As I read your dream over and over again I remembered the encounter of Moses with God in the burning bush. Moses from birth was ordained to be a leader but he couldn't be a leader until the day he encountered God and on his first encounter, the Lord made a simple request. " Remove your shoes..." The symbolism of shoes in your recurrent dreams is that there is a Grace of leadership upon your life, hence the market place is where you see different people buying and selling goods and commodities, it shows that in your quest as a leader you will meet people from different walks of life, hence you price shoes, some are below your expectations while others are above your current value.
