Mtn isn't building new infrastructure to accommodate 9mobile, its just plug and play.

9mobile won't need to install more infrastructure, they only plug in to support their customer base...and can charge less, since they are only paying to plug into mtn' network...and mtn won't charge them as much as they charge their own individual customers.

Not only 9mobile, there is always negotiations for discounts if you're a corporate entity.

So what then is the competitive advantage 9mobile has?

It's better their subscribers all switch to MTN
