groups should not be taken seriously. Most of them are funded by unscrupulous elements and charged to promote some ill-perceived public opinion.
Education / Re: Should We Close Down The Universities In Nigeria? by munavi: 8:58am On Jan 17
Many universities across the globe boast incredible inventions, but Nigerian graduates often feel their education wasn't worth the effort. Before placing blame, let's consider the whole picture.

Government funding may not be enough to keep facilities modern or update the curriculum for modern jobs. Engaging, real-world-focused teaching also plays a vital role. Think about learning math by using it, not just memorizing formulas.

Maybe the system itself needs a shake-up. Practical skills like problem-solving and critical thinking should be prioritized, not just learning tool names without ever building anything.

However, not all responsibility lies with others. Just like a plant needs sunlight and water, students must be curious and engaged to get the most out of their education.

Therefore, instead of pointing fingers, let's consider it a team effort. The government can invest in better resources and programs, universities can make learning more relevant, and students can take charge of their own learning journey.

Charging your new phone and powerbank before usage is not compulsory but it is recommended to help ensure smooth setup, battery calibration, full capacity testing, and of course peace of mind because of sellers unreliability for naija. cheesy

Ogun State
You might need to bypass your LGI and get someone to work the PPA for you. Unfortunately, I don't have slot for Ogun PPA at the moment.
NYSC / Re: Your NYSC Questions Answered by munavi: 2:09pm On Jan 13
NIN is now a compulsory requirement for online registration. PCMs take note.

Hello,

I have been rejected by two PPAs, although I have been able to sort clearance and documentation. The issue is I want to change my PPA to a different LGA(I have a request letter for this LG I am looking forward to change to) but the same zone as the previous, my LGI said he's not in position to do that. How do I go about it, please?

Will the zonal inspector help with it since I am still staying in the same Zone.

Kindly reach me on olabisizhaynab@gmail.com if there's any you can render.
What State is that?

Pls would wrong date of birth on Olevel, affect mobilization?

For mobilization to Nysc is it the graduation age from school or current age.

Is it possible my name been removed from jamb matriculation list, I did confirm it twice some year ago but today I just noticed it's changed not on the list

1. No. Date of birth is drawn from JAMB.

2. Your graduation age is your age as of the date your final result was approved by your school's senate. For example, if your final result was approved by your school board in November 2021, that will be your graduation age, not January 2024.

3. It's possible but it is also not a big deal. Just reprint your JAMB result and admission letter and check the matriculation list few hours later.

Nigeria mentality at play. Who tell you that they must not be commended?

If the FG suddenly lay claim to say they disbursed $500m to people for loan for example, Nigerian will coe online to shout "Who are the people", "No one got this", "Government are scammers", and bla bla bla.

yet people do actually got it but turnaround to badmouth the government about being a scam.

If you don't commend the government for doing their work, how will your democracy succeed if there is no reward system for politicians that perform?
You are making sense walahi. Thumbs up 👍
