The cub is so cute. Reminds me of young simba in the Lion king |
Chai!. Women haff suffered! I am looking for the looks o. ![]() |
She's beautiful! Nothing to critic! |
You're an inspiration Fant! May the Lord continue to supply all your needs according to his riches and a hearty thanks to all the people that have been instrumental to his success and testimony. God bless you all. |
delishpot:If you think knowing basic geography such as America and England belonging to different continents is something to take pride in, then I'm sorry for you . I will get off (according to you)my high horse and educate you- having a child in the UK has no connection with American citizenship. Different countries, Different continents. Modified* Sorry if it felt like I insulted you, you sef suppose dey read topic before commenting na. ![]() Have a nice evening. |
temitak: .. Seun must be older than the first man on earth if nairalanders have been deceiving themselves since the days of Adam. |
delishpot:You are dull o. How does having a baby in London relate to American citizenship ? |
It can be if you're ready to pay for it. My accommodation fees in uni for 10 months was over 1million in Nigerian currency and it wasn't even close to the pics above. So just have like 2.5 million naira and your uni hostel would be like that |
Some UK policies need to change especially ones like job seeker's allowance! Why should an able bodied man with no disability of any form be paid for sitting his lazy arse at home all in the name of being fit?! Tax payers' money cannot be continuously wasted on frivolities like this guy, hian! If at all they are indeed job seekers, the job centre should make it mandatory that they go for voluntary work at some charity stores a minimum of 3 times a week- no food for a lazy man! Nonsense and rubbish! |
Op your story is captivating. I'm hungry for more. |
lafuria1:I think he wants us to always proofread our posts before hitting the submit button. So that words like pissed would not be spelt as missed. |
Mondisweets:I think it's a wig. She's not looking bad. |
The names of these private universities have to be changed to religious universities.. The students are paying for a formal education in science, art or any related course not for religion. These people are adults and have every right to make their decisions as long as it does not pose any harm to people around them or render them a public nuisance. |
pamdaniel:How can you discriminate against yours?! So does not being dark skinned make her any less African, Nigerian? It would do us a lot of good if we relate or recognise our own based on their root, beliefs and culture. If you segregate her because of her skin colour, how much more the racism we complain people of other races mete on us? CELESTINE QUEEN IS AS BLACK AS YOU AND I. she is only not dark skinned. Black(African) is a set of people that have the same /similar ideology, culture, tradition and beliefs. Black does not connote our skin colour, it connotes our IDENTITY! Or let me ask you, are you black skinned? Ponder on this. |
Kentrasso:You don't have to wish, you can be. It starts with a simple decision. |
Congrats to her She has a pretty face, not very much on the feminine figure befitting of a beauty queen. Having said that, she exudes this pure and undiluted innocence that I believe makes her enchanting and amiable. Na from picture I get my observation. ![]() I guess she's deserving of the award. No matter what, she's a Nigerian ambassador and have shown the world that Nigerians can be and are friendly and likeable people. A big thanks to her. God Bless her and God bless Nigeria. |
I'm not so blind not to see the sarcasm embedded in the write up Moral: Nigerian men want a fake woman so give it to them. They want the 18th century women, pretend to be it and gbam! they are hooked! Not all men though. |

adorablepepple:He can never return as a citizen. He'd be treated like an immigrant if he goes back to the UK and would have to start from the scratch. The UK law is too strict! They should have been pardoned due tothe boy's condition . That was a mean decision by the home office ! They've been deported! Sad. |
BJ4REEL:Ralia the sugar girl! I was a storybook addict in my primary school days. I read Koku Bamboni, without a silver spoon, Ralia the sugar girl, African night entertainment o(Mallam Shehu), the drummer boyetc. My primary school days was fun.. Onward, 2a and 2b, drawing book, olympic exercise book.. Etc Good old days
|
funmo:When you're hustling, you dress the way you wish to be addressed When you are made, you address irrespective of how you're dressed. In short, people respect you when you're made irregardless. |
