Neymar Jr had to be restricted after the Brazilian watched on as Paris Saint-Germain crashed out of the Champions League. The 27-year-old was on the sidelines at the Parc des Princes as he continues to recover from a metatarsal injury he sustained in January. The referee judged that a handball from Presnel Kimpembe had been deliberate and after consultation with VAR in the form of a pitchside review, the decision and was given and United progressed onaway goals. And According to RMC Sport, the player's anger at the dramatic exit spilled over into the tunnel afterwards. RMC Sport claim that Neymar angrily 'tried to enter the referees' office' as his frustration at Dario Skomina's late penalty award – which was given via the interference of VAR. According to eye-witnesses, who spoke to RMC, Neymar is alleged to have forced his way through the corridor to the officials' office and had to be restrained by members of the PSG staff outside the door. MySportDab reports Neymar would find himself lucky to escape a ban from UEFA, not just for his actions behind the scenes but also for his comments immediately after the full-time whistle on Wednesday. The Brazilian was livid with the referee and blasted him, writing on Instagram: 'This is a disgrace, they put four people that know nothing about football in charge of looking at the replay for VAR. Real Madrid Fans could not contain their anger after the Spanish Giants were eliminated from the Champions League by Ajax. Real Madrid lost their last 16 second leg with Ajax 4-1 in what was a dismal display for the 13-time European champions. Goals from Hakim Ziyech and David Neres, Dusan Tadic and Lasse Schone were enough to secure Ajax a 5-3 victory on aggregate. Real have won the Champions League in each of the last three seasons, so their exit is catastrophic for the Spanish giants. And Solari, who was appointed as manager in October following Julien Lopetegui’s sacking, is shouldering much of the negative fan fare on social media. Tottenham Striker Harry Kane attempted to headbutt chelsea defender Cesar Azpiculeta on Wednesday night. The England star deliberately moved his head towards the Chelsea captain. There looked to be minimal contact with Azpilicueta but it does not matter how severe it was. MySportDab reports even though it was an attempted headbutt, that still carries the same punishment — a red card. Fortunately for Kane, Azpilicueta did not make a meal of it. The incident seemed to be missed by the match officials and the FA could now take retrospective action against Kane. On a day rivals Mercedes and Red Bull both cleared over 100 laps, last week's perceived pacesetters lost nearly five hours of track running after a problem at the left-front of the Ferrari sent Vettel off the track and straight into the barriers. "I was going into Turn Three, and thenby the feeling there was an issue with the front left corner," said Vettel. "From there, there wasn't anything I could have done to avoid the impact. "After that I wasn't in control anymoreand I went straight into the barriers. We are flat-out trying to understand." Chelsea have fined Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga a week's wages after his bust-up with Coach Maurizio Sarri in the Carabao Cup final. The 24-year-old was playing in his first competitive final for the Blues against Manchester City at Wembley when he hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. With just minutes to go at the end of extra time, Maurizio Sarri prepared Willy Caballero to come on as substitute. The youngster had just gone down with cramp, and it appeared that he was unable to continue. However, he refused to come off despite being told to do so by Sarri and assistant manager Gianfranco Zola, while David Luiz had to come over and talk to him.Kepa was seen gesturing at the bench and waving his finger, as he defied his boss’s wishes. Sarri was incensed by the move, and slammed a water bottle on his seat before storming down the tunnel. Chelsea went on to lose the penalty shootout 4-3, as Raheem Sterling hammered the deciding spot kick into the top corner. But late on Monday, MySportDab reports it was announced bythe club that he had been fined a week's wages. In response, Kepa apologised whilst admitting he made a mistake. “I was very happy to play in my first Cup Final for Chelsea yesterday and very proud of the team performance,” he said in a statement. “I have thought a lot more about yesterday’s events.“Although there was a misunderstanding, on reflection, I made a big mistake with how I handled the situation. “I wanted to take the time today to apologise fully and in person to the coach, to Willy, my team-mates and to the club. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) have confirmed neither the pilot nor the single-engined aircraft were licensed for commercial use over the English Channel. The mystery owner of the US-registered Piper Malibu N264DB had made no attempts to apply to either American or British authorities to ensure it could be commissioned for paid use. Sala's body was recovered from the wreckage two weeks later, but the pilot has not been found. Investigators said the pilot and plane were not licensed by authorities for commercial flights. That would be a significant factor in any potential prosecution of the plane's unidentified owner or compensation claimslinked to the transfer fee if investigators establish the journey could not be considered a private flight. Commercial flight regulations would not be applicable if costs were being shared and the journey was not specifically to take Sala from the French city of Nantes to his new club in Cardiff. Police in the southwest English county of Dorset said they are supporting a coroner's investigation into the circumstances of Sala's death. Cardiff agreed to pay a club-record fee of 15 million pounds (about $20 million) to Nantes for the 28-year-old Argentine striker. A summary of the report reads: "At 2122 hrs on 21 January 2019, the AAIB was informed that a Piper PA-46-310P Malibu aircraft, registration N264DB, had been lost from radar in transit from Nantes, France, to Cardiff in the UK, and that a surface search for survivors was underway using assets from the Channel Islands, UK and France. "The wreckage of the aircraft had not been located by the time the official search ended at 1515 hrs on 24 January 2019, and the event therefore became classed as an aircraft accident under the terms of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation. "There were two persons on board the aircraft but neither was found by the surface search. Chelsea Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has insisted he fully respects the authority of Coach Maurizio Sarri after a shocking bust-up during the Carabao Cup final. During extra-time of the tie on Sunday, Sarri opted to substitute Kepa but the Goalkeeper refused to come off. After the match, Sarri insisted the row was a 'big misunderstanding' as he thought Kepa suffered from cramps. However, Manchester City won the Cup on Penalties 4-3 and the Spanish Goalkeeper has now released a statement. “I have to say it was misunderstood. In no moment was it my intention to disobey, or anything like that with the boss. Just that it was misunderstood, because I had been attended to by the medics twice, and he thought that I wasn’t in condition to continue. “It was two or three minutes of confusion until the medics got to the bench, and they explained everything well. This was nothing todo with the problems I had this week, with [hamstring] it wasn’t that. “And, well, it was misunderstood. Because he thought I couldn’t continue, and - fundamentally - I was trying to say that physically I was fine. “I thought the bench felt I couldn’t continue, because it was the second time I’d gone to ground. It was extra-time. We’d run a lot so [going to ground] was also a way of stopping the match. “We’d had a few moments suffering, defending, so it was to stop the match and for the team to draw breath and not a moment where I was saying I couldn’t continue. I know everyone is talkinga lot about this, but it’s my opinion, how I lived it from inside.” Video below...
