PASTOR BRIGHT BAYO OLADEJI WROTE:
"Where are the Christians who sold the Church? The Islamic agenda is being perfected. Prof Ishaq Oloyede, a preeminent Islamic fanatic who said he was not aware Christians are being attacked and killed is now to head JAMB replacing Prof Ojerinde, a Baptist.
Four Muslims were not replaced, but left to continue. Out of the 17 offices, 9 new replacement are Muslims and 4 retained are Muslims. 13 out of 17 are now Muslims. NUC, Muslim, JAMB, Muslim; TETCOM, Muslim.
Where are those Christian leaders who sold the Church for a plate of porridge? Where are those telling us Prof Yemi Osinbajo would stand for the Church being a Pastor?
Do they involve him in all these lopsided appointments in favour of the North and Muslims or not? Do we have Christians among the APC leaders? Does Odigie-Oyegun, the chairman of the ruling party belong to the Catholic church?
The fact that Buhari released these appointments the same day, the PUNCH Newspaper published an Editorial titled"Buhari's parochial appointments", a paper that endorsed his candidacy is a dirty slap on the nation.
To say the least, it is a corruption with immunity. Many are afraid and being intimidated by the security operatives. Have we become second class citizens in our own country?"
MY TAKE:
Sadly the answer to the question is "YES", Christians are now second class citizens in Nigeria. We warned our people but they wouldn't listen.
Nigerians said they wanted "change" and now they must live with it. Every Christian that supported President Buhari and the APC, including some of the most prominent Church leaders, should bow their heads in shame.
As long as this evil continues we will not remain silent and neither shall we be intimidated. No matter how hard they try Nigeria will NEVER be Islamised and neither will our faith be rubbished.
Rather than add to the injury sustained by fellow Christian soldiers in the battle of life through mockery and condemnation and the likes, help to support and aid the recovery of the wounded. You become weak and vulnerable each time a fellow Christian falls.

PoliticsIkpeazu Is The Authentic, Indomitable Governor Of Abia State – Senate by MyX1(op): 9:17am On Jul 21, 2016
Following the political logjam currently
ravaging Abia State, the senate has thrown its
weight behind the embattled Governor, Okezie
Ipkeazu.
Recall that Uche Ogah, a fellow contender in
PDP Governorship primary in the State had in
a suit he filed before an Abuja Federal High
Court, challenged the emergence of Ikpeazu as
the party’s flag bearer in the 2014
governorship election.
He accused the embattled governor of
submitting false tax document to the party
during the said election.
The Justice Okon Abang-led court had on June
27, 2016 invalidated Ikpeazu’s election while
ordering the Independent Electoral
Commission, INEC, to issue Ogah with
certificate of return, which was done.
Ikpeazu, however, filed for stay of execution in
a bid to stop INEC from going ahead with the
court order but Justice Abang refused to
entertain the suit.
But speaking during a condolence visit to
Ikpeazu at the Government House in Umuahia,
the state capital, senator representing Ekiti
South, Senator Biodun Olujimi expressed
support for the embattled governor over the
political logjam in the state, stressing that the
senate was solidly behind him.
The senator was in the state on behalf of the
senate to commensurate with the governor
over the death of former Foreign Affairs
Minister, Chief Ojo Maduekwe and Senator
Onyeka Okoroafo.
Olujimi said, “The authentic and indomitable
Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, we
are here with the consent of the Senate
President and Chairman of the National
Assembly, Distinguished Senator, Dr Bukola
Saraki, and on behalf of the Senate of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria, to condole with
you and the entire people of Abia State in
these trying times.
“First, over the political situation in Abia, and
over the death of your illustrious sons, Chief
Ojo Maduekwe and Senator Onyeka Okoroafo.
“The Senate is solidly behind you in these
trying times. You have our support as the
governor of the state, we are elected to make
laws as lawmakers and it is our duty to ensure
that our laws are not abused. We are aware of
the political situation in Abia, rest assured that
the Senate is with you.” http://dailypost.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e5451bceb04107d8523f8edac&id=30bba7bc2a&e=420b4d828c

