PhockPhockMan:Interesting piece here. Let me add more pls for these gullible children to read and have a rethink too. No. 11 They said they were going to pay N5k abi? Today the story has changed o. They said they can't pay N5k like that to people. Were they sleeping when that promise was convicted? Gullible Nigerians here will say they are still right. So why lie first to win hearts? No. 12 They said Jonathan's budget was a fraud. Now they had to copy Jonathan's budget directly with a slight increase in some figures. Unknown to them, non-gullible Nigerians were watching. As soon as they got a filter of the gist that the smart Nigerians will take them up on the budget, they decided to steal the budget while setting the head of that mumu adviser to roll. Yet these gullible Nigerians are still blind. No. 13 They claim $2.1b is missing. All the monies those 55 people as claimed by Lai Lai Mohammed stole is not up to 10% of the $2.1b. The Gullible have lost their sense of mathematics. What a pity No. 14 They claim diversification of our economy today as the only way out. Yet during Jonathan's regime they said his diversification approach through the internship scheme was a fraud. Today, they are inviting the same consultants to come n tilt it a little different to avoid people knowing it is the same consultants they are using. No. 15 No one has mentioned Adamu Muazu the brain behind selling PDP away to the opposition in the scam. Instead the former acting PDP chairman is the one being paraded. The gullible are yet to tinker through that. No. 16 You are threatening to deal with every village head of the south-south geopolitical zone if pipelines are damaged but no village head in the North-East has been invited for interrogation for once. No. 17 Election funds to bring the present Government was alledged to have been mismanaged by Jega to oust Jonathan's government. Petitions written against Jega has been swept under carpet. The gullible are not asking questions. Its so much of nonsense. How I wish fela was alive. Fela said there are 3 types of stealing. Fela also said Soldier go, soldier come He said again that yeye dey smell. Nonsense |
Lesgupnigeria:This funds has been there for over 5 years. I'm an ex-banker with experience in disbursing these loans. It's accessible in very few banks from the knowledge I have. So don't go and waste your time in any bank that has no history of disbursing such facility. Requirements: 1. A thorough business plan with 6 months as your break even period. 2. Ensure you have your 3 years tax report 3. Get a collateral - This could vary from Land with C of O to cash equivalent as fixed deposit & if you already have stock, then you can allow for valuation of your stock and you will be qualified for at most 75% of the value of the collateral but must be within the single obligor's approval limit. 4. Your bank statement of account showing history of transactions within the last one year. 5. You also need your books of account in case you don't have a bank statement. Though some banks may ask for both. 6. You need to have the business site on ground for inspection to enable the account officer dealing with you to snap and send to credit RIsk MAnagement for appraisal 7. You also need to have a corporate account or probably join a group of cooperative to access it as a group. Finally, your business plan must be able to address your target market; expected turnover monthly; marketing plan; sales technique n delivery process while bearing in mind your pricing that will bring you to a break even; the market consumption gap you want to fill. I hope this serves. PhockPhockMan:God bless your soul for this write. I've said these same things over and over again. Unfortunately it keeps falling on deaf ears. Worst of all is the fact that these children who know nothing except words like corruption; arrest; jail; EFCC; Sai Baba etc are the ones always hauling words at anyone who sounds way off their interest. For Amaechi & Fashola to scale through the ministerial screening was enough conviction to me that we are back to the days of WAI (1983) In other words (WAR AGAINST OPPOSTION). Fayose is a brave man. He has been as brave even during Obj's time. He was pushed out of Govt. by Obj & his deputy who was used against him. But he never stopped talking. In fact at a function in Abeokuta, he attacked Obj openly & has remained Obj's nightmare anyday. God will someday vindicate him. And I hope the down trodden won't wake up someday and become even worst than the Boko Harams? |
Trunaijian:And the poor masses suffer at the hands of oil marketers ins't it? But again, why am I even responding this way? When the same Buhari, Tinubu were vehement during GEJ's proposal to remove subsidy? Lets talk straight n be truthful pls. |
