Wher did u vote? I am frm Edo and witnessed all that happened in my unit during d voting process and no one gave anybody wine as for d money did PDP not share money or who among them had opportunity of spending more money? People wanted change and to be in a ruling party was why they voted that way. Can you prove your claim of 2k per voter with evidence if not accept defeat in good faith and stop telling lies to justify ur failure .