It is highly unusual for a court registrar to issue an interpretative statement on judgements by the courts and if you know of any precedence avert my mind to it. What I personally suspect is that Justice Abang's conscience is flogging him 72 and he is struggling to explain himself. Himself and his associates or beneficiaries know that the game is up and judicial heads will roll as a consequence. Otherwise nobody should have involved the registrar on a matter already at the appeal court with the high court lacking further powers in the matter. Surely I am not a lawyer but I doubt if there is anything to be made out of the purported letter except to see desperation by those whose conscience are troubled. Please wait for this matter to get to the Supreme Court. That is the only final decision available. The rest na noise and maga maga.

seguno2:
Why was INEC in a hurry to give Ogah a certificate immediately after Abang's rushed judgement even though they were served a notice of appeal?
INEC is a huge corrupt mess under Buhari.
Certificate of return without swearing in is a tissue paper

I have read arguments by supposed lawyers that issuing certificate of return to Ogah nullifies the one issued to Governor Okezie.

Laughable ignorance.

It is not the certificate that makes you a governor. It is your swearing in.

For those who engage in blind arguments, let me remind you that when certificate of return was issued to Okezie in April Ochendo remained the Governor till Okezie was sworn in May 29th. His certificate did not nullify that of Ochendo till May 29th.

Likewise Buhari got certificate of return in March but Jonathan remained President till May 29th.

What Nwaorukwu and co gave Uche Ogah is nothing more than tissue paper that he will likely frame and keep at home forever. Andy Ubah also had certificate of return which he even used for 2 weeks. Ogah's own will be returned to INEC but he can frame a copy and keep.

Let's meet at the Appeal Court and later Supreme Court.

For now anybody can get certificate of return from the Nwaorukwu's INEC market. It is available to the highest bidder. Just get a "wonderful" judgement from wonder working Justice Okon Abang.

ABIA GOVERNORSHIP: STATUS QUO REMAINS AS COURT ADJOURNS HEARING TO THURSDAY
...My enrollment order not enforceable says Justice Abang

Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, will remain in office as governor of the state, pending the conclusion of matters in courts.

This was the decision of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court Abuja, who adjourned hearing to Thursday on the application for Stay by Governor Ikpeazu against Abang's ruling in favour of Uche Ogah.

Justice Abang also said that the enrollment order he gave to uche Ogah was not an enforcement order.

He also adjourn hearing on Ogah's application seeking to vacate the order by Justice Chibuzo Ahuchaogu of Abia State High Court, that retrain the Chief Judge of Abia State from swearing in Ogah as governor of Abia State, to Thursday.

Also, a Federal high court sitting in Owerri, has reserved ruling for Friday on a suit filed by Mr. Friday Nwosu against the eligibility of Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu.

F.N. Nwosu v. Okezie Ikpeazu & Ors.(FHC: Owerri): All Applications taken and heard today, July 4, 2016. Originating Summons also heard.
We, as Counsel to the Governor, brought before the Court all the material particulars of facts needed to clarify the issue of the misconcieved allegations of false tax documents. We also relied heavily on the unchallenged expert evidence (Affidavit) of the Director of the Revenue Board which clarified that the documents were duly issued by the Board and that the entries which have been misconcieved are in line with tax Rules and Regulations. He explained further in the Affidavit that by practice, the day of tax deductions are not the same date the receipts are dated but on the day the tax year ends which is statutorily on the 31st December of every year - be it Sartuday or Sunday. Matter has been ajourned to Friday, July 8, 2016 for Judgment.

If Abia have gained anything in oil, If Abia can
boast of oil,its in Ukwa Ngwa.
Aba provides 75% of IGR in Abia State yet Aba
was abandoned for years.
Ngwa has 9 local govts out of 17.
Ngwa has the highest population and Aba
houses all Abians from every local govt.
Abia North and Central has completed 16 years
yet Ngwa did not complain.
Ngwa waited anxiously for their turn. They got
it through Dr ikpeazu.
He started very fine yet was distracted by Otti..
After he won at the supreme court,Ogar came
for his own distraction. Remember,Ogar is
from the North that already completed 8 years
without any hindrance.
How do you expect a Governor to do magic
when someone who claims to love Abia cannot
allow him concentrate.
If by any means, you have cried that Igbos are
marginalized yet you are supporting Ogar
against Ikpeazu, your hypocrisy is worse than
devil's. Any body who know Uche Ogar should tell him not to start a war he can't control nor finish.
