Politics › Kano Youths Lead In Drug Abuse Index Of The NDLEA by murphyibiam15(op): 8:16pm On Jan 01, 2016 |
The National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Kano state has seized about 12.3kg of dangerous substances in the last quarter of the year. The agency re-stated that youths in the state were still leading in the drug abuse index of the agency for the whole country. The state NDLEA director, Alhaji Ahmadu Garba stated this while reviewing the year 2015 activities in the state. He added that his office has made arrest of 676 offenders while 214 persons are currently standing trials at various courts in the state. He commended officers and men of the Kano area office for their dedication to duty without which, he says the success story would not have been made possible. Garba lamented the rising rate of drug abuse amongst youth including women in the state which he described as alarming and then appealed to parents, community leaders, Ulamas and other stakeholders to join hands with his agency to bring the menace under control for the betterment of the society. He commended the cordial relationship between his agency and the state government charged staff to rededicate themselves for the task ahead in the coming year. https://www.naij.com/683065-kano-youths-lead-drug-abuse-index-ndlea.html?utm_campaign=traqli&utm_source=traqli&utm_medium=traqli&source=traqlicc : mynd44 lalasticlala obinoscopy seun |

Politics › Re: Now That Crude Is Gradually Becoming Worthless, What Is Next For SE Nigeria? by murphyibiam15(m): 8:59pm On Dec 30, 2015 |
bloodyBLOGGER: With the global Oil price going down by the day, the Nigerian nation is set to diversify its economy. This will mean that states may have to look inwards to provide their needs. We have seen a thread on nairaland where the discuss is how the SS will cope when oil is no longer attractive. The purpose of this thread is to know how the SE states of Nigeria will cope when the monthly alocation from the centre is no longer robust as before. We all know how they complain of bad roads, erosion, marginalisation, 2nd niger bridge, airport, seaport etc. How will they be able to achieve all these if they couldn't achieve it during the oil boom and when they held juicy government positions during the excess crude oil period?
Next thread will be on SW thank you so much for this thread.... as a south easterner i have come to realise that south east wouldnt have much problem even oil sales completely seizes reason been that even at now Enugu and Ebonyi receive one of the lowest allocations yet both states fall within the first 10 states with the highest IGR as of 2014 report.. lets go this way going state by state: EBONYI:This state has a very large expanse of land for rice production....infact almost all LGAs in Ebonyi produce rice and there is now a machine for polishing, destoning and bagging of the rice. Also Ebonyi is richly blessed with solid minerals and precious stones and those who know Ebonyi well see quarry sites crushing the stones which many states come to buy which also generates one of the highest revenue also Ebonyi houses NKALAGU CEMENT factory which is the largest of its size in west Africa and by the time IBETO starts production u will know how things will turn out. ENUGU:Enugu is undoubtedly the most developed and best eastern city...its coal can be employed to generate electricity for the region...too it can also serve as tourist attraction for foreigners ANAMBRA:Anambra hosts the largest market in West Africa(in onitsha)..the business activity going on there and the number of industries is sufficient to turn things around NNEWI with its innoson motors now manufactures indigenous cars of which most of the refuse dump lorries used in Enugu metropolis are from innoson and several other distrubutions. ABIA:Of course the almighty ABA wi its SMEs are already dominating west African markets with its aba made shoes and bags and the region will be uplifted IMO:Imo been the seat of academics in southeast takes the lead as the Nigerian state with the highest number of federal civil servants..it also has gas reserves and deposits just like Abia and Anambra shalom! |

One thing is that she is a terrific cook, yes she is a yoruba and I am Igbo, I have always believed that Yoruba’s don’t have different types of delicacies like the igbos that has all kind of soups. When we got married, she had a lot of igbo friends who taught her how to cook all the Igbo soups and so she is an expert, she cooks very well. the truth is gradually coming out unknowingly...yoruba ppl learning from igbos how to cook since 1400....when we say it they say we're boasting the fact is that the igbo tribe have got every good thing one can talk about |

