Since you don't want to move to any EU country to work for few months then invite your hubby alternative is for him to get admission and move there, however..you need to search for an EU country with affordable school fees AND less strict marriage law.

Czech Republic is known for its friendly marriage law, read up on that there are a lot of info about the process.

He getting an admission in any Schengen country will even help in terms of visiting each other as it cost pretty close to nothing.

He currently studies in Germany and we intend getting married there. I've visited him a few times and he's been to the UK too. I would like to know if these factors would exempt us from some spousal visa requirements expecially finance as I'd like for him to join me permanently in the UK next year.

Also, are there any EU family laws that we can use to our advantage in this instance?

Can you afford to sponsor him to study in any EU country with a cheaper fees? If you can do that then you can get married there and apply for EEA before the UK officially leaves the EU

Hi guys, I have a question regarding spousal sponsorship.

I should be inviting my fiancé over ( hopefully husband by then) in the nearest future.
My situation is such that I will be moving in with my mum (she lives alone and has a three bedroom house) and she's currently responsible for the payment of all the bills.
I intend taking up some bills when I move in with her.
Would it suffice to present my mother's house as proof of my accommodation with her being the sole owner /mortgage payer ?

Although, I will be responsible for the payment of only a few utilities. She will still be responsible for a majority of the bills. Would that in anyway affect the chances of my eligibility for sponsorship.

I will be earning just about the threshold salary requirement, so I have that bit covered.

Update so far.....

Today is my third day of the diet and I cheated!

For lunch I went all out to have a small portion of brown rice and veges(broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, peas) garnished with smoked mackerel and olive oil.

After eating this and realising my folly I went to vommit it. At least I think I vomitted all..

So for dinner, I had 2 boiled eggs and one apple.

Hope I'm still ok to continue .


To be honest , this is one hell of a challenging diet but I will try to complete it.
