developed countries with utmost organisation cannot have such problems, its developing countries that can encounter such difficulties. It will take lots of time,efforts,planning and stern measures before such cars can be effectively used in developing countries.

I would slash the salaries and allowances of public office holders and politicians to a quarter. I would then pay every outstanding dues/salaries and increase incentives for the military with updated armoury,arrest and jail any pending corrupt official. I would work on the economic policies that would hopefully bring a turnaround for good.

I dont know how people can be so gullible to think that the people of Osun state are this gullible...it baffles me. This is obviously an old picture! a media foolery!