When you say a word now, sentiments will not allow the blind to see. Funny enough, history has also lost its place. 1. Power is dropping on a day to day basis, yet we scream change - Blocked heads, did GEJ also go away with our power generation techniques that has helped us to have a steady increase in MW? Okay! 2. Railway transport that conveyed people through last season before GEJ left did not work at all in this season. Sentos, did GEJ hand over the Rail to Amaechi to only commission and stop at that? Though they claimed it was moribond, yet Amaechi recently commissioned the train from Enugu to PH. Oya lets go on! 3. Fuel scarcity through the period n till this day. In the heart of Abuja fuel goes for #87 while suburbs has pegged price for between #180 to #200 per litre. I guess GEJ is also asking DPR not to go after Fuel dealers. 4. Removal of Fuel subsudy was attempted and Tinubu plus APC cried foul. Just a few days ago, GEJ asked Tinubu to tell Buhari to remove subsidy n today, subsidy has been removed. It means GEJ is still powerful in this Govt. 5. Fight against Corruption is the MANTRA. All levels of civil service has that blood running in their veins. Those who clamoured for change were part of those who had corruption cases. Today, GEJ asked the new Govt. to jettison them n focus on those left in PDP. 6. Still on fight against Corruption. And return of funds campaign. Tinuby, Fashola, Amaechi, Atiku & Obasanjo are role models. That's the voice of GEJ on corruption immunity. 7. Halliburton corrupt official is in jail under the American Govt. In Nigeria, these same culprits are flying private jets and commissioning projects. Who knows if GEJ endorsed their freedom too. Please ask me!! 8. Before you go down on your kneels to give me a blueey. The judiciary said Agbaje's call for nullification of Lagos election because card readers were not used didn't see the light of the day even at Supreme court. Thesame Judiciary in Rivers with a proxy sitting at Abuja said card readers were not used, therefore election of the 3 Senators, 13 Members of the HOA & Gov. wike's election is nullified for lack of use of card readers. SAN VP Prof. Yemi claims he is no longer a lawyer to see it as being wrong. Maybe he is the next Gen. overseer of his church.. GEJ is seriously thinking about that. 9. We are broke. Oil has crashed. GEJ said we should go n borrow over #2trn even when our oil has dropped to $30 per barrel. While our revenue budget for 2016 should be pegged at $38 per barrel. Thesame thing APC kicked against while campaigning for election. Somehow, something is truly wrong with GEJ. |
yapapa:Lol..... cant figure out this ekpa stuff sha. LWKMD. Endtime insults from children. ![]() |
DelGardo:I guess you have not been following what First Ladies have been doing in this country. They all toll same approach buddy. |
kilode100:5. I will be reporting kilode100 to her bf. 6. I will be accepting a bribe from kilode100 7. Bribe must be in kind n not cash. End time aprokoo |
utenwuson:Lol.... Go home n thank God she's not your wife. |
amtaken:Hahahaha!! End of quote. |
Amelian:See how your voice sharp. First of all, do you have a child? Is your husband your toy? These things are very common things in families with great love ties. Pecking either the chick or the lips is nothing compared to rolling tongues inside eachother's mouth. How can we be so blind to pecks n kisses? Ok even if the guy decides to do it the other way round nko. Are you the one to teach him child's upbringing? Leave matter for Mathias abeg. |
yapapa:Children like you will not see what his comments about the budget is. You end up screaming "wailing wailers" all the time. Trqnsform bro. |
APC & their usual lies. I bet they forgot Nigerians are wiser after the last election. Pls keep the stories until u bring Shekau dead or alive. I'm tired of that word "NOTORIUS". Its no more in vogue until Shekau is brought out. And I mean it. |
smartblu:Lol.... Ya rite. |
jaylister:Obviously hunger striken people. They are averse to farming which has been their fore-fathers source of livelihood. Embracing the corrupt APC party at this times shows clearly that they can't stand 4 years in hunger. |
omenka:Your voice can't count right now because you don't know anything rara. |
Osakah24:Mumu pikin |
efilefun:Always talking. Must you contribute anytime humans are talking? Lost Forever |
Dannyset:Hmmm! So spitting on PDP is all you've got to say? Are you a Nigerian at all? After reading all of these n you made this comment? Your deliverance is still very far. What a blind sentiment... ![]() |
Khd95:You need to read it over again boss. It said Land value of N200m not cash. |
krispycash:God bless your thoughts. |
