Ikr! Just finished my carrot oil today..made it with 50 naira carrots when carrots was in season..over 3 months now and it just finished today..unfortunately, it made my face darker but cleared acne spots..

Well, not food but homemade lemon oil (which is actually lemon infused oil). #DoItYourself: Wash your lemons (got 6 for 200 naira) and peel the back gently. Be careful to avoid the whitish part such that your lemon peel is green or yellow depending on the colour of the lemon used. Pour in an airtight container and add any oil of your choice as a base (i used Goya olive oil gotten for 300 naira). Cover and leave for about 7 days in a cool, dry place (the scent afterafterwards is AMAZING!). Seive out the lemon peel and your lemon oil is ready!

Unilorin medical school is really really good tho..the number of years u ll spend is very certain, unless u repeat a class. The hospital is okay too and the lecturers/doctors are really good. Besides, the unilorin "laws" doesnt really have an effect on the medical school.

Lipton green tea and lemon water does it for me..
For lemon water, wash 2 pieces of lemon NOT lime. Cut into pieces with the skin on into a pot. Add about 2 cups or sachets of water and heat lightly for abt 3 mins. It must not boil. Cover till next morning. Warm and drink first thing the next day. I use d lipton green tea whenever i run out of lemons.

As I write this.... I'm filled with so much hurt and regret.
My girlfriend whom I thought would be patient enough for me so I could get married to her has broken up with me.
I met her while I was writing my final year project in Yabatech about 4 years ago. We were cool together and the distance between us didn't mean that much to me even though she stays in ikorodu and I stay in surulere. The problem started when I gained admission to Unilag due to my decision for self development. I'm 31 years old and she is 25.
During the last 2 years I noticed she has changed drastically I notice that she now has stuffs like new shoes and new bags. Which of course ordinarily she wouldn't have been able to afford. The only time we see is on weekends and that's because she is still in Yabatech schooling and sometime when she comes like that she acts funny with phone calls. The way she talks to some certain people so suspicious. But none the less she always feels cool with me and always wants to be around me. Could it be because of sex?

I noticed that she behaves single at school and even on social media. We do not chat or use social media, we added each other but at a point I had to take her off because she doesn't portray any thing that shows we are actually dating...i took her off all platform of social media and she wasn't perturbed about it. I don't actually know what's going on in school or her place of residence but I have a very strong feeling that she has been cheating on me and some other guy have been buying her things I can't get for her. But on top of this she was actually looking for school fees and I was deploying all methods to make sure she pays this on time and that alone made me confused!. We had a heated argument on Sunday and she was yelling and talking back at me... I left the house for her in annoyance only for me to come back and she is gone. She left a note that says that she is no longer interested. Guys please what should I do. I love this girl so frigging much. I can't sleep or think straight right now. It's almost impossible for me to start all over again. I feel hopeless. Please guys your advice!

LOL.. after my r/ship of about 3 years ended, i felt it was impossible to live witot d dude. I cried alot, travelled, got great girlfriends to hang out with including my mum. Almost a month now, and I'm grateful i wake up everyday with PEACE. Main matter is i lived, i moved on. It felt impossible but i did it!

Doctors have diagonised medical issues with me.Wifey has got some issues too but we have had them sorted.
There are spiritual issues on wifey father's side.We have been praying.We have sowed seeds.We both love kids.We don't envy anyone but bless them when they have their kids.

Just heard that the wife of one of my guys that acted up during his marriage is preggies.Almost couple i know has kids.

I believe there are Christians in here. I am here to speak on an issue which I have taken time to think through.
I see a lot of christian folks in the medical profession and most times I ask what they are doing there. Every medical doctor is under an oath which Its origin is not fully known. Before u can be a doctor, u will have to swear the HIPPOCRATIC OATH......on the day of your INDUCTION. in the Christian faith, it was clearly stated that swearing of any form is not allowed and considered a sin. Why then do I see Christians in medical school? Are they not aware of this OATH? Or did they just choose to turn a blind eye to the truth?
The medical profession has always been like a cult since the days of Hippocrates. It was initially designed with knowledge of secrets of the practice that should only be passed down to children of physicians in the olden days. Medical practise actually started like a brotherhood/cult.....the medical logo says it all(a snake wrapping a cross).....my point here is anybody who calls himself a true Christian cannot become a medical doctor without SIN (TAKING THE OATH).


So my dear Christian friends, are you really for God or do you choose to go against his instruction just because you want to enjoy the gains of being a medical doctor?.......THATS BEING A HIPPOCRITE!

Good morning everyone, I can't really go through all the mentions but like some of you advice, after work yesterday I drove them to where he is staying to see him because he too has noticed I am not in my best frame of mind and he has been asking me what's wrong with me. We have a long talk about these issues, he was surprise how I get to know, from that to ashamed of himself, and he starting apologizing I told him to say I was hurt will be an understatement and after that I told him what I wanted and this was it, I want a break from this relationship, our traditional wedding put on hold for now because I needed to clear my head and again for him to really think it through and know exactly what he really wanted and if at the end of everything he still want me and I am also ready to continue, then he should cut all ties with any female he has anything to do with. My decision didn't go down well with him, he keeping telling me he doesn't want the break, he doesn't want out traditional wedding put on hold, he wants to spend the rest of his life with me, he will do what I wanted from today.
But my mind is already made up and I stand by what I said, he knows my stand on cheating, I left my previous relationship because of that! Even as I typed this I can't still start the tears from flowing, this morning I am going to see my mum and explain things you her and I pray she will take everything calmly then my siblings and my would be mother in-law. Above all I will do ask many of you asked and put everything in God's hand, all I want is to be happy and I know God will see me through in this difficult situation because I have alot of explanation to give lots of people why my marriage isn't happened as proposed.

We don't use semesters here. We use programmes/postings... that's it in the simplest of terms, it's far more than that tho. When you resume, you'll understand stuffs better.
....a posting can be 4,6,8 or rarely 12 weeks and you write an exam at the end of every posting.
