The issue is the Fulani herdsmen knows no border, he moves to survive. A Fulani herdsman coming from Mali can be accommodated by a fellow herdsman in Nigeria, that's one of the problem is.... The herdsman are the nomadic ones that still hold to their traditional values

you are confusing the two... Fulanis are in the south in many parastatals, business and government agency same as southerners in the north.... the issue is about the herdsmen not Fulani...no one is putting an embargo on migration, whether na Hausa man to south or igbo man to the north.. The issue is on Fulani herdsmen, a form of profession not fulanis as a tribe