Mercie97:Shows you don't follow up on NASS matters at all. You may need to start all over again. |
HungerBAD:You are certainly limited by your own knowledge and perception. Just like any other man including me. My take: No Nigerian at the helms of affair during GEJ was at any point responsible for BH. We should keep our hands crossed until everything unfolds rather than cast aspersions. Peace!!! |
Many of us in this part of the world had had it tough to get to where we are today. Don’t get it twisted. Just read on. Back in the days of our fathers and fore fathers, their greatest achievement is to be able to build a house in their village. The dream was simply to work and retire home. The rate at which this mentality has been eroded is so fast that the realities of today has an impact on that archaic decision. Why should you build a house in your village when the resources you have is very thin? I am talking about your salary…. Why should you build a house in your village when you intend to grow your children in the city? How many times do you drive to the village and spend 3 months at a stretch? Assuming your rent today is N500,000 and you lost your job, what would you do to pay your next rent? How many times do you recall people talking about buying a property in their village? These questions are numerous. Those who end up in their villages after city work life are usually prone to premature deaths. Your life in the city exposes you to more and greater opportunities. Statistics has it strongly that life span for men is usually between 43 to 45 years of age. If that is the case, would you prefer to go home and face the idleness and reduce your life span even further? Don’t make such mistakes. Our parents did it. Let’s not fall into this trap again. So start today by buying a land first. Take time to build at your pace. And in no time, you will have your dream house. Here, in Trump-Hills Real Estate, promoters of www.buildyourdreamhouseng.com we are interested in supporting your dream of building your own dream house. |
ki02020:Unfortunately we talk sometimes without reasoning properly. Death has never been a reason to play pranks with in our culture. PDP has just followed the norms. Even when Late Gen. Sani Abatcha died, as a "Tyrant" to many (even though I disagree with this), these same people still came openly to condole with his family. And this is not any different here. Olisa Metuh has made it clear that that they have issues with the conduct of the elction, however, it is not a time to make politics but condolences rather. |
Nicolars:To start a blog, your underatanding of the Niche you want to blog about is most important. Start with a good research, then create the platform n other necessary materials you will be needing from time to time. At this stage you will go on to package your blog for the ultimate part where you can start earning as much as you want. Then Releasing is your last stage. This stage gives you the needed traffic you want to drive to enable you to start making money even in your very first month of blogging. However, you must develop a passion for that niche such that you can blog easily. There materials you can get from a PLR platform in case you want to blog about a Niche you love but you lack knowledge about. Good luck www.marketingwithtrumphills.com |
What's new about Fayose doing this? What's also wrong about him interacting with the locals when that's whee he came from. We should leatn to accept Fayose by now because that's the way he plays his own politics and also the way he relates with the public. Omi' o lota... Stopping the hating |
size40:Knowledge is missing here. INEC can file an appeal for annuling an election they conducted. Just tje way they can be sued. Get it right young man. |
This is nonsense. The usual strategy by APC to sell wrong impression to the voting population of Kogi State again. They should have a planned time-table to make this information public not only when its election. How come they stopped releasing this report after April, 2015 & now they are out again when elections for Kogi n Akwa-Ibom is just few days away. |