If buhari takes panadol today because he has got a headache 1 million wailers will criticize him for daring to have a headache. Let people criticize the government but pdp apologist should shut it. They are not genuine. They started criticizing him even before he even bought a form to run for president. Its just like selling me a dead car that you couldn't fix in 10 days and expect me to fix it in 3 days. Pdp should shut up. They have lost the right and morality to talk. Clearly, the defeat of Boko Haram only exists as figments in the imaginations of APC propagandists. Having won the election by manipulating the press, they now seek to govern by employing a cacophony of jobless youth whose charge is to post “SAI Buhari” comments on as many internet blogs as possible. They also have the mandate to attack anyone who refuses to buy the many-splendored FABUS of the APC government. at the emboldened...is so sad that some youths have allowed maggot infest their brain and therefore reasoning from a decaying brain instead of been real agents of change they result to sycophancy and ass licking.. who so ever wrote all these ;heavens bless u billion times no doubt some will still come here to type is the handiwork of wailers even wen the truth is obvious and glaring GOD SAVE NIGERIA |

HARDBUOI: before i proceed... i cant take it away from them that most yoruba gals have got nice shape with a booty that can make your heart beat skip. maybe its the work of amala .
hmm! hmm..(clears throat) now having said that but i have noticed few things that are not cooL about yoruba gals which made me change my mind on dating a yoruba gal. i have stayed in lagos for quite some time now and i a haven't dated a yoruba gal, hey!!... dont get it twisted i dont hate them but some characters they display are too bad for gals to exhibit....like
1} THEY ARE ABUSIVE: i hav noticed that this is common among yoruba people especially their women when u have a little misunderstanding with them, then they will blow it out of proportion and start raining abusive curses on u and ur parents, infact they will abuse ur grandfather and great-grand mother with the most vulgar and obscene words..... THIS IS NOT COOL.
2} THEY ARE NOT ADAPTIVE:... one of my distant uncle married a yoruba woman, but she prefers isolating herself wearing a sad face especially when we are speak our native language bcoz she believes that we are discussing her.. but rather than trying to learn the language she preface staying alone and keep assuming. the mother inlaw hav tried explaining things to her but to no avail..THIS IS NOT COOL
PARTIAL IN RESPECT: yes they say yoruba people are respectful but i also noticed that their respectful nature is only based on ur tribe and region, i mean if u are a yoruba person only then will u get the maximum respect, but if u are not one of them the respect will deviate from 100% to 60%. and unfortunately if u are igbo , sorry bro u are only getting 20% ...THIS IS NOT COOL
NOT FLEXIBLE: mind u i dont mean on exercise or in bed .... but in culture, if u marry a yoruba gal into another tribe they find it difficult to follow ur culture and way of life.. they will always prove a little stubborn when it come to cultural things because they always assume that u want to subdue them with ur own culture, but not realizing that when u marry ur hUbby u are also married to their culture...THIS IS NOT COOL.
MOST THEM ARE DIABOLIC:.... i learnt that juju is part of yoruba culture no-matter how religious they are, they still keep something behind to fight ...and this is my biggest fear of of dating a yoruba gal, because if the relationship ends abruptly bro u better go and beg her else u are in trouble even though its not all of them..,, BUT THIS AINT COOL.
THEY CHEAT: friends told me that yoruba gals like receiving that thing a lot .. so if u are a man dating a yoruba gal u better know how to give the her MR JON always or learn it in a hard way... esle consider urself MR SHEARER and ur babe THE NATIONAL CAKE!
MOST OF THEM ARE DIRTY.. i always hear that most yoruba gals are dirty nomatter how classy they may look... unfurtunately its true. mehn.. i wen to computer village 2weeks ago to buy my phone charger and i enter one shop and saw this biutiful, black, plump and sexy yoruba gal helping her brother to sell stuffz, mehn i was looking at this gal until i forgot wat i came for and started pricing new phone rather than the charger.. and the gal also noticed and started giving me green light but wen she turned around to talk to another and my eyes went straight into her ears only to behold lump of wax. :-Xand i couldnt bliv how a gal like that couldnt take proper care of herself...
PLS MY YORUBA GALS I LOVE U BUT take note,...these may be the reasons why you are driving that guy away.
I KNO THEY WONT LIKE THIS...SO LET THE BASHING BEGIN mehn...this is scary ooo.....so am not gonna continue with this yoruba gal i have been eyeing |