SuperModerator:UK unemployment rate low indeed! The guy has a success story because he dared to be different. He probably couldn't get a job since he graduated and decided to do the ordinary in an extraordinary way. If the unemployment rate were low, do you think he'd do that in the first place? If Nigerians in Nigeria cannot dare to be different, nothing will happen. You cannot continue to do things the ordinary way and expect an extraordinary result. Dare to be different! |
Most of them are returnees, especially from the UK. If anyone is considering becoming a media personality in particular OAP, go and study abroad - UK or US! |
pretydiva:Don't you read? To legalize their marriage! So that she'd been seen as his only official and bonafide spouse both traditionally and lawfully. Anita is so pretty. GOD bless their union! |
Barselonia:Exactly, good old days. With 5naira then I would buy this lolly ice cream, 1naira donkuha, 2naira groundnuts and 1naira sisi pelebe.. Lol My mum must not know then tho.. Whenever I got home, mum would ask what I got at school. I would say shortcake /okin biscuit. Loool Miss those days. ![]() |
Suljosh:You and the other Nigerians asking for thesis must be extremely dull! I doubt you're a graduate. What other proof of education do people demand if not a certificate? Besides, would you be able to understand a single page of his thesis if it were provided cuz this your dullness no get part 2! Someone provides you with a certificate of his doctorate degree yet you claim he didn't complete his PhD course.. There are just too many dull Nigerians around, Haa! Note: I'm neither pro GEJ nor anti Buhari. I only speak the fact when I see it ( fact which you're oblivious to either due to blindness or ignorance- only God knows) |
RedCard1:That's the sad truth. We have an image we want them to exhibit and if they fall short of that, they become a laughing stock. Fake life and pretence is now the order of the day just to be accepted and respected. It's just sad! Tonto didn't mince words at all. This is a food for thought. Not just to celebrities but every individual. Be you in everything, do not conform to the image the world wants of you! |
pickabeau1:That's where you are wrong! It's the poor folks at home that have a warped mentality that you pick money from the streets of obodo oyinbo(when they are not pickabeau-pun intended) hence their incessant requests. I remember a gateman we had a long time ago whose son travelled to one of the EU countries, would you believe that just three days after the son departed, papa was already writing letter to him to send money- his siblings school fees are due, his mother's store needs restocking- shoo. Needless to say the son was deported barely a week later. During one of my visits home, I was with my friend one day when his mum called. What she said, "didn't she bring anything for us?" I was only a student oooooooo and still had my own family to attend to not to talk of external parties.. I was so pissed . |
kevoh:Actually the girl is deserving of the price and I want to believe it's just a way of compensating as well as broadening her philanthropic scope. She single-handedly started her NGO which many of us thought was extremely unrealistic at the time . I mean, she was just a university student then who funded the programme from her personal pocket with the help of a few selfless volunteers. She isn't from a wealthy background for it to be a piece of cake but went against all odds to "break barriers" Distance was not an issue for her her either as she and the other volunteers worked tirelessly and selflessly to ensure that children from poor backgrounds were not disadvantaged in getting the basics of life eg education! I really admire and commend her and with this, I can only say the sky is her starting point! |
Tinubu:I know the winner personally. It's real!!! |
FredHandsome:There's nothing wrong with loving one's mother but when you start running to her to make every decision of your life, then there's a problem. If you can't talk without saying "mum thinks I should do it this way", "mum says I should wait more" then there's a problem.. Mama's boys have a peculiar way of talking and when you notice it.. Hmm. |
safarigirl:You're wrong about the brits, peanut is called so by the brits . As a matter of fact, you won't see groundnut in most UK stores(except Nigerian /few Asian stores) , what you'll see is salted peanut (too much salt coated with the groundnut sef). So if we're to go with your claim, the guy isn't wrong. As for me, I will choose the Nigerian groundnut over any other pea/ground nut |
