Politics › BIG MOVE: See What Governors In Igbo States Have Done by murphyibiam15(op): 3:57am On Nov 14, 2018 |
Rochas Okorocha’s Imo State may not benefit from a move being made by governors of South-East states. The South-East Governors Forum (SEGF) has organised a workshop for Open Governance Partnership (OGP) Desk Officers in the states of the region. The workshop which was opened on Monday was organised in collaboration with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) under its Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL)) programme in Awka. The programme was geared towards reviewing the extent to which OGP has been implemented in the participating states. Declaring the two-day workshop open, Prof. Simon Ortuanya, Director General of SEGF said OPG was meant to make governments in the region more inclusive, responsive and accountable. Ortuanya said the states represented at the training programme had developed action plans and set up steering committees that were fully compliant with the co-creation principle of the OGP initiative. He said SEGF had been providing peer-learning support and guidance to enable states in the region understand and effectively navigate the OGP process. The director-general advised the desk officers that this was time to start implementing the commitments contained in the action plans in their various ministries, departments and agencies. Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu have signed on while Imo has yet to join the OGP programme in the region. According to him, the training is to deepen their understanding of the OGP initiative, provide an overview of their responsibilities. http://www.dailyadvent.com/index.php/2018/11/13/big-move-see-what-governors-in-igbo-states-have-done/ |
NYSC › NYSC: Anambra Corps Members Moved To Ebonyi, Imo Over Lack Of Facilities by murphyibiam15(op): 4:49pm On Nov 13, 2018 |
He said the present site which was owned by the Anglican Church had become grossly inadequate considering the number of prospective corps members posted to the state. Prospective corps members, who were supposed to do their national service in Anambra State were moved to Ebonyi and Imo states due to lack of adequate camping facilities. Mr Kehinde Aremu, Coordinator of the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) in Anambra, made the disclosure during the closing of camp for 2018 Batch C orientation exercise in Umunya Temporary Orientation Camp on Monday. Aremu said Anambra was the only state in the South-East geopolitical zone that did not have permanent orientation site. He said the present site which was owned by the Anglican Church had become grossly inadequate considering the number of prospective corps members posted to the state. “Sadly, corps members deployed to Anambra will be holding their orientation course in Imo, earlier this year, Anambra corps members were dislodged to Ebonyi and Imo states. http://saharareporters.com/2018/11/13/nysc-anambra-corps-members-moved-ebonyi-imo-over-lack-facilities%E2%80%8B |

PassingShot:

[s]Anything that has to do with Atiku is fraudulent and entrenched in massive fraud.
Before PDP's primaries, the claim by Atiku and his camp was that he had more than 50,000 persons in his employment. We asked for the breakdown of where these people are employed but no answer was given (btw, his total employees are less than 5,000 including his university, Intels and Faro water). Fast forward to a couple of weeks back during the debate of national minimum wage, Atiku was reported to have approved N33,000 minimum wage for 100,000 employees in his employment. So, his 50,000 workers have grown to 100,000 in just a little over one month?
If Atiku in one month could create more than 50,000 ghost workers to deceive some gullible Nigerians (the Atikulooted ones), imagine how many of such ghost workers he will create in four years!.
If the fraud could convert Nigerian assets to his personal assets as VP, atrocities he will commit as a president for selfish end are better imagined. Nigeria under his watch will be paying him billions of naira in monthly wages for ghost workers that never exist.
Useless fraudulent kleptomaniac[/s] |

bigtt76: Approximately 3 weeks but ensure you submit all the required documents and try to follow up directly with the embassy incase you missed out a document. The 3-5 months processing is if you did not submit the correct documents, it will just be there unattended to. hi , are you really right about this 3 weeks because what I read here says otherwise and saying 2-3months...I did my application on 30th Oct , it's not up to 15 working days actually actually, I submitted the required documents. my question now is how I can follow up the application at Belgium embassy as you suggested.any clue?? |