Most times when I ask people about what they know about making money online, I simply get responses the way I had always thought when I didn’t know much about the online venture. No wonder, you lose so much money and you are still wondering if the money will make its way back to your bank account. Sadly, 90% of those who lose monies online never get it back. And the simple reason they lose money is because they lack the knowledge about how monies are legitimately being made online. Do people actually make money online? Yes of course they do…. And you can make money online too if you want. But make sure you have the skills to make money online before spending any money to make money online. Today, I will be talking about 10 legitimate ways to make money online. This will surely catch your interest and remember this is just the beginning of what you could do online. You are limited only by your own entrepreneurial ideas. 1. Blogging - This is one of the most interesting and common ways people in this part of the world make monies online and become very rich. With Blogging, you need a good niche that will attract a lot of traffic (Traffic means the number of people visiting your blog per time). Once you get a lot of traffic, you can begin to advertise products from various companies and have these companies pay you for advertising for them. 2. Design & Build Websites – If you like designing websites, why not make money doing it. You can design sites and you can even set up a hosting plan so you are actually hosting their site, creating a residual income. To build a website, it will cost you less than less than $15 and your time. But these guys charge as high as $500. The market is quite high as most businesses today want a website to be able to feature their products for the online community because that’s where you can easily attract buyers for your product. Assuming you can design only 10 websites in a month, you are certain you have over $5,000 which is even higher than the monthly take home salary of a the MD of a bank. To build a website will take you less than 3 hours. 3. Flip Domains – This is another interesting online business you can paddle alongside Designing & Building of websites. It’s the equivalent of the real estate flipping of houses, but here, it involves domains. All that is required here is for you to Build a website, work on it until its stable, and once it’s making some coin and ranking well, you flip it. People like websites that they can just step in and go. Every day websites are sold by the hundreds on websites like Flippa.com. 4. Designing Logos – Most websites want a logo for their site and since every day thousands of blogs and websites come to life, you can see where there is an opportunity to make money if you are good at designing logos. There are tons of free software packages available for you to design in. 5. Craigslist – Is one of the most visited sites online and therefore there are all kinds of opportunities. Look for free items in the free section and then turn around and sell them for a profit. This gives you less stress especially for those whose interest is basically selling of products online. 6. Sell on eBay – Everyone can sell on eBay and you are likely already somewhat familiar with it. It’s a great place to start an online business if you have the right product to offer. 7. Paid Searches – There are way more search engines than Google or Yahoo and you can actually create your own search engine that fits a specific niche. Then you can sell advertising and place ads to make money. 8. Product Reviews – Setup your own blog or website and begin reviewing products. Website owners will ask you to post a review of their website on your website. It helps get the word out and you make money. You can also be an affiliate for certain products and make money that way as well. 9. Design T-shirts – If you love to create cool designs or you are always coming up with catchy phrases then you’ll be great at designing and selling t-shirts and other custom products. Sites like CafePress offer you an easy way to market your products and there are also crowdfunding sites that offer you a great way to sell your products and not invest any money. 10. Create Digital Scrapbooking Templates – There are huge numbers of people that scrapbook and they pay dearly for templates they like so if you can make different kinds of templates that are easy to use, you’ll build a strong following and make money. . http://marketingwithtrumphills.com/10-legitimate-ways-of-making-money-online/ |
bidexmimi:Hellooooo!! Can you see how we foolishly adopt and accept us being fooled around? The monies these politicians earn and siphon from our economy is far above what they have promised to pay the youths on a monthly basis. Accepting a job creation as against having both promises based on their analysis before they came out to lie to should not be encouraged at all. If you recalled, they told Nigerians that they had analyzed it and even went on to say even if crude oil was sold at $10 per barrel they will be able to foot the bills. Pls young lady your opinion is with sentiments to guard these politicians who keep lying to us. The President had also promised to equate a $ to a Naira. so if #5k is paid it can do even more than platting your hair, buying your cream and saving for you to start a business fr yourself. Thank you |
