mmsen:Did you read the post at all? Never judge a post by its headline. Your proposal is exactly what the writer requested which you termed silly. @post, I completely agree with Igwe, this could be the opportunity the Nigerian football clubs need to gain the required exposure to soar to greater heights. If Dangote can invest in this, I see the face of Nigerian football experiencing unprecendented growth. It would also have a positive influence on the Nigerian economy. |
It sucks! |
Bad defines your life ![]() The key is with him |
1. Ans already in the question 11=1 |
Omg!.. Laughing out loud at the newbies taking Mrcork seriously.. No offeinse! Pls advise ![]() |
Reality we are ignorant /oblivious to. A poignant tale of the world we live in but even in all of these, there's still hope for humanity.. Thank you so much Sile12 for this expository thread of the real world . |
This is not a gown! It's a dress.. Smh. She looks lovely |
Really impressive! They sure are going places . -Posted using crocodile browser |

This is incredibly FANTASTIC! Too good! |
temitemi1:He's actually in animal skin literally. |
damiso:Lol.. Women and sentiments! Did you read/ hear their manifesto? I mean, watching the debate, Nick tried to play a fair ground in his critic of the conservative and Labour govt..but trust me,I see that as trying to sabotage (for lack of a better word) votes- he wasn't convincing enough. I see his promises going with the wind without actualisation as soon as he's elected. He's done it before, he would do it again. Besides, was he not up with Cameron in governing the country in the last five years? I don't see lib dem really performing to be honest - talk they say is cheap! |
After being slayed by Ed Miliband in the recent leaders' debate and knowing fully well that blacks are rooting for Labour, he quickly strategises a way to redeem himself. Guess what? The Redeemed(pun intended)Christian Church of God to the rescue! Unfortunately, this is not going to save you Mr Cameron cuz come May 7, Conservative will be booted out ! On a side note, just imagine Nigel Farage doing likewise after his despicable comment toward immigrants. Smh! |
Psquare is smart! The duo are one of the smartest artists we have in Nigeria. I must commend them. Nice one Peter! |
Nice ! Though the only ingenuity I see in this is the attire, African prints nothing else! Black dolls with caucausian hair have been around since time immemorial.I remember playing with those as a kid . The representation of an African doll should speak African all over.body, build, hair etc. Having said that, a good job to him all the same .I have seen some ankara styles I can imitate. |
OreMI22:Your proposed solution would spell more doom for Igbos in Lagos than all the Yorubas in the South East. At this stage, it's better to let sleeping dogs lie than propose to start what you cannot finish. All in all, one Nigeria is all we clamour for, while at that, every tribe should abide by the law and order of each state they habitate(especially but not restricted to non-native states). After all , when in Rome, you are expected to act like the Romans. |
Op omitted a vital information in his original post and that's the fact that they are in a long distance marriage. Multitask, from your description of your woman ,she's actually someone that loves attention and needs you to fawn over her. The fact that you're in a long distance relationship means you have to do more to assure her of this. Besides, your marriage is only a few months old hence you guys should still be in the honeymoon phase. If you miss her calls, sincerely apologize before she even complains, keep her in the 'know' about your movements, let her be able to predict where you are most times. When she starts her tantrums, ( I know this is difficult) reassure her of your love and your pledge to be faithful. Your wife is feeling insecure, firstly because you guys are not physically together and because your marriage is still very young ,hence the need for TLC. What you need to do at this stage is to constantly assure her of your love for her. Be the bigger person here. As your marriage grows ,you guys would start getting used to eachother and tolerant of one another. Note: First year of marriage is usually the most difficult, so there's (more often than not) always this stage of fed upness...Trust me, if you guys can get past this successfully, marriage could be sweet. I liken marriage to a honeycomb- get past the bees and sit to enjoy the sweetness of the honey. Don't give up dear! There's still a lot to be enjoyed in your marriage. |
no1madman:Hilarious! You are really living up to your name. |
We cannot advise you with the insufficient information you've provided. 1) what type of visa are you applying for? If it's visiting, you're entitled to a 6months visa that has no cap/restriction on your movement in the country within the six months. You have to stay within the limit of your visa though, which is to visit/holiday,meaning you are not entitled to a paid employment . 2) How does your sister intend getting the so called papers for you after 6months? To my best understanding-though I'm not in the states but I guess the immigration law is similar to the United Kingdom's. You could never upgrade a visiting visa to a stay within 6months- matter of fact - you couldn't upgrade a visiting visa . The best you can get is to become an illegal immigrant and trust me, I don't think it's a life you want to subject yourself to.You're basically going to be living like a prisoner. Ask your sister these questions- what are her plans for you?- real and cogent plans .Are they feasible? If they aren't or would subject you to being illegal ,it's not worth it one bit! I see a lot of people here that get so excited about the prospect of going to western countries that they don't give it any deep thought or have a concrete plan and 10 years down the lane, they are still doing odd jobs and living in constant fear of deportation. That life is no life! |
How anyone would take this op seriously beats me! All you need is a peek at her pp and her topics, then you'd understand. |
Bluetooth2:You should read my comment again! A woman has no business undressing in front of any MALE! Except he's her husband, lover or doctor! |
It is wrong ![]() Married or not. A grown woman has no business undressing in front of a male ( except he's her lover, husband or doctor) |
Beautiful piece! Diverse interpretations though Colonisation ( the Whites?) |
*Thinking out loud* If and when(cuz it's going to happen) a woman becomes the president of Nigeria, what would the title "first lady" be? would it be first gent? |
It's funny how people are just speculating the reason for the refusal. For every visa refusal, there's always a stated reason why one was refused so op should tell us their reason for refusing him. |
Ilaje44:Yes, you're right! |
EroticAngelina:It's a mistake, yet they are somewhat the same? They are not somewhat the same. London is a city in England .It's the country's capital. UK comprises of 4 countries - England, Scotland ,Wales and Northern Ireland. So, no you would not be cut some slack. It's just like the dumbos that call Africa a country. |
