You see a plus size lady and you just assume she's unhealthy. Did you calculate her BMI, hip to waist ratio or waist circumference to determine it?
The irony is that, Slimness is not a proof of good health. No wonder some people drop dead
because they've been made to believe that they are healthy as long as they are slim.

How do you know she doesn't lead an healthy lifestyle?

It is mentality like this that limits us as individuals and a nation.
Zuriel chose to be different as a person not because of her educational advantage as you call it.
There are Nigerians in Nigeria making exploits against all odds.
We should not see the negativity we are surrounded by but pride ourselves in everything positive Nigeria has to offer which ironically is what the documentary is about.

So yes, I bet Zuriel would still be where she is today even if she were Nigerian born.

Well, you must know that our body (immune system) ward off diseases itself and this isn't automatic. Most of these ailments are self-limiting.

This usually happens after exposure to the infection. our body build up helper cells that then combat these ailments immediately following subsequent exposure

With this knowledge, it's safe to say the more pathogens you're exposed to, the stronger your immunity(there are exceptions though) and this explains the reason a mad person can survive many harsh conditions and ailments.

This isn't an infinite direct relationship though .

It's the same reason Africans tolerate malaria better than Caucasians as malaria is an endemic here.

Over here, we call it youthful exuberance.

The only way young people can really save is when they have someone taking care of the feeding, rent and when the money is enough.
