We have a lifeless man at the helm of affairs. A man that cannot even keep his home together is being saddled with the responsibility of piloting a great country like Nigeria.

I wouldn’t advice renting in a such a neighborhood but you can purchase a 2 bed apartment around that estate or neighborhood and start off from there as a young bachelor. Perhaps even get to start a family on the long run while you also build your dream house to taste anywhere you choose. That’s goals for me. I intend owning pent houses and apartments in the best cities and neighborhoods in Nigeria And Africa as a whole for my getaway whilst having a standard detached house in a locality .


Gone are the days people build they big houses in poor neighborhoods, ride miles to get their wards to a good school, their jobs or even social recreation. You don’t want to raise Your kids around the same environment and conditions You was raised.

I bet you don’t want your kids to go to shoprite Or an airport in a tour bus excursion while their mates go to London and Paris


On the other hand you can build yourself a house in a rich neighborhood once and for all.

Moral of my story is; Live in an environment that matches your mindset or aspirations.
