The immediate past governor of Ekiti state, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, in his usual characteristics took his stomach infrastructure to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC office in Lagos today when he provided food for over 150 people (detainees and visitors).

According to his media aide, Lere Olayinka, the highly elated detainees jointly sang the National Anthem after their stomachs were adequately serviced.

The former governor also secured lawyers for some of the detainees that are in genuine need of legal representation and promised to assist those having challenges in meeting their bail conditions.

The ex-governor who was arraigned at the federal high court in Ikoyi, Lagos is facing trial in connection with N1.299 billion and $5.3 million allegedly allocated to him by the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) from N4.65 billion slush fund allegedly shared by ONSA.

But the ex-governor denied collecting $5.3 million from a former Minister of State for Defence, Mr. Musiliu Obanikoro.

He was said to have only admitted knowing Obanikoro and his associate, Abiodun Agbele, who allegedly bought six choice properties for him in Lagos and Abuja.

PARENTS HAVE THE FINAL SAY!!! Not all parents can see what a genuine, prayerful pastor can see. At the end, the matter rests at one's parents platform. But what if one's parents are demised?

Pastors don't endorse nobody. They help pray through, ask questions of compatability and all that. That you see a woman/man doesn't guarantee they must be a wife/husband. Pastors' roles no doubt extend the time but it helpful they carry out some spiritual roles of prayer and counselling.
They did it to me. And my marriage never failed! So were for my two daughters and they are sure in God's will for them and everyone is a winner.

Ignorance is a dangerous disease. For a Believer in Christ Jesus, marriage is first a spiritual affair as God is evolved. Prayers are needed with Biblical counselling. Parents' roles are obviously weighty but that's after "matters" have been dealt with. Christless minds won't see through the prisms of Biblical injunctions plus some socio-cultural issues that may hinder relationships later in life. Nevertheless, if one's parents are believing parents with strong spiritual foundation, it is okay to relate to them as well but they will most likely see things from the parental bias!
