@ n3rve , nope,i read that article and i see no inclusion of the BB 9700 model. I got the phone ( my BB 9700 ) back last week but it refused charging beyond 60 % and when it droped to 40%,it went off and i wasn't able to have it charged even with my usb cord ( laptop ). Had to send it back again for repair,its not even up to a month i bought that damn thing.

My advise to anyone else planning to get a phone, if you want rest of mind simply go for a phone with warranty here in Nigeria.

Where did you buy it? I had the exact same problem, but I returned it and was given a new one.

My primary concern will be the load on the device. Most of these phones, cameras, etc initialize the data on them once turned on. If you use something of that size on any of our phones, the device will probably freeze trying to initialize the data on the card.

Well, in cases like that, you can perform a soft reset, which is done by pressing the ALT + CAP + DELETE keys on your handheld at the same time. If this doesn’t work, perform a hard reset. This is done by finding the RESET button at the back of the handheld. Sometimes, this button might be near the bottom, under the battery cover.

I believe this can be taken care of by going to: Options - Security Options - Security Wipe. Check all the items, scroll to the bottom, enter "blackberry" in the box and proceed!

Lol! I just take the screenshot using the standard keys and it's stored on the desktop. I upload the image to tinypic.com and use the [nobbc][img][/nobbc] tags to display them, sometimes I use width and height attributes within the image tags.

Abi, mention "one", just one thing the Blackberry can't do that you can do on other phones.
