These days you'd be craving a meal then change plans after analysing the cost of the ingredients....beans that was not counted special before is now competing with basic soup.

Are u trying to say that this food alone contains all the classes of food? Anyway, the food is nice based on the combination of vegetables and others. But if one eats this in the morning, will the meal still be balanced if u eat the same in the afternoon and evening?

It depends on how nutritionally creative and willing one is.

Like this beans I made for example; I added tomatoes, onions, and some vegetables to it to make it more nutritious and delicious than the regular (way of making) beans.
