Don't they have country of origin? They get damaged in the American damaged society, and you want to dump them in Africa?! |
Sellfish: I was thinking bout it for a bit, then I saw ur comment. Na you wey dey claim supporter, still became the first person to blow the trumpet on her marital status and fertility. Maybe with your "good" intentions, but congrats, you've just republished it...on front page. Now when one googles Kate Henshaw, your damaging post will surface. |
Dealership, importation, tarrifs, duties and taxes. |
Amarachibaby:Won't do you much good. Don't aim to manipulate the world...that's not what successful people did to get there. The stories might work for one or two intentional use cases....afterwards, it can't sustain itself. |
Ruke1990: Chinese govt backs TEMU as an investment, not free money. The Chinese govt is invested in most of the global businesses from China. China sells to the world. Jumia and co should set their eyes on the global market and strategize appropriately. This is similar to how Nigerians are paying more for cement that can be cheaply gotten from neighbouring countries at the same quality, even with importation costs. Why are things more expensive to produce in Nigeria, and cheaper elsewhere...even when we have the raw materials? We shut out doors to rice importation, now the so-called local rice, is even more expensive than imported rice. There is something wrong with our economy. Slamming tariffs on China isn't the solution. Customers are still the ones paying...and buying psychology says— why buy locally made item, at same price/quality with imported one, foreign products are trusted more. The solution is to boost our internal production capacity. The same way they invested in Dangote oil and gave him favourable considerations, they should also invest in human capacity, and reap the benefit of rapid/sustainable human empowerment. Which factor of production is the Nigerian government supporting? Land? Labour? Capital? Entrepreneurship? You don't do what other country leaders are doing...all we know is to widen the tax bracket. |
This is my opinion, but it is drawn from existing in-house data. Most customers that order on Temu, don't follow through on their purchase. We have had higher percentage of order cancellation from ecomm vendors who sell stuffs on Temu. Temu still has a low trust factor, and rightly so, coz there has been legit complaints about buying low quality clones from Temu. Order fulfillment isn't on Temu, they don't have the assets. We hoped Buhari would solve the insecurity issue.... He let us down! |
Would this moment have stung as much if the ex wasn't in the picture? Or is it more about how hard it is to face the version of life we once thought we escaped? |
Lucky you. Pls handle her like fresh egg...not fried egg. |
The law does not allow Lawyers to market or promote their services— directly. So maybe this is their one avenue to promote their services. |
No lies. As unbelievable as it seems, these are the realities of those in the system |
JASONjnr:@seun You made a post that the 40 character is limited to some sections. Pls list the sections, let us know. People will still find ways around the system. After doing this copy and paste, he would have lost the zeal he had when the ideal response came in. You don't get quality input. It now seems forced...android just hold their opinion all together. This is an online space...nobody dey pay me to stress myself to write post. I hope you understand twitter had that resistance...and the premium package comes with limitless expression |

emkz:What are the chances of Atiku this time around, compared to Peter Obi? If they both run separately, they'll lose. If they run together– with Atiku as the frontliner, they both lose. The coalition of APC didn't need new s.election. Tinubu said it outrightly...it was to put Buhari in power. So why should this coalition not put their best foot forward and give themselves a fighting chance...atleast to make it easier in 2031. This isn't ethnic baiting. It is the sentiments around Nigerian politics. —The intellectual and the ottelectual. Our politics have always been about religion, ethnicity and capacity to deliver. |
emkz: You are pushing an agenda. Atiku has come out to run against a northerner and a southerner, yet the north didn't give him the bloc vote. Peter Obi came out, even against Atiku and Tinubu, and was overwhelmingly supported across board. If we wanted Atiku, we'd have given him the ticket long ago. Presidency is not a compensation for efforts like the èmilokan tag. We want progress. We don't care for regionalism anymore. Only Obi can give Tinubu a run for his money. Every other person in the ADC can't. BTW the ADC isn't an architecture of Atiku alone, El-rufai was involved too. However, all these were done as a necessary coalition that can give -firstly- Peter Obi, -the people's choice, a fighting chance. The country really don't need a party. We want Peter Obi...or Tinubu might as well do his time. Yorubas no go allow Igbo man unseat their father. They will be taunted with it. So for pride, even intelligent yorubas who understands Nigerian sentiments, would still vote for Tinubu. They said Igbos too dey brag. Somewhere deep seated, they are wary of the Igbo man...it's a dicey decision for them. |
Why is anyone else coming out to contest? If not Peter Obi, what then is the point of it all? The Nation has more confidence in Peter Obi than Atiku, El-rufai and Amaechi. Any other person with an agenda, is not ready to be president come 2027 |
They are over-rating the value of naira for real...looking for another taxation avenue. What can 5million buy that they think you're cashing out if you have turnover of 5m monthly. Turnover in economics, includes your working capital...credit and debit inflows, whether its your money or not. |
Can the office of the citizen take down that illegality? Or should we sit and let it persist? In 2023...All Eyes on The Judiciary, the Advertorial board executives were sanctioned for allowing that billboard. So the question again is: Should we let this illegality or can we help the govt to take it off. It is within our rights...yea? |
Maintenance season again? NIMC yesterday, Nairaland the other day, now MTN tonight. Hope these are all upgrades and not signs that our tech infrastructure is quietly breaking down. Times have been hard lately. —PHCN and Cell towers are been vandalised everyday. Insecurity and economy in crisis. TallNigerian:I shared same thoughts, until I got to Bayelsa. No stabbing or killing but there's cult related robbery and assault in broad daylight, but the people will all look away or run away from their path. They don't scream for help, or confront them or even report them to authorities. |
Our mumu never do? What have we gained so far from regional politics? PMB showed everybody shege. BAT is showing us shege banza. Peter Obi might show us damburuba shege. If that former afdb pres- Akinwumi Adesina or Dapo Abiodun comes, or even Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, or Pat Utomi....we will put them at par with Peter Obi. We want progress, not regionalisation. |
Ijaya123:I thought both Igbos and Yorubas have agreed that the northerners are the ones slowing y'all down. You're confusing the foreigners. Who is really the problem ![]() |
You guys don't understand foreign diplomacy. People live in closed communities when they go abroad. The Peckham, Sabon geri, Ama-hausa, even the Chinese have this Pink painted empire/estate around Berger. Everyone still lives under the national law...and they pay tax as due...and you still have freedom to enter those places...but all lands there have been duly acquired from the government or ceded to those aboriginals by the government. |
Does he rule over any kingdom or people? That's a ceremonial title with voluntary followership |
Do your job and go home. If you were a marketer, then paying compliments is part of the MO. If you met her outside- even with her husband, you are within your right to give ANYONE compliments. But if she came to your establishment- even without her husband, you're on duty...not a free agent. Do your job and go! Public Relations 101 |
Quota system across board. The Olodos finally won. |

Tell that to our customers....we've had to face the realities and fears of online businesses these past days |
bluepreek:Name one rapper in Nigeria NOW– 2025, that can rival M.I Someone comes out to speak his truth, and you're going for his career. Where MI reach, hang boot, no rapper in Nigeria has so far gotten close |
